My husband and I dined here for Valentine's Day. It was amazing. We loved everything from the food, the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend making a reservation when going here, especially for a popular holiday times. Their pastas and forcaccia bread are all homemade. We had the polpetta n Caesar salad for appetizers. And we had the pipe rigate and my husband had the gemelli as our main courses.. Both were delicious. And for dessert we had their "spaghetti & meatballs" which was a raspberry cheesecake, chocolate truffle “meatballs”, grated white chocolate. It was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing and authentic Italian restaurant in Las Vegas! The pasta was fresh, the sauces were rich, and every dish tasted like true homemade Italian food. The trendy atmosphere and romantic vibe make it a perfect date night restaurant. We loved the retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, which gave us a beautiful open-air dining experience, perfect for a warm Las Vegas summer night. The host was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the entire experience felt five-star. We’re looking forward to making this our go-to Italian spot in Las Vegas!

Nudo Italiano is a beautiful new addition to the local dining scene, tucked conveniently off Cactus Avenue with plenty of parking available. As we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess who seated us right away, even on a busy Saturday evening, we did have reservations, I recommend making it specially for the weekend. The restaurant’s interior is stylish and inviting, a perfect blend of modern and cozy. Plush brown leather chairs, elegant booths, and striking star shaped ceiling lamps against a black painted ceiling create a chic, sultry atmosphere. The open kitchen showcases a gorgeous pizza oven, and the sleek bar adds to the restaurant’s vibrant charm. It was a glorious day, and with the large doors open to let in a gentle breeze, the ambiance felt simply perfect. To start, we were treated to a complimentary appetizer, stuffed bell peppers and pecorino cheese, absolutely delicious. The menu is thoughtfully curated, not overly large but with a great variety of dishes and an appealing cocktail selection. For drinks, we ordered The Godfather and a glass of Riesling. The Godfather, made with Johnnie Walker Black, amaretto, and chocolate bitters, was strong, smooth, and expertly balanced — one of the best I’ve had. We started our meal with the focaccia bread, which was warm, soft, and delightfully crisp on the outside, a perfect portion for two. For our entrées, we chose the mezzi rigatoni (which the kitchen happily prepared with marinara sauce instead of the creamy version) and the bucatini with shrimp scampi. Both were outstanding. The marinara was rich and flavorful, while the bucatini was perfectly al dente, the shrimp tender and well seasoned, with just the right touch of spice. Our server, Jenny, was wonderful… professional, charming, and genuinely attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and added to the overall pleasant experience. To finish, we shared the pistachio cake, which was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet, a perfect ending to a lovely meal. We loved Nudo Italiano so much that we’re already planning to return with our family this weekend. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while delivering an exceptional dining experience, a spot we’ll definitely be visiting again and again.

We live down the street and have been wanting to try Nudo. Our first time her exceeded our expectations. We were promptly seated and served drinks. Bryan our waiter was very courteous and respectful and delivered service that is hard to find these days. We had the pepperoni pizza and gnocchi. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. We will be back.

Super excited for a new italian restaurant in the area. I really like the atmosphere here and the fact you can see in the kitchen area is really neat. I was able to try the Limoncello Spritz and the Italicus Spritz. I usually lean towards sweet drinks, but I preferred the Italicus. This was very unique and very herbal, super refreshing! We had the Bruschetta appetizer, but it is not the normal bruschetta since it had no tomatoes. It came with whipped burrata, fig jam and prosciutto. This was all very tasty, but wasn't served with slices of bread so a little more difficult to assemle/eat. I would also like to have more pieces of bread for the appetizer as a whole. For dinner I had the Pipe Rigate which was extremely good! The pasta is made fresh daily and you can tell. It came out really hot and nice portion size. For dessert I had the "Spaghetti and meatballs" which was cheesecake with strawberry sauce and chocolate ganache truffles. The cake was not overly sweet and paired very well with the sauce and whipped cream. Overall, we will definitely be back!

Last night we went to Nudo for the first time and we will definitely be back! Tony provided us with excellent service! We started with the calamari and the focaccia - so good! I had the salmon and my husband had the lemony chicken and both were so flavorful. We finished it off with the "spaghetti and meatballs" dessert and it was one of my favorite desserts ever! Our food all came out pretty quickly but it didn't feel like a rushed experience - perfect date night!

Absolute perfection top to bottom. The team, ambiance and food. All a 10. We really needed a place like this in the area and they absolutely nailed it. 100% will be a go to spot. Bravo.

We had Calamari Chicken Parmesan Branzino (Sea Bass) and Cheesecake (Spaghetti and Meatballs) It was all so wonderful! That Cheesecake was the best dessert I ever had! We had the pleasure of talking with the owers Jenna and Michael Morton and they are really wonderful people. We can't wait to go back to try more of their food. You have to try their Cheesecake it is beyond words.

Welcome Nudo to the Southern Highlands and LV! A Michael Morton restaurant has just opened, and the food is fantastic 👌 😋! For VIP night, we were treated to a variety of signature dishes: Clams al Forno, Pepperoni pizza, Fungi pizza, Pipe red Rigatoni, Mezzi Rigatoni, and to drink red wine or a delightful Sauvignon Blanc and the Ananas Ribes cocktail AND a delish Espressotini. They have a full bar and outdoor seating. Brunch and happy hour will be coming soon. My faves were the Mezzi Rigatoni with Cacio e pepe, black pepper and pecorini cream, cooked al dente. this dish was so creamy and rich! 😍 AND try the meatballs!! Yummy!! Second, and I didn't get a picture 😕 was the Funghi pizza!! The flavors of mushroom, roasted garlic, and arugula were all delightfully delish 😋 Third would be the Pipe Rigate made with Alla vodka sauce, prosciutto, onions, and tomatoes. SO fresh! The pizzas are made in a pizza oven and have a nice thin crust with a delicious brown crust. Normally, I try to not eat the crust, but I did eat Chef DeMarco's crust! Cocktails!! I tried the Espressotini made with Ketel One vodka, Evil Bean, and Suzette, and the Ananas Ribes with Ketel One vodka, Leejay Cassis, and an Old Fashioned. They have both booth and table seating. This is a very enjoyable restaurant 😋 Will absolutely 💯 go again!! And kudos to the very friendly and attentive staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finally a good Italian restaurant on the southwest side of Las Vegas that caters to the locals located in Southern Highlands. This Italian restaurant is a breath of fresh air. Value propositions and good food have finally returned. We had dinner there tonight and we're overwhelmed by the authentic Italian flavors orchestrated by the extremely talented chef Billy Demarco. The food was refreshingly authentic you could tell that some of these recipes in particular the potato gnocchi came from Grandma's recipe in Italy. The pasta is freshly made and the pizzas are about as authentic Italian of anything I've had in Las Vegas. The owners Michael and Jenna are kind and humble and we're very welcoming. Our server Tony was a star on the menu recommended several dishes that all hit the mark. To put this short it's very hard to find Value in Las Vegas now. I believe this restaurant encapsulates value and good quality Italian cuisine. A lot of other restaurants in Southern Highlands could take note on how a restaurant is to be run. It's like the old saying goes just because we live in a premier area of Las Vegas doesn't mean we need to be price gouged like it. There seems to be a monopoly of restaurants here in Southern Highlands and are egregiously overpriced and a lot of the locals that I know and have talked to don't go back to other Southern Highlands restaurants for this reason. It is our new favorite hotspot and we will be coming back over and over again. Compare the quality of the food to a near Italian Restaurant nearby "wink wink" and you'll see this is what it used to be before 2020. The menu speaks for itself $18 calamari where everywhere else in town it's mid 20s. At least someone seems to get the clue that people will discontinue to go out if they continue to gouge the customers. It appears Michael and Jenna understand this equation and I think it'll be successful. Kind of like what Echo and rig did for Summerlin Nudo Italian will do for Southern Highlands. It's such a breath of fresh air as a local that I felt compelled to write this review and the fact that the food was remarkable. Some of the food highlights are the mocktails especially one with orgeat syrup. The cocktails are crafted by a master mixologist I kid you not some of the best drinks I've had. The potato gnocchi and the Vodka Pipe Rigate was a favorite of mine and my wife. The Margarita Pizza and pepperoni were two of my favorites finished off with a remarkable dessert of Tiramisu and the best cheesecake I've ever had. Take note Las Vegas restauranteurs this is how you open a restaurant. I hope they hold to these prices because they are some of the lowest prices in town for Italian even lower than bootlegger and similar style restaurants. Value Ambiance service 10 out of 10. Now I don't have to drive to Summerlin or Eastern anymore for good Italian. Thank God Southern Highlands finally has a good restaurant. Just look at the menu and tell me where else are you going to get these kind of prices for good authentic Italian food.

It's good. The menu isn't massive, but good. The pasta is made in house. I hade the bucattini, the sauce is really good. The lemon stands out. The bruchetta is a bit odd. You build it yourself. Whipped buratta, prosciutto and fig jelly. I don't know if I'd order it again. But wasn't bad at all. Desserts are delicious, I had the pistachio cake and the girl had "spaghetti and meatballs". Both were really good.

K

The steak is tender, juicy, packed with flavor, and a bargain. Pasta is house made and cooked properly - al dente. Staff exudes enthusiasm. They're attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Don't skip dessert. Can't wait to return and try the pizza!

From start to finish, Nudo Italiano delivers an unforgettable dining experience. We began with the amuse-bouche… delightful bites of cherry tomato with cream cheese, and Parmigiano Reggiano that set the tone beautifully. The focaccia bread followed, warm and fluffy with the perfect crisp edges. Next came the pizza, with a crust that was flawlessly crisp, flaky, and fluffy all at once truly a standout. The gnocchi were soft and pillowy with the cherry tomatoes that complement perfectly as the burst in each bite, and the Parmigiana di Pollo was everything you want in a classic—crispy, juicy, and rich with flavor. For dessert, we were blown away by the pistachio cake. With the trendy Dubai chocolate coming together to create a delicate, nutty, and perfect desert and their bold twist on a classic: a spaghetti & meatball-inspired cheesecake that was as surprising as it was delicious. A special thank you to CJ, our incredible server, whose energy and attention made the night even better. Nudo Italiano is a fresh, creative, and delicious new must-try. Don’t wait… GO NOW !

Good Italian joint on southwest side of strip. Open for 8 days at my time of visit which violates my my rule of waiting for 1 month to work out any issues. However, overall experience was good and will go back to try other menu items. Definitely give this place a try for yourself.

First, love the bar vibe! This feels like the kind of place where you’ll always know people. The food is fantastic - favorites include the pizza, crudo and burrata. Try an Italian spritz and ask for Tony’s section.

My new favorite place in Southern Highlands. Thanks for the great dinner Tony! We ordered three dishes and three sides. All were perfect. Specialty cocktails were on point. This is what Pine Bistro and Spaghetti Western have been trying to be. They are not even close.

The food was amazing!! We were also very pleasantly surprised by the price. My hubby and I both had glasses of wine and entree and a shared appetizer and bread for under $100! Josue M was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He provided excellent service!! Definitely check out Nudo!

Outstanding meal! NY Strip, pepperoni pizza and the salmon were the standouts. Great service too.

Get the pepperoni pizza. We had the pollo chicken pasta and it’s was okay, presentation was unappetizing because the crusted chicken looked strange and the flavors were okay. We also had the veggie pizza it was pretty bland. I love artichokes and they were completely flavorless so not sure why. Also we got the bread as as appetizer and the flavor was great but they don’t fully cut the bread so you’re left handling this oily square they you have to tear, getting all messy just to have a slice. Did not appreciate having to do that and not sure who would. Service and environment was fantastic! We will go back for sure but order other things next time. But the saving grace was the pepperoni pizza. Holy moly was that good!!! The crust is so chewable and the sauce was insanely good. So I recommend ordering anything with the red sauce.

Had an amazing dinner at Nudo Italiano! The place is beautiful—modern but still cozy. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. We were lucky enough to meet and talk with owner Michael Morton and he could not have been nicer! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Great service, great food, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Wow. The food here was amazing and honestly very well priced for the amount and quality. We had the bruschetta, meatballs, sausage pizza, chicken parm, focaccia and the cannoli stack. We left with stuffed happy bellies plus some to take home! You can tell how fresh everything is! The service was also great.

Great ambiance, delicious food and excellent service. Best of all, the place is affordable. Not too many places like this in Vegas anymore. I was happy to get a recommendation from my neighbor, who basically visits Nudo. Now I'll be on that schedule too!

Food is excellent, and mostly just authentic. Drinks we're good. Service was great. Only con is that they charge you $5 for the bread, and only serve a tiny loaf of focaccia, with no 2nd serving.

Incredible food and ambience! This restaurant will become a staple for us! Quality ingredients and you can tell everything is made from scratch. Elevated modern Italian cuisine. 10/10

Overall great. Been a few times. The cream pasta is not great. The lasagna is ok, a bit unusual. The pesto is phenomenal. The focaccia bread is phenomenal. The caramelized onion pizza and the carbonara pizza are some of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. In addition the service is always spectacular. Definitely recommend, especially the focaccia, pizza and pesto.

We came to Nudo at the last minute at the suggestion of a friend. So glad we did. We went to the restaurant as soon as it opened at 4 pm on a Thursday. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming - it has an upscale neighborhood vibe. We noticed the bar area filled up quickly with the "after work" crowd. The hostess was very friendly as was the rest of the staff. We do not recommend the booth seating in front of the kitchen window. The seats are a little low for the tables (at least ours was - the middle one). The food was delicious and made with high quality ingredients. The pasta is homemade and delicious. I had the Gnocchi, my husband had the Branzino. He said it was delicious but it was only half the fish. When we go to other upscale neighborhood restaurants like Azzurra the serving is full not half. They have outside seating (with umbrellas) but it is on the west side of the building so I am not sure how that works with our blazing sun.We will be back and we will also try their brunch. We live in Boulder City so we drove, 215, St. Rose, to Spencer and up Cactus instead of dealing with the 215 the whole way. You should absolutely try this neighborhood gem.

M

Truly delicious. We have a place near our Minneapolis home that does great homemade pastas, bread, and meatballs, and Nudo really surpassed it. Loved the texture of their pizza crust and their meatballs were perfect as well. No dryness or chewiness. My brother kept going in about how good the focaccia was and I was skeptical as I haven't warmed up to that bread style. It was fantastic too - clearly homemade and super fresh. 4 different pastas ordered and the noodle texture was perfect. My brother lives in Henderson and has eaten there several times - I was so happy that he suggested this!

An absolute gem! The food is an amazing display of culinary genius. The ambience is very relaxing and comfortable. The service is the bow on top. Excellent service with great knowledge of their creations. Never wanting for anything throughout the experience except for maybe a wheelchair to exit the building and a therapist to help you to not want to eat everything on the menu! Truly amazing!

Me and my family went as other people on reddit said this place was tasty. It's honestly very good. My parents got the lasguana, I got the rigiatoni and my sister/brother in law got another pasta dish. Portion size was perfect. Sat us down on reservation time. They open at...4 pm on the week on a monday, we got in at 6 and it was packed. Honestly the only improvement was the music was very macys and I wanted something more...soothing. 4.8 out of 5, would go agian. Get a reservation.

It’s a highly praised and recommended local gem in the neighborhood, and we finally tried it out for dinner with a party of 8. We all loved their pizzas, especially the carbonara pizza. But we were all slightly disappointed about the pastas. We had mezzi rigatoni and mezzi spaghetti, the sauce and flavor were good, but the spaghetti was a bit undercooked. Our grandpa who had mezzi rigatoni with extra meatball and coke gave out all the food that night, but the rest of us were totally all good. Pappardelle was good, along with the pizza, would be our recommendations to try here. Calamari was a pleasant highlight among other dishes. Burrata is mediocre with well-seasoned cherry tomatoes. The desserts were what I was excited about. The gelato.trio comes with pretty presentation. But the Dubai chocolate cake didn’t live up to its hype, unfortunately. The restaurant is with good vibes with nice bar and open kitchen. Definitely great for hanging out with drinks. Loved the hanging chairs by the bar, nice for pictures. Our waitress is nice, but we all felt uncomfortable that she kept making assumptions and decisions for us. We have a child in the party, and she brought out his pasta without bails and cheese because her own children don’t like them. But our little guess loves vegetables and cheese. The nine year old had to ask the waitress to provide whatever is supposed to be on the menu. Not a bad local restaurant, but we all felt it doesn’t give us the impression what we expected.

Worth visiting....both food and service were good. The pistachio cake was my favorite! The pasta is homemade and the lemon chicken was very fresh. The other food was also a hit. Would definitely return!

Went with the family, our service was great from start to finish. The food was okay. The pasta that came with the chicken parm was cold and the sauce was fresh dump from a can soup. The calamari was really salty inedible - the deserts were fun and tasty., the wine selection was excellent! We will be back. I know they just opened and still need to refine their food- the music and ambience inside it’s great!

D
Debra Pizzolato

The food is good. The staff is excellent. We enjoyed the Focaccia the arugula salad. The meatballs were delicious made with veal and pork! The homemade Rigatoni with the Cacio de Pepe was excellent. Enjoyed the chicken Franchese. The pizza was good, although we like it cooked a little more, so it's crisp on the crust and underside with much less sauce... Napoleon style, which is cooked quickly in a very hot brick oven. However, if it's not cooked enough, it doesn't come chewy. Otherwise, the flavor was actually. They have a few specialty desserts. we tried the pistachio cake, and it was out of this world! We will be back.

This place is super cute inside and bigger than anticipated. We were seated and immediately were given an amuse-bouche which consisted of peppers, mushrooms and cheese. The peppers were great stuffed with cheese. We ordered, the Bucatini, Pollo Francese, and Branzino. When you go, I highly recommended the Branzino. The taste is spectacular. Everything here is ala carte, so you have to order sides separately. We alone had the Antipasti platter which was wonderful. The service was good as well and the food came quickly. The only reason it isn't 5 stars was the pasta. It is made in house and it tasted extremely starchy, thick, and under cooked. 2 of the dishes were pasta dishes, so that was a disappointment. Other than that, everything was great.

L
Linda Yates

If the service we received was better, this would have been an overall 5. Josue was disappointing. We were seated for over 30 minutes before our order was taken; he never checked on us after we received our meal; getting dessert menus took another 15 minutes after he said he was bringing them. Just expected better service because the food is great. Favorites were Pollo Francesa and cacio pepe rigatoni. The “spaghetti and meatballs” dessert was delicious and truly novel idea. We will return, but will never sit in his section again.

The food and atmosphere were great. Our Server was wonderful, but her support was lacking she did a great job in spite of them. Things kept occurring (they opened in May, and we dined in Mid-August) i took my daughter and wife (It was for her birthday) and when we went in the place looked great our waitress was great and upsold on our dinner. But when i ordered my Bourbon neat with a glass of ice on the side - i received the glass of ice 10 minutes before the bourbon ( i am not making this up). We ordered 2 appetizers and only one came out - after about ten minutes they provided some free meatballs as an apology. Finally, we ordered desert and when they brought it to the table, they did not bring any silverware. We will try them again and sincerely hope that the service because we really did like the food but given the pricing and the atmosphere, we were somewhat disappointed with overall experience. But if it is the same as this dinner we will not return.

This neighborhood sorely needs more restaurants, and I had high hopes for Nudo Italiano. I really wanted to rate this newer place higher than a 3+ but for me the positives and the negatives canceled each other out. Maybe if I had a gotten a pasta dish or one of their pizzas I could have pushed the food rating higher. On the way out, I had a past a table and the pizza did look amazing. * Starting off, they did have a nice heavy poor bar and decent wine choices. * Their Antipasti is a MUST HAVE with a nice selection and extremely generous the price. * But sadly, I was somewhat disappointed with both the Chicken Parmesan and the "Veal" (subbed for the chicken) Francese. I do have to say that it was very kind of N.I. to sub the chicken for the veal (I honestly don't remember if there was an up-charge). It could have been the cut of meat or possibly a critical misstep by insufficiently pounded it out in preparation which left the veal rather tough (I experienced the same issue with the chicken). Although, the bed of linguine underneath was cook & seasoned perfectly and a reason I would come back for pasta and give them another try. .

Ordered take-out online thru Toast app. Not sure if I made a mistake, if the restaurant forgot it or if we got what we ordered, but the $32 chicken parm came solo - no pasta. The salmon, risotto, and Brussels had good flavor. Hostess was lovely and the restaurant is beautiful. Would give 3.5 stars on take-out experience.

My daughter and I went there for her birthday on Nov 4th. . It’s new in our neighborhood so we decided to give it a try. The hostess greeted us with “hi?” Like do we need help or do we have a question. She took us to our table. It was a small table good for only two people. The table set up was kinda weird and cramped, I didn’t want to sit next to a booth and with table on either side which is only a foot away, I could literally hold hands with the customer at the other table. There were three booths and two other tables that were available in the corner. So I asked if we could get another table. The hostess said they’re expecting “bigger groups.” So ok, we stayed at the small table. It was just so awkward though, because there was no room for four dishes, and there was no place to set our purses. So I was eating dinner with my purse hanging on my neck. Maybe having a hook under the table would have been useful just like some other restaurants. Our server was super nice. She was very accommodating. I ordered the Bronzino and I absolutely loved it. My daughter ordered a pasta dish and we also love it., except the portion was small. When we finished eating, I noticed that there were two ladies seated at the booth next to us that was good for four people. If the hostess had given us one of the boots or the table for four at the corner, we would have left happy and the evening would have been perfect. So by the time we left, the “bigger crowd” hasn’t come yet. Are we gonna go back there? Maybe. And hopefully next time they will have hooks under the table for purses or a purse holder.

I love italian food and this is right by our house. We went for Valentines Day and it was very busy. They had a 3 course special for $59. A salad, beef carpaccio and butternut squash ravioli with sausage. I was very interested in the Butternut ravioli but explained to to the waiter I dont eat meat so could I get something besides the beef capacious. He immediately said no, no substitutions. Okay, I then asked if I could just order the Butternut squash and again. "No" So, I ordered the special. Salad was wonderful. My husband ate the beef capacious and when the main course came the sausage was included. When I said something to waiter he just said "sorry my fault" but made no attempt to change it. Its Valentines day, I am with my hubby, not going to make a bid deal. But we paid 59 bucks for a salad. I left feeling hungry and annoyed. Customer service was awful.

Not a place to go if you're hungry or short on time. We were seated right away however, we waited for 22 minutes before someone came over to give us menus and water. I ordered iced tea with lemon and 10 minutes later I got my tea but no lemon. We ordered 3 items and one was brought out 10 minutes before the others. The food was amazing but everything else needs a little work.

I saw great reviews and so I ordered delivery service for one Lasagna. It was left at the door and when I picked it up the bags was light. So opening there was no bread with the meal and the lasagna was tiny and thin. I called them and the little that answered said we dont serve bread with lasagna . I wasn't rude but said I was very disappointed. Only to be told OH IM SORRY THAT YOU ARE. Next time Go where you know for great lasagna like Brooklyn Best. Will not be a return customer. NOT EVEN AN INCH THICK YES, I MEASURED FOR ALL TO SEE.
