Front register was a bit direct. HE was training some.one. Many people working in back cooking. AS I watched on 1 girl stood on her phone as another girl was bagging orders and making wings. Another young man pulling fries as 2 others just watched ( maybe training) this was the chiefs game was starting got busy fast. You have music on in the place it's nice however the cooks where playing other music louder. Ketchup was out we had to ask for it

I literally just left out of this location waiting 5 minutes to order while the employee walked to the register while texting on her cell phone when she got to the register she proceeded to text and not take my order, needless to say they never answer their phone!!!!!!

Called to place an order at 11:23 and 11:28pm for pick up. First time no one answered the second time the phone was answered but no one greeted or a knowledges I was on the line while they continued their personal conversation. I went in at 11:34 tried to place an order and was told they are no longer taking orders for the evening and were putting chairs up. Crazy how I called the next location at 11:40 and they took my order and said it would be ready in 20 min. Which they aslo closed at midnight. Get your shit together you close at midnight serve your customers!!!!!

Initially I ordered from uber eats, food took over an hour to reach me when I received it food cold of course but the fries had no seasoning, I ordered 12 boneless wings, two different flavors and 2 blue cheese. I received I blue cheese and one ranch, one flavored and other half of chick plain and dry. I spent $35 on one meal, tip and two delivery fees and the couldn't make the food properly. I made a complaint with ubereats and was told to listen up for call from the team. After about 40 minutes I calked the store manager I happy to help but I needed to get up and go get it. I get to the store all was polite

My wife found two human hairs in her sauce for her wings. One was long, one was short and curly. Customer service from the counter help all of them too young to know how to handle the situation and I have gotten no response from the manager on a full refund of my order. I figure a full refund is due not just a partial, since my appetite was now ruined as well

Took 15 minutes to get my chicken tenders even though the restaurant was almost empty. Supposed to be freshly cooked however my tenders were almost cold when I ate them 5 minutes later. Overall a very poor experience all around.

Wings were undercooked and missing items from my order. As much as they charge for their food it was definitely the worst Wingstop I've ever been to
