Wow! This is the definition of Mom and Pop restaurant. When we approached, I could smell the good food outside. Most people order from the window, but my party of four went inside. When asked what was good, the lady said that everything was good. She was funny and sassy. We ordered a LOT of food as the food was cheap and we wanted to try a little of everything. Wow! Amazing food!!!! (I got their special of hot cheetos and melted cheese. You could pass on that.) The burgers were good. The fries were good. Everything about this place screams wholesome. I will be back!

Glass Kitchens is a signature restaurant of Laredo since 1951. Long considered one of the best if not the best hamburgers in town. Meat patties are still made by hand. The burgers never disappoint, are delicious and made to your liking. Oh those succulent onion rings. The bbq burger is just as delicious. Many of the loyal customers often order a big burger basket and a taco on the side. Did I mention the tasty onion rings! Just before you walk out, order one of the thickest shakes in South Texas. Good eats!

Basic, but tasty burger. Nice crisp char from the grill. Onion rings are amazing. And huge! Good stuff and friendly staff. You can see what this place has been in business as long as it has.

A little hole in the wall type place. The burger was pretty good. The fries were a bit on the soggy side which aren't my cup of tea. The onion rings were pretty good. Overall I'd recommend it

Been going there since was a kid. I noticed all new staff and when I got my meal it was cold. I took it back the lady at register yells and tells me it just came out. I just tried it she takes the plate yells at the staff to throw it in the micro what they looking at and proceeds to slam the window on me. She extremely rude doesn't even apologize but pissed off I complained. Never going back there that lady needs to quit she obviously doesn't know how to wk w customers. Que fea you think it was free I wish. I throw the food out after I left sorry not sorry.

Called the store, they told me they closed at 4. It was barely gonna be 3:25 and the lady refused to take my order. Came to the store and she told me it was closed already and it was 30 minutes till 4

To start several Dinning tables were Dirty. French fries were small in size and Greasy. I had to use napkins to remove the excess oil. Sometimes the Onion rings are over cooked and Dry. Needs more working personnel.
