Hands down the best subway around! The workers are beyond amazing and always go above and beyond for the customers. Not only do they make amazing subs they are so friendly! The place is always clean and I just can't say enough good things about this place! The only one I'll go to and reccomend!

To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity best place to eat a good Sub at !! Subway !! Staff members are awesome restaurant cleaning and amazing.

What is with the tip prompt? Are employees paid at least the full minimum wage or the tipped minimum wage? I understand wanting tips, however too many places are adopting the tip culture leading to tip fatigue in America. This is hurting the people who truly depend on tips because Americans are now having to tip less to spread it out across businesses that really shouldn’t be asking for tips to start for. Since when do we tip for fast food anyway? Not only that but what reasons are there really for soliciting tips? Did the process change and now requires more in depth work they don’t get compensated for? Or did subway just see an opportunity to reach deeper into our pockets? The cost of subway has sky rocketed, and with them now expecting tips the cost doesn’t match the value anymore, at all.

I simply went here to get a Meatball sub. The gentleman making the food was nice but my problem is with the food. Everything seemed good until I went to eat the last half of my sub when I noticed a peace of the non stick mat they bake the bread on was in my sub. Thank God I noticed before I downed the last half. The workers need to inspect the bread before they serve it. 🙄 Probably will never eat at Subway again

I simply went here to get a Meatball sub. The gentleman making the food was nice but my problem is with the food. The employee was amazing, attentive and fast. $44.87 for 3 regular menu subs and two drinks is wild. We are in the area visiting friends, everything else is closed. Up north we can go to a restaurant for this price. I can’t foresee this chain lasting much longer in the area.

Got kicked out of the store with my son because the kid didn’t want to make any subs for us or the other customer. I would like to request him to be fired. Was going to call the cops for harassment his bulgarity language yelling saying he was on break and couldn’t do anything.

I was in the area and decided to make an order. Ordered 3 sandwiches for my family; one of them turned out to be the wrong sandwich, 2 had the wrong toppings, and none of them had all the toppings in the order. at-least one of the sandwiches was missing cheese. When I got home after a 20 min bus ride and found the issue, I looked up a support system; and the only way to get a re-fund or anything is to go back to the store with the sandwich. That would have been another 40 min (going there and back) plus waiting for the bus.

I literally walked in at 8:30 PM door and google say you close at 9PM. Another person walked in at 8:40PM and yelled “yo” and the employee walked out and said my bad we’re closed. What do you mean you’re closed I’ve been waiting since 8:30PM and the door doesn’t say you close early. Buddy was just lazy and doesn’t want to work. Don’t go here place had music blaring and straight up lied about the door being closed…..

I went into sub.Way in Lansingburgh and ordered a 6 inch sub and a medium Coke. The girl charged me $17.80 on my way out the door she said to her co-worker. Oh I thought it was a twelve inch so i stopped and i said did you charge me for a 12 inch? She said no I charged you for a 6 inch so when I got home. I checked online realized she overcharged me. I went back to get my money and she was very rude. Disrespectful, and would not refund my money. Contacted The corporate office. I expect a full refund

Really bad.. the person who made my sandwich was kind that she wants to give me what she wanted I asked for Turkey breast she told me 3 times chicken breast. All the time I was polite but she was rude. She put a lot of mayonnaise on it I asked if she can remove some with her knife but she just closed the sandwich. I asked for restroom or place to wash my hands (I daily work outside) so she said restroom is close to the public (at least public before eat needs to wash hands specially because the covid-19 (they don't have hand sanitizer or something to the public. She said go to dunkin donuts (why) I want a subway sandwich. her behavior is really bad but I love subway so I will not come back to this specific restaurant.

Please shut this place down do yourself a favor and go to five star on 110th they make better subs. This store does not honor coupons and workers have attitudes I’m good I’ll save my money
