This restaurant was nice the customer service was great they definitely give you everything you need to have a great seafood boil experience the prices are affordable the food is decent it wasn’t the best I’ve had but I would definitely come back and try other items on the menu

We went to celebrate my mom's birthday and overall, it was a good experience. The food was really good and very flavorful. I loved the music they played. My only complaint was that our server was not as attentive as they should have been. We had to go and find them for certain things we needed.

What mom wants, mom gets. My mother suggested Pier 7 for lunch. There were good vibes from the time we were greeted and seated to our departure. Pier 7 offers a bar, happy hour, lunch specials M-F 12p-3p, and more. We were impressed by the location, the exceptional service provided by Amya, the food quality and great prices. Both the fried shrimp and catfish baskets exceeded our expectations on portion sizes. This was a very enjoyable Wednesday afternoon lunch with my mom. While my mom’s request for her catfish to be cooked a lil crispy wasn’t met, her meal was still pleasing. Located on the I35 N service road makes access very easy. We came here on a Monday night it was a bit slow as several employees were sitting around the restaurant waiting for work. When walked in and waiting to be greeted or even seated the hostess answered her personal phone then realized we were standing there and put her call on hold to seat us. Seasoning on the seafood boil was good but salty. I ordered a shot when we ordered our food. We received our food, reminded waitress of my shot, finished my food and then my shot finally arrived. Not sure if would give this place a second chance. I definitely would not recommend using the lemons or the butter provided in the portion cups as we did not use ours and as our waitress was clearing the table she took those portion cups back into the kitchen.

We as a family ate here for Father’s Day weekend. As soon as you enter honestly it smelled like sewage a bit only in the entrance. As we sat down our server was very attentive and was on it I can give you that. Water did taste weird so had to get them sprite. I can’t eat seafood so I got Chicken Tenders and Hushpuppies 7/10. My dad and them got boils and they loved it. My ticket came out to be $98 for 2 adults and 1 kid but because we had a party of 8 they added tip.

Frozen Margaritas comes from machine and on 2-28, they were horrible. They left a nasty after taste with every sip. Please don't make the mistake of ordering unless you don't mind losing your money. They won't take it off of your bill and won't allow you to make a change to something different. I usually drink my margarita and if good, I always buy another one. I didn't drink it, but I forced myself to drink some of it with the meal. Beware

For a half pound snow crab w/Pier 7 seasoning the price was really good and the portion filled me just right. Floors and tables were clean. My server was quiet yet prompt. Ambient music was upbeat but not too loud. The atmosphere was cool and dry. Only three stars because my meal was not very hot.

It finally opened and we were super excited to visit for the first time. Of course since it's new it was very clean and well decorated. We order a 2 one pound of broil shrimp and a basket of fried fish. For the flavor we chose one Garlic and one Cajun, we went medium on the spicy level. However we were disappointed the broil was insipid and the fish was unappetizing. Our waitress Nikki was awesome and very attentive, we got great service. But due to the flavorless food we will not be back soon. Hope things change in the future and if so I would definitely come back!

Came here one deep ...I just wanted to get me a little personal seafood bag and a couple of drinks to enjoy. I ordered a strawberry Hennessy only got to take two sips out of it. A cute little toddler from another table walked over to me engaging with me and reaching for things at the table which accidentally caused for my drink to spill over. I'm explained to the waiter what happened and they refused to make me another drink. In fact, they charged me for the drink that spilled that I never got to enjoy and brought me a seafood boil bag that was beyond mediocre, in flavor and presentation. I also ordered a lobster tail, which as you can see in the pictures had absolutely no lobster meat in it. It looks like it had been sitting and it literally crumbled when touched. I found it interesting that they wanted me to acknowledge their mistake in serving me an old lobster tail, but they couldn't acknowledge a simple mistake with my drink spelling over to accommodate me. I will not be returning. The service was mediocre. I felt that was very petty and cheap of them. The food was also very bland and lacked flavor. Everything was overcooked as well other than the sausage.

My wife and I went inside and didn’t get greeted by staff at all. We did however get greeted by a horrible smell and a ROACH. I spotted the owner yelling at one of the young ladies in the front being extremely rude to her. We quickly decided to not eat there so we decided to go, before we left….my wife went to the restroom and was greeted by ANOTHER ROACH. we left right after.

We have been coming here since it opened. We love it. Our entire family loves it. The last 3 times we’ve been here the music has been so loud we couldn’t have a conversation. Once on a Friday night, we let it go bc it’s Friday and lots of people like an upbeat vibe. Today we’re here on a Sunday afternoon. We got here around 5, not late, very few people here. The music over the speakers was loud. That was bad enough but then they started playing rap full of f-bombs and all. I like rap, even hard rap, but I don’t want to hear it while I’m eating my last meal for 2 months on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t come here for that. THEN the DJ started. That alone would have been fine but they didn’t turn off the speakers. The DJ just turned his system up to drown out the overhead speakers. To top it off my crab legs were clearly old, dirty, not at all what I expected. The last time I was here the crab legs were fantastic—so much so I could let the music go. Add to that our waitress clearly didn’t want us there so that’s it. Never again.

Waited for the host 10 minutes to get off the phone to seat us. Then sat us at the bar table and bartender told her to move us because she wasn’t doing tables today. So she sat us on the other side and we waited another 15 minutes no one came to offer us water or anything so we just left ! It was my daughter’s birthday and was very disappointed!

The waitress was decent but it was understaffed October 20,2025 our problem was that we had multiple of combos and in the menu item said kids eat free we had two children and they only took one of the kids meal off the manager came and said they were losing money that's why they couldn't do both and that it started July of 2025 but they did not change the menu. Then we asked to speak to the owner because they wouldn't take the kids meal off. The manager went to the back and said owe the owner said he would be out in about 20 min. I decided to call there bluff I called the establishment and a lady answered the phone and I asked to speak with owner she says one moment then states the owner is not here I said really when I just spoke yo the manager and was told he is in the back and would be out in 20 min. Then she said one moment then the manager hot on the phones and said HE AT HOME DEPOT. I said okay. We are still waitingits been over 20min. And we are about to get the police involved

When you walk in it smells like sewage. The first time we came here we immediately turned around and walked out. My brother convinced me to give it another try and it still smelled when we returned a week later. They have a special were if you order over $100 you get a free fried rice but did not honor it on our $115 bill that we tipped $40 on. The snow crab legs were old and tasted a bit rancid. The sauce tasted like it was mixed with water. Another patron complained that the crab legs and shrimp he ordered made him sick the week before. The bartender Isiah was the only person who conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner while the manager named Key was rude and short with us. He provided great service and great drinks. The hours on the door say they are open until 10 but at 9:30 when we asked for the rice she claimed the closed and they were closed as well… it was 9:34p exactly. Will never order food from here again. Will probably never return unless it’s strictly for the bar.
