Food is delicious!!! They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner and their menu is huge!!! They serve Mexican food, seafood, steak cuts, carnes asadas, tacos, lonches, burgers, sushi, vegetarian and light options, coffee, soft drinks, fruit aguas frescas, mimosas, micheladas, clamatos and so much more! service was fast and courteous and prices are very fare. I'm on a wheelchair and they where very accommodating, there's parking and wheelchair access to the restaurant. We're absolutely coming back!!!

The place is really clean staff was friendly food was a kind of expensive I ordered 10 wings 4 asada tacos for $31 the chicken wings are good, but the steak has no seasoning probably won’t get the steak tacos but the wings I will probably get again

They now have bar service! Parrillada Especial for 3 does not disappoint! It's our go to favorite! Loaded with fajita, chicken, shrimp and crispy tripitas plus veggies! And you also get rice and beans!

This place has some good authentic tasty mexican food and proportions. The place is nicely decorated and roomy for the most part for the exception of the booths . The servers are attentive and quick as well as the service it took them like 10 to 15 minutes for our order for three to be out. 👍👍🤯🌮

Nice place, personel is friendly. I like my Donuts with a touch of courtesy and this place delivers. If you yearn for the taste of a well made donut, this is the spot to visit. As an experienced reviewer a reccomend for you to give this establishment a visit and remember that they have besides Donuts; coffee, sandwiches and extra things.

Overcharged for everything just because they had live music, I went there to eat as I often do but had to overpay on almost everything, beer $3 more dollar, tea $2.50 extra and $6 mor4 just to change from red to green enchiladas.Not fair for customers to be overcharged because of the live music. Service was good.

I visited here on July 23, 2025. I ordered the taco combo plate. So delicious. The portions were large, and the steak was perfect. No fatty or stringy bits. Wish I could eat here again, but alas, I live in Plano, Texas.

In a shady looking plaza that is in bad need of repairs! Saw a drug sale go down too once. The restaurant used to be La Carreta and still has much of the rustic western decor but is not kept up to the same standards. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good. I have been here 3 times and have ordered something different each time. Every time it tasted really good. The salsas are tasty and not too pica which is an issue with Laredo restaurants. The chips are oversized and a bit awkward but tasty.

Service is great, employees are polite but they always forget to give me napkins and utensils. I stopped going there about a year ago because of same reason. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and literally there was one drop of cream cheese in it. Inconsistent

When dining at this location, becareful of this restaurant’s sneaky tip hack. Upon payment time, the server brought me three check receipts. Two checks showed drinks and food being charged separately with an automatic tip included. The second receipt showed a box of suggested tip amounts (EX: 15%, 20%, 22%,25%), even though the tip was automatically added on to the final amount. As a result, I paid a 40% tip. To sum it up, I hope this restaurant enjoyed their extra money because I will no longer be giving them anymore ever again!

Service stinks! Gone two days in a row waiters don't come to the table orders are wrong and food flavor is not consistent.

Went by yesterday and picked up a dozen before heading to work. To my surprise when they started to eating them , the French crullers were bad!!🤢 I think they were not cooked properly.

Love the food and donuts but the coffee isn't as good as it use to be. I don't know what happened but this is the fifth time they get my coffee wrong and it's not even funny. First it was my chai latte, then my matcha, and today I wanted my first pumpkin drink of the year and they just gave me a regular coffee.

7 am and I received a stale doughnut. I still tried to eat it, and it is just not worth it. I don’t understand how you can grab a doughnut and not notice that it’s stale.

This place is extremely cold. Every time I visit, it is empty because it is unbearable to sit inside to enjoy coffee and doughnuts. We have asked the employee to put the air temp less cold, but they laugh. It seems like they do not want customers to sit, that way they do jot have to clean the tables. I don't recommend this place, go to Starbucks where the atmosphere is very pleasant and you can gather with friends to enjoy their coffee.

The drinks are good, the donuts are great. I love the crew members here, absolutely great! They are so sweet and you can tell they do their jobs. They're so patient and they offer great recommendations. However, I could say so much about the awful manager right now. Management was great up until recently. You can hear the new manager screaming all the time. Not only does it ruin the atmosphere, you can absolutely feel the tension between the team members there. It hurts to see because they're working diligently, and the manager does absolutely nothing but stand there and yell. I can only imagine how much it hurts them to hear that they're getting yelled at for even doing their jobs. The employees have been nothing but respectful, and seeing the manager be nothing but disrespectful, rude, and overall an awful person in morals and in work ethics, is beyond me. Please replace the manager immediately for some who is actually competent and actually cares.

The staff is asleep or not doing anything until like 6am. Went to get coffee at 5:30am and NO coffee OR food OR doughnuts were available. They open @4am and should have at least coffee available! Zero Stars!

I am so sad to say I will not go buy coffee at this location again. I usually buy a coffee 3-4 times a week I always get decaf because my sleep is gone if I get it any other way. It is 3:00am and I cannot sleep, why you ask? I ordered a decaf coffee pretty sure there was nothing decaf about it. Never again.

Customer service is always horrible. Red head need a better attitude. No matter the time of day they never have any donuts. They should make more when they see more than half is gone. To be able to fill up and be able to provide for costumer.

I don’t know what they have on the menu now, but six employees were crazy busy and after 15 minutes, I was still the sixth person in line (it had not moved) .Thats when I decided that 6 donuts weren’t worth a half an hour of my time. Maybe filling the menu with Frappuccino soy whipped cream lattes with mocha topping that take five minutes to make each was a bad idea.

With a bunch of kids running this place, it has gone downhill. U can show up early and they out of most doughnuts. Come back at different times on different days same thing...

Beware of hidden fees.This place charges high credit card fees and in the to go orders.They will also add the tip to your tab and not tell you. The food is ok but it is shadowed by the bad service that the staff provides especially the person answering the phone for the to go orders.

Dine in today, gave us the wrong coffee instead of decaf, my eggs and tortillas were uncooked as well as there was more tomato and onion than chorizo. It’s better to come in for lunch instead of breakfast. Will not be coming back.
