Fresh food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Cool restaurant to hang with the coworkers or watch something on the televisions with your friends. Wings galore. Bone in, boneless, smoked wings, even sauced up chicken tenders. The margaritas are all excellent, with so many to choose from, your next visit will be an adventure. Beer selection is great as well. We are happy with our most recent visit, we will be coming back soon!

I have no complaints! I went twice in a row, food was great both times! The drinks are also good and priced good! And they don’t give you that cheap liquor feeling either! Both times I got wings. Servers were very attentive and manager stopped by each day to make sure we didn’t need anything. I also doordashed them. I was worried the food wouldn’t be as good because of how long it took but wings were still a hit! I did request an ice water and didn’t get it but no big deal. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Friday, Saturday and Sunday to our experience Wing Daddy's House is a busy 🏠😅. Be prepared to wait in line and wait to get service at your table, if you are hangry😵😡 have in mind food and service takes its time. Today we got lucky🍀 there was no line. But I'm impress and in love♥️ with the service of our waitress Nathalie, even though she was very busy, she was very attentive😊. The food we order was very good👍, hot🌡️and well done🔥. In the past, we visit on a Tuesday and the place was not busy at all. If you don't like to wait maybe a day during the week is your choice. Worth the wait😊👍❤️

I came to watch the baseball games and came out side to drink and watch the games, but the TV’s were not working the manager Rick went above and beyond to fix the TV’s and put both games that I wanted to watch very friendly ambient and very attentive from the waiter as well.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rick and Jorge for going above and beyond to provide me with a truly Celiac-safe meal. Dining out with Celiac disease is stressful and mostly non existent for me, but the managers here went the extra mile—cleaning the flat top, cutting from a fresh tomato, and ensuring no cross-contact in the kitchen. They even made my meal themselves to ensure it was made for me safely. Their care and attention made me feel safe, valued, and gave me the normal restaurant experience that I haven't been able to have since my diagnosis. For anyone with dietary restrictions, this place sets the bar high. Thank you. I cannot put into words, how much this experience means to me.

My server was outstanding, and the manager Rick Aguirre was always attentive to what the guests needed and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Their google reviews deserves 5 stars being that they have outstanding service. The manager was very kind and answered a few questions as it was my first time here. The servers were on point too. I would recommend you try a mild/spicy sauce mix and try their own bottled chili pepper sauce like tabasco but a bit better than the actual tabasco sauce and it's on the table too. Oh yeah and for anyone not certain about their ranch it is delicious !!😋😌😏🤔 I usually don't like most places ranch as they tend to buy cheap brands however theirs is fresh like Wingstop's and just as similar. 😉 Try them out if you would like I was disappointed and I believe you wouldn't be either. They also have a patio open during the day time if you would like to enjoy the park/walking trail and Texas scenery outside.

Went today to eat with my hubby at 2 pm, was empty only 2 tables, loud baby in one. We order apps that are amazing and big servings. Had the shrimp special tossed in 2 different sauces. Chicken and waffles were great, just made and spongy. We order the watermelon Rita and it had a great taste because they add a splash of Tabasco and I had the cranberry Rita but tasted alot of sweet and sour. Order then the banana Rita and tasted much better. Order half rack of ribs to go that came with fries and potatoes salad. Great server and great service mostly cause it was only 3 tables in the whole place. Will continue coming again and again on Mondays. The music was smooth 80s and 90s. LOVED IT

I absolutely LOVE eating at this restaurant. Whether it’s going to watch a sports game or just casually dining, it is always a wonderful experience. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by an employee and they will let you choose your seats. The servers are always friendly and very approachable, and the service is incredibly fast and accurate. No matter how busy the place may be, the Wing Daddy’s crew will always prioritize the speediness and accuracy of every order. I really recommend the Buffalo Chicken Fries, and in my preference extra wet. However, the mango habanero flavored wings take the cake. They are a beautiful and balanced mix of sweet and spicy. There are also many more enjoyable foods, such as burgers, sandwhiches, tacos, and more! (including amazing desserts). Always make sure to give a good tip to your server because they deserve it. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. This place has exceeded my expectations. Definitely my favorite wing place in Laredo, Texas.

It was clear that they enjoy their work and go out of their way to provide great service. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The food was simply delicious. Great food and decent service, our server wasn’t as attentive but the manager julio was amazing! he went around the restaurant making sure everything was good and if we had any issues. The fried pickles have the perfect amount, for $9 you get more than half the jar of pickles, unlike other restaurants. the sauce for the wings are good and you get a good amount of ranch per plate.

Perfect location for a quick lunch or to watch a sport event with the whole family or just with friends I came here the 3rd day they open and it was packed but the service here is beyond awesome we sat outside and they have mist sprinklers so it was really fresh outside with TVs it was really nice. The food is really good, especially the wings! The Clamatos are really good too! Went during lunch on the first week of opening and the service wasn’t the best. Our waitress never came back for refills and took forever to bring us the tab. Hopefully the service gets better within time. Will definitely try it out again though!

Food was 5 stars for sure and i want this restaurant to do well. My first visit i tried several flavors since i had never been. I've only done curbside pick up and have never had my food brought out to me. I wish there was more clarification and how curbside pick up isnt curbside. And then i go in and no one is there to greet me. It makes the tipping pointless. Its a little frustrating, but then i take a bite of that wing.... Tangesaurous is my go to...Wingstop who? They're a good size, soooo tasty! If you can ignore the service....its worth the trip!

Melanie is very courteous and attentive to our needs every time we come eat here and she is pur waitress. Amy is attentive as well to what is going around and keeps an eye to help wait in customers as well. She goes around asking if we need anything else. The burgers are so good. Can't pick a fave. The strips are yumm and the sauces, oh my! My faves are Pecker wrecker, tangasaurus, hellfire ghost rush. The toothpicks app is spicy good, the sweet potato fries are fresh/ crispy good and the fried cookie dough with ice cream dessert is my fave. I like the daily specials and beer tap is cold and so are the bottles. The mixed cocktails could use a bit more liquor. Some can be too sour or too sweet. Been here plenty times.

It started very good, the waitress doing a wonderful job. Our order started coming in, but suddenly it stopped half way. Minutes passed and nothing else. Waitress comes over to tell us that the rest of the order was done incorrectly and was just placed. We told her to bring the check. The manager (I assumed) comes over to let us know that our order was complete, if we wanted to stay or take it home, no charge for their mistake. They compensated for their fault, thank you. But did not really enjoy my Father's day dinner.

Came into restaurant at 10pm Tuesday night. Place looked nice. The table we sat at was sticky. wings were cold. Fries were warm. When you have to call the restaurant on your cell just to get a refill of soda... what does that say about service. Keep in mind the place wasn't crowded, and most of the wait staff was just grouped up talking to each other and on cell. I did try waving at a couple of waitresses before calling on phone.

Our order consisted of the Sauce House Sampler (which the marinara was cold and that's a big No No when eating with Mozzarella Sticks, also the menu specified 4 and it came with 3. Oh well!!!) (Fried Pickles were not as good as other restaurants) Riblet Plater with Fries (the riblets were little bit burn but not to the extend to returned them to the kitchen) 5 Wings with Buffalo Sauce (I wished I could order them well done because one of them was still pink inside and also they get soggy with the sauce) Overall food was good came out hot but didn't exceed my expectations. This is my second time in this restaurant and don't know exactly if I will ever come back.

The wings were okay, smothered in sauce so if you enjoy that then perfect for you, but the service was absolutely terrible, some of the worst service I've ever had, waiting over an hour and a half for some wings? That's crazy, and we were hungry. Not only that but the waitress never came over for refills. I genuinely think that if you want good service and great food, you should probably go to another wing place in laredo, this is not the way to go.

The Buffalo shrimp tasted like melted plastic, fries were ice cold, sleezeballs were more of a mashed potato texture not a tater tot like described & bone in wings were soaking in grease. Worse service in a while in Laredo. Walked in with a party of 3, one of the managers met us at the door and ask if we wanted a high table, low table or booth. After giving him our option he literally just said there's plenty where to sit at, just walk in and sit yourself. After 10 minutes of sitting at our table with no service at all, we decided to walk out of the restaurant. It wasn't like the place was busy or understaffed, I counted at least 6 waitresses, 2 bartenders and 2 managers. Not even a we'll be right with you or anything. There was staff walking around us, and standing around.

Waitresses here aren't all very friendly. The first waitress we had, seemed to be in a bad mood or perhaps overwhelmed with her job. She was wearing some weird looking antennas on her head and seemed to be rushing through orders. I am a big fan of authentic chicken and waffles, so when I saw them on the menu I was actually looking forward to trying them out. When I asked the Waitress about the chicken and waffles and how good they made them... she responded back with "its just chicken and waffles, what else do you want to be?" in a sacrcastic tone.. Fair enough, so I proceeded to ask her if they were authentic chicken and waffles, because they are not all made the same in different establishments.... and then once again she responded in a harsh tone " I don't know it's just chicken and waffles and sounds like a kids meal" 🤔😂 I couldn't help but laugh at the comment and made me think they would taste horrible if I proceeded to order them.. I opted in for the fried pickles, which were pretty good and the brisket sandwhich which was actually over cooked, square diced up brisket that had a bland taste to it. I took about two bites before I stopped eating it.. Seeing as to how the food was sub par and the service was matching, we decided to order some drinks and watch the UFC fight instead. At the time we also switched waitresses, hoping we would get better service. First round of drinks were ok, then I noticed that they switched my order of Black label Jonny Walker to Red label... I then ordered a Crown Royal Apple and they brought me what tasted like a Jack Daniels instead.. I brought it to the waitresses attention (which was now a different one and much nicer) and she was very apologetic and said they had opened a new bottle and that perhaps that's why it tasted different.. I asked her to bring me another Crown Apple so I could compare the drinks side to side... this time I actually watched as the bartender poured my drink and low and behold the second one was Crown Apple and the first one tasted more like a regular Jack Daniels... I can't blame the waitress for that one, as it was more than likely the bartender who wasn't paying attention or just had a mix up. Regardless, the place can still be pretty good if management takes care of any issues the staff may be having. Namely, if they (the staff) are having a bad day at work, they should take the day off and not let their attitudes ruin a clients evening. I completely understand that the service industry can be a tough one (which is why I like to tip well when good service is provided), but at the end of the day either you like your job or you don't.

I apologize In advance.. It is never my intention to leave a negative comment... But.. I ordered traditional wings-lemon pepper. They were extremely GREASY. Simple fix I think.. .....Also I had never tried Fried Cookie dough..as a cookie enthusiasts I thought it would be a pleasant experience, but my Dear... They were incredibly disgusting!I literally took a bite and didn't eat the rest. Perhaps consider Fried Oreos. And better quality ice cream...

used to go daily for lunch and wanted to try out a late night dinner date, Horrible service, the waitresses have attitude problems and never stop by to check in, make faces when asking for stuff. drop off drinks and leave without asking if were ready to order. its a shame because the food is good, only thing is it takes long even when its dead, not sure if waitresses forget to put in order or check on to see if its out. the manager/GM is attentive and kind we have had issues before and he is professional and takes action. but the service can be GREATLY improved. it ruins the experience. rather just give my business to wings and rings at least they are not rude there

THE WINGS ARE TINY NOW, One of the best things about wing daddy’s was that they wings were the biggest size making up for the price they ask. They don’t even taste as good as they used to. Each time I go things have gotten worse whether it’s old wings they serve or cold ones, now they are serving tiny wings. I won’t be going to wing daddy’s anymore and it’s a shame because it was my favorite restaurant. I have attacked the current wings vs the past ones they have served when they actually cared about their food.

Very poor management and extremely poor wait staff. We waited 15 mins before waitress approached us. Manager had to point out our table needing service. Our waitress never checked on us. We went 30 MINUTES after our waitress made contact with us and got us our waters and child drink. My husband had to walk over to bar and buy an adult beverage bc our waitress was no where to be found for over 30 mins. How is that okay? We are dining in and still have to go to bar and get drinks bc we can't even order our drinks though waitress. We ordered drinks through her after my husband had to get up and call her and then she forgets to bring them. So,, again he had to call her and we had to ask for our drinks.. Mind you manager is walking back and fourth doing absolutely nothing.. Ridiculous! They never have a hostess up front at the podium. At any establishment and in customer service everyone one knows you need a face of presence and welcoming. Here at this wing daddy's there is nothing! The wait staff all stand around middle area where computers and supplies is located in center or restaurant and the sad part is its visible to all customers. The manager seems more interested in chatting with his female weight staff. When as a professional and leader he should be making his rounds to tables or making sure his staff is doing their job.

one of the worst restaurant experiences ive ever had. waitresses are distracted always on their phones, they werent very professional and i went into the restroom all of them were in there vaping lmao. and the food was horrible none of it tasted good at all. burgers were pretty bad tasting and wings were mediocre.

If I could I would give zero stars. I arrived at 8:50 pm on a Sunday None of the waitres came to attended us. we had to called them for it after 30 mins of sitting down. They gave us the menu of the drinks and didn't had none available. Brought us the apertizers and no drinks.. after they bought us the wings finally a while after the drinks zero customer service.

Ordered an appetizer and wings. 15 minutes later water arrived. Asked again for drink menu. About 10 minutes later beer came. When food was brought out watriess brought drink menu. By this point I didn't want a drink anymore. Appetizer came same time as wings, not before. Wings served without ranch had to go inside to ask for some. Food was ok nothing great. Certainly not worth the wait or service

I'm a gluten for punishment. I keep giving this place a second chance, but inevitably it's, and I mean the food, freaking, amazingly terrible. The service is miss or miss but generally ok. But come on, there wing, nobody messes them up but this place. Extremely overseasoned. I should call to get my money back, but I'm not. Hopefully, this will teach me to never, give this place another chance, even if they were free. So, so freaking disappointing.

One hour waiting on a Wednesday. They only brought us half of our soft drinks and funky fries. We ended up leaving because there was zero attention. The service was not good. we had to wait awhile before anyone took our order. Then we order a beer which took close to 10 minutes. I had the buffalo shrimp and swiss & mushroom burger. The buffalo shrimp was pretty good very cripy. My problem was the burger, the patty had a horrible taste one of the worst burger I've ever had. I would stay away from the burgers. I don't think we will be going back.

Not only was my dining experience at Wing Daddy ruined by a cockroach infestation, but the lackluster response from the waitress compounded my disappointment. I promptly informed her about the roach, which was right in front of her, and her indifferent reaction was appalling. She offered a half-hearted apology and merely stated that she would inform the manager, showing a clear disregard for the severity of the situation. This level of negligence and complacency is utterly unacceptable, and it further demonstrates the need for immediate action to address the cleanliness and professionalism standards at Wing Daddy. I contacted the business like asked, they gave me the excuse of "that is a different restaurant, I'll have them contact you...." a year later, nothing. I didn't hear back, just got the run around and dropped like a crazy ex. Ridiculous.

Waitress staff is very unprofessional. The whole table I was with didn’t get charged for their food order. Me? As for me, I got charged for my full order amount. Very disappointing and upsetting. “You’re good” was told to my friends as they didn’t have to pay for anything for no apparent reason. Disgusting. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Will choose to go to bar nido every single time. Service is trash, better off going to wing stop.

I was with my family for a late dinner to this restaurant. We are waiting for the waitress to give our menus for 15 minutes and was served late. Once we ate our wings, they were very greasy and lack flavor. Waitress also wasted time since we asked her for our tabs and takeout box. It was the worst experience ever. The service was awful. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated and then after we got our drinks there was a fly in my drink as well as in the restroom. There was a ton of flies in the restroom as well. And then we ordered appetizers first and it took about 30 minutes just to get cheese sticks and fried pickles and that was because we complained. After that we got our food and it was cold the fries the grilled cheese and the wings. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend

Bad service, subpar food. We ate on a Sunday afternoon. Took 20 minutes just to get the waitress to come by to ask for our drinks. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and and food orders. Food took probably another 20 minutes to come out and they didn't even bring us silverware so we waited another 5 minutes to get a server to bring us forks. Each time we got a different serversl, so we had no idea who to ask for the tab from. We were done with our food for almost 45 minutes before we got a waitress to come by and bring us the tab. And when she finally came by she told us that "since she wasn't our server, she couldn't actually bring our tab, but she could try". Took so long to bring the tab by and she slammed it on the table. My husband had to stop her to get her to take the card (at this point we were about ready to just walk out if she refused to charge the order). I kid you not, it took us almost 15 minutes to get our card back, and she basically threw it at the table! Definitely not understaffed since we had several different servers. The place was not even half full. The food was alright but definitely not good enough to offset the absolutely terrible service. I've had bad service here before, but this took the cake. Don't eat here unless you plan to spend close to 3 hours on a lunch service.

Food was super dry. Especially the fried pickles. You couldn't even taste the pickle from how bad they were. Customer service also needs to be worked on. It's always the same thing when I come.

Didn't take a before photo but the blackberry habanero and sweet jalapeno were dynamite. Service was horrible. Waitress overcharged $6 for the supposed $0.79 wings on Tuesday after what seemed like a half hour of waiting for a missing Dos Equis I ordered.

Terrible food, even worse service. This place is probably the worst wing place I have ever been to. We had to wait almost an hour for food that was so horrible, that only 2 of the 5 of us actually ate it. The wings were burnt and horribly over-seasoned. On top of that, our server only came by a handful of times in the 2 hours from walking in, to walking out. Some of the order was not correct or so gross so it was sent back. We waited another 20+ minutes just to get replacement food. We had to flag down other servers multiple times just to get drink refills. We flagged down our server to ask about our food due to the very long wait. Our table became crammed with dishes because our server never came by to remove used plates. We finally waited 15 more minutes (with napkins on all of our plates, looking around for any employee that would acknowledge us, signaling we were most definitely through with what they brought out to us) before our server came by and asked if we wanted our checks. Another 10 minutes to actually get the checks, several more minutes to get them back, sign and then we ran out the front door. Not once did anyone acknowledge the terrible food or horrible service. We never received a visit from any manager. Our server barely came by the table during the entire meal, and then became silent and angry when she (finally) brought us our checks. Avoid this place like the plague. Go to BW3s or Wings & Rings if you want rings. This place is overpriced, nasty and is staffed by people who could care less about anyone. Update in response to Wing Daddy’s comment: Amazing, you guys still cannot even apologize for the terrible experience myself and the others I was with had. I am not going to send you any private message regarding this. Everyone here needs to see how bad your food and service is. Your management never even came out to the table, the server never even asked me what I wanted (in response to the gross food I received). Your server actually brought out even more of it. It all went in the trash as soon as I got home. The first pic is actually exactly how the food looked when it got to my table. I put it directly in the to-go container. When I got home, my wife saw it and said, “ew gross”. THAT is what you are serving at your restaurant.

they boot you if you park in their empty parking lot and go next door instead. Never showing up here again

Took very long and when the food arrived it wasn’t all 18 wings and the boneless wings look like chick fil a nuggets, they were very tiny asked an employee for a ranch and got it 20 minutes later (had to ask 2 different employees) one server was helping half the restaurant so it was very hard to get any refills

Good evening, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred last Friday night at the Laredo, TX location of Wing Daddy’s, where the customer parking area was recently marked as exclusive. On that day, 20 vehicles were issued boots at the request of your company. As I recall, your signs are misleading. Under Texas law, signs must be reflective and clearly visible both day and night, which was not the case here. If 20 individuals were issued a $200 fine, it further demonstrates that the signs do not meet the necessary standards, shifting the responsibility from the customers to the lack of proper signage on your part. I request that you install metal, reflective "Reserved Customer Parking" signs that are clearly visible to the average person, including those with disabilities. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

i am laughing hysterically when i read all of the previous poor reviews for this location because they are ALL TRUE!!!! i am SO GLAD to know i am not the problem. Wing Daddy’s is usually a big hit with my family and i… however, this location truly left our love for Wing Daddy’s a bit jaded! when i arrived with my family and service animal, i expected the waitress/wait staff to seat us accordingly and reiterate their basic policies to me for clarity. however, the woman said, go sit anywhere you’d like. my husband automatically decided on a booth and we took it. a bit later, a gentleman greets us saying how sorry he is, but the store doesn’t allow pets. i informed him my dog is a service animal and he began to go on with a lecture on how he should not be seated at the booth but on the floor. to which i thought, well yes, that is normal. but, when my family chose a booth, i just naturally went with them. and, the floor wasn’t particularly clean enough under the booth to have him sit or lay there, so he sat beside me. there was never clarification and we were never formally seated…. which, is new to me at a Wing Daddy’s. overall, my problem stems back to the root, much like a lot of the other reviewers have commented. the lack of attention and professionalism caused an eventual ordeal, which resulted in us leaving after we had already placed our order. that is at least $100 loss for the store, with just 1 table. it was extremely offensive to have my service animal mistaken for a pet, simply because the proper protocols were not followed, for example, simple communication and clarity. and, in the meantime, to get specific on the little service we did receive for the less than 15mins we were seated….. the waitress never brought us waters. she took our drinks order and i asked for two waters…. she came back with only drinks and no water. i asked again, and waited again. my husband ordered chips and cheese, she asked if we wanted it right away or with our food, he said right away and while we waited, we watched all of the waitresses and staff mingling. the women behind the counter at the registers and the men at a table in the front corner of the store. the atmosphere was very mediocre. all of the tvs had the same thing on them with the exception of a couple. none of them had closed captions on. the volume for the majority of the tvs with the same sports show was on, yet, no music or ambiance AT ALL WHATSOEVER! i am SO HAPPY my husband got up and walked out with me and didn’t WASTE HIS HARD EARNED MONEY on this mediocrity! praise Jesus :)

If I could leave 0 stars I'll do it ... Do not order to go from this place TO GO they never have the orders ready. And this has happened to me more than twice. Too bad because their wings and burgers are very good...

The food I ordered was a beer (a tall Hopadillo) on tap. It was obvious after my first swig that my beer was subpar. It smelled terrible and tasted worse. My guess is they need to clean their tap lines. Took a few more sips, trying to power through but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Ended up leaving 80% of the beer there and took off for another place. I will say the menu looks great and on a previous occasion I ordered a burger which was pretty good. The service was alright. No complaints. I went there to watch a basketball game and while there are a lot of televisions, the picture quality on most of them is terrible. They've got a blueish hue. Cleaning the tap lines is an easy fix. Buying a bunch of new TVs not so much. However, if you fancy yourself a sports bar, you should make the investment in the televisions. Hopefully, they can address these issues before football season begins. 🤞

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life me and my friends were planning on eating wings after going to nidos and not only did they boot our car but they refused us service because this short “manager” who did not point us to the actual manager was mad at us parking there even though they were not closed yet and had an hour left of opening tbh I never would have thought this would have happened especially bc the friend I was with had her 21 birthday there and we go after nidos all the time. I would not bother parking there or eating there it’s not worth the hassle the service is terrible and the people who work there clearly take out their problems at the customers.

My car was booted despite me being a regular customer who usually goes to the bar next door then walks over to the restaurant so I dont have to drive after to be safe. Tried to speak to the manager calmly to sort out the issue and have it removed. Manager was very rude, accused me of being a liar and refused me service. Never coming here again and regret ever giving them my money.

I recently had an awful experience here. The manager refused service to me and my friends an hour before closing and called a towing company to tow my car away. 12/27/25. My friend was very polite to the manager but she was very rude throughout the entire interaction. I told her I am never coming here ever again and telling my friends and family to not either and the manager was completely fine with it.

Horrible service and food. The manager was not open to resolving the problem we had with our food. There were no customers, but I could not get service. Complaining with the manager did nothing. It was a middle aged woman. I will not return and I recommend everyone goes to the way better alternatives here in Laredo. I was also witness to the manager refusing service to a customer and towing their vehicle, so I wouldn't recommend using their lot.

I used to love coming here but this is the third time I’ve been and it tastes like the wings were fried in old grease or just simply reheated. Today I ordered wings with a dry rub and it tasted like they had bbq sauce on it and they decided to toss it in the dry rub, almost like it was a left over wing and they needed to get rid of it (see the color difference in the attached picture) I ordered fries and I never got those. No one greeted me or even attempted to take my order until I was sitting there for about 15 minutes which would have been fine if the restaurant was busy but there was no one in there, the waitresses were just huddled up on their phones. Then when I finally was acknowledged it was with “has someone helped you yet?” And I don’t want to message anyone privately about my experience just do better.

WORST customer service!!! Shame on this place and the people that work here. My wife likes the cucumber margarita, so we get there Saturday around 4pm and see the Happy Hour sign on the table, We ask the waitress about Happy Hour, and she said yes, so we start ordering drinks from 4-6pm. After ordering food and beverages, we asked for the tab and got charged the regular price for drinks (margarita and draft beer). The waitress changed the story on us and told us it was not happy hour and beverages were at regular price. She had the audacity to try to fool us and tell us that someone else had stopped by our table to let us know it was not happy hour . We called the manager at the time  Jaime Salazar, which was a waste of time, Salazar pretty much said he couldn't do anything about it, while many tables had a happy hour sign. It is ridiculous how this place puts a few dollars before a customer. Never again will I visit this place, The worst customer service, place, and restrooms smell and look dirty. I'll be supporting another business.
