Amazing resturnt only for the fact that its Chick-fill-a. The thing that makes this place so special is for its nice people. Most of them are Christians of my knowledge. This just has good food. Not entirely sure how i have a review up for Chick-fil-A with no comment, so here is me fixing it. Can I start off with saying I wish more fast food places handled things more like Chick-fil-A? Having people take your order in line is SO much better. You dont have to deal with stupid speakers where they cant hear you and completely mess up your order, so I have never had a messed up order from Chick-fil-A. The staff has been nice everytime I have gone, they are friendly, helpful and occasionally funny. They handle things so efficiently. If you love Chick-fil-A or have yet to try it, get a move on it! Just..its closed Sundays so dont forget like I do...ive driven out there and realized its closed a few times haha

I prefer Chic-fil-a as my go-to fast food restaurant. While they are pricier, I find their food to taste better and be more consistent with quality in general than other fast food places. The Fruitville Pike location can get pretty crazy, though I know this and expect it to be that way at any time. It is great that their drive thru has the two lanes with employees outside taking the orders, as well as having food brought out as it is ready which helps move the line along quite nicely. It does get crowded very easily, making it challenging to get out of the parking lot from drive thru. For dine-in, I have been there with my daughter around 11am and was able to find a seat easily while getting there after 12, we have stood waiting for a table to become available. That part is frustrating, though, again, I expect it and will avoid at certain times. The staff was fantastic and actually helped us find a table. Finding a parking spot can be difficult, backing out is even more of a challenge when they are busy. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Parking and navigating the area is not my favorite there.

I’m genuinely disappointed and offended by the behavior I witnessed at this Chick-fil-A location during breakfast hours. As someone who chooses to spend money at this establishment, I expect all the customers to be treated with respect—not mocked for their food order. While waiting for my meal in the drive thru, I overheard staff making jokes and laughing about customers’ breakfast choices. It was unprofessional, immature, and frankly, insulting. Whether their order is “weird” or “shouldn’t be eaten at this hour of the morning” it shouldn’t be the topic of ridicule behind the counter. Everyone has their preferences, and it’s not the job of the employees to judge or belittle them. Chick-fil-A is known for its service and hospitality, but this experience felt anything but welcoming. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces the importance of customer respect and professionalism. People come here expecting kindness and courtesy—not to be mocked by the very people serving them. The girl specifically mocking others orders in the drive thru had her hair in a pony tail & had dirty blonde hair. I believe her name started with a “C”. Do better.

I was at the restaurant in December and ordered the Chicken Club meal to go. The store was busy but the service was fast. I live a half a mile from the restaurant. When I got home and opened up my meal it was cold. The fries were rubbery and the cheese was not melted on the chicken! So, tonight I thought I'd give Chick-fil-A a try. The restaurant was busy. The past few visits have not been ideal, but this takes the cake. I sat down at a perfectly clean table to order my food and suddenly one of the wait staff comes by and asks if he can wipe down the dirty table. It was completely clean? Not even a single salt crumb?? I agreed, despite being confused. When he cleaned the table, he turned his head away from me and muttered something under his breath about me being dumb. I felt so awful I got up and left. I wasnt even there 30 seconds.

So, I travel frequently for work and my go to is an egg white grill w/ no cheese. Healthy, simple, low calories. Visited this place three days in a row while here in Lancaster and their egg white grill is just absolutely disgusting. It was so bad the first day that I could returned it for a refund. The second day, it was slightly more tolerable, and the third day, I was back to gagging. I don’t know what the heck they’re back there doing or not doing but the chicken, the egg whites… I mean it’s all nasty. No better way to say it. I’m not sure if this is a regional thing because LA or ATL would never. And how is that this is the only egg white grill I’ve ever gotten with fatty chicken breast? Please clean that chicken, season it properly and cook it thoroughly and stop handing out nonsense. Act like you care & have some standards! 🤢

Dined in at 8:48 Saturday 9 August 2025. Went up to counter to purchase an ice cream at 9:10. I was unaware the counter was closed. Mal engage me nicely. I said I'd like an ice cream for my wife and a brownie for me. He stated the counter service was closed and I'd have to go outside to the drive through to order the ice cream there. When the other young man who was not Mal, stated simply sorry it is policy, thats it. I went outside...two lanes of twenty cars. I tried to go back in the door was locked my wife and food were still in there. Long story short. One of the managers came over to me while is was providing a suggestion to a young lady. The suggestion relay to the main manager was to possibly adjust the policy for folks who are already in there who bought dine in. They should still be able to be served. I said how about keeping one register open there were still 7-10 employees that could provide the ice cream and take my money. Whil.i was speaking to the young lady, the young manager came over and was disrespectful. She told me twice to calm down and not to speak with the employees. I stated, you are mis perceiving. I was not upset and that I may be a little louder than most due to being almost deaf in my right ear. So I speak louder than most. The young manager mishandled it. She never asked me anything. She likely heard me when I was at the counter. When the other young man who was not Mal, stated simply sorry it is policy. I spoke.with him very brefly before going outside. She said, the answer is no and thats it. Don't speak to the employees about this matter Please think about the people who have already paid and are in side after 0900. How hard will it be to leave one register open for deserts or one more item versus making customers leave, get in a 20 car line for an item or two, it is not a friendly business plan/policy. Please review training with the young managers who do not have experience on how to analyze situations and handling customers. For the most part not to be rude, and to maintain composure.

They gave my food to a random driver instead of the actual driver picking up my food. My driver then tried to get them to remake my food but they told her no and that I had to reach out customer service. I couldn’t reorder my food because customer service only does refunds. Then I couldn’t even reorder my food after because breakfast is over.
