Bro this is the best Taco Bell eating experience I’ve had in a long time. Bro stuffed my quesadillas thicc with cheese and chicken I was THROBBIN. not to mention my tacos were the PERFECT ratio. Whoever was working kitchen at 11 today deserves a raise or at least sloppy.

I mean, it is Taco Bell! If you have bad service, it is because someone is having a bad day! I went at 3pm and another day at 130am! Both times, great service! I could have used a smig more meat in the taco, but it is what it is.

We came here 10/04 and to be honest I never eat Taco Bell because it’s never good. But this day I was starving and decided to go inside and eat. The service was super fast and when we got our food…it was steaming hot and soooooo good! I’ve never had Taco Bell that was hot and fresh. They know what they’re doing there, that’s for sure!

Quick ordering and they were sympathetic when I told them at the kiosk that I paid more money last time for additional chicken, rice and beans and did not receive what I paid extra for, they kindly took my word for it and gave me a replacement burrito for no charge. I was not asking for that nor did I expect it. Good things happen to people that are kind and polite and patient! They were all 3 of these characteristics and it paid off for me! Thank you Taco Bell on 23rd street in Lawrence KS

Drive through was well worth the wait. The waiter was super friendly and helped us find some good food when the menu changed. Food was very good for a TBell. There are some really not good ones out there. Definitely the best TBell in Lawrence!

A little slow, but if you order pick-up they are very quick. Almost instant. Corrected my order swiftly (twice). Workers are kind. Food was FANTASTIC, besides the nacho fries- they were terrible. We ordered soft tacos (lots of meat), cinnamon twists (very coated- extra powder at the bottom, perfectly fresh), and a couple 5-layer burritos (had extra stuff- packed guac!).

We can eat at TB for any meal, sometimes twice in one day when breakfast is included. This location always makes the most consistent food. It's always really tasty and well presented. Big points for getting our family meal customizations correct! The staff is always kind/friendly and you can tell they work hard. Great customer service! We so appreciate them tolerating our toddler to get his steps in. Thank you for everything, 23rd Street staff!!

I got five crunchy tacos and an order of Doritos fries with nacho cheese. I should've just got four tacos, but for some reason five sounded like a good number. I didn't really need the fries either, but the commercials make them sound so good. They were luke warm by the time I got home (only a couple blocks), but the cheese was still hot. I asked for hot sauce for my five tacos and they only gave me four packages. Why? Wouldn't you just assume one package of hot sauce per taco? Oh well, that's why we save our extra packages of hot sauce, for times like this. The tacos were good, as usual, but I would've been fine with four instead of five. Why did I pick an odd number instead of even? I guess we'll never know. I wish Taco Johns hadn't closed. I miss their potato oles. Much better than the Doritos fries, and they were always steaming hot by the time you got home.

It seems they've upped their game in the past few months but I have had issues with getting everything in my order correct before, so just make sure you check the bag and you're all good! Food is always fresh and yummy!!

It's Taco Bell. Food quality is consistent with what you should expect from any other Taco Bell. What really stands out about this particular restaurant is the service; they're amazing. Inside the lobby, at the drive through, midnight, noon, "happy hour" wherever, whenever, I've never had a bad experience. They're super nice and cheery, and it's almost like they enjoy working in fast food. I hope the manager and franchise owner know what a great staff they've got.

Most of my experience at this Taco Bell is consistent with decent fast food and fast service, however, there have been times when they have been short staffed and a looong wait and a couple of trips I've made they've closed early. It's not the cleanest inside either. It must not be a problem tho because they are always busy.

In my opinion, this place actually has gotten better. The tacos have more cheese on them than they used to. Perhaps they are adding more cheese to justify the huge increase in price. The price of my only complaint. My God. Three tacos and a Coke $10 now. Ridiculous but it is what it is Skip the fast food. Add a couple dollars to it and go get a real sit-down meal

The busiest Taco Bell in Lawrence, the drive-thru lane is regularly long as heck. It's close to a college campus, which dilutes the experience by no fault of their own. The lobby is surprisingly clean, and the staff is courteous and fast. Nonetheless, I still visit this location. Taco Bell is still king and home of the third meal!

Taco Bell will always be a staple in any college town for it’s cheesy goodness satisfying cravings from dawn till dusk. This Taco Bell struggles with service, both in timeliness and quality of service. The drive through wait times can get pretty ridiculous during peak times, and the cashiers aren’t necessarily excited to serve you most of the time, however, Taco Bell by name and reputation alone will keep this place as a solid option regardless of some of the flaws.

The cashiers aren't as friendly as they once were and the service is slower. Also, they've gotten my last three orders wrong in some small but basically forgiveable way, so I keep going back. Sometimes you need bad Mexican food at 11pm.

This location is normally pretty busy but the service is bare minimum at best. My major complaint would be if they don't tell you if they are out of a product and they won't make more to fill the order. Example I ordered 3 cinnamon twists around 1am and instead of telling us they were put they put 3 cinnamon twists in each bag and charged us for three instead of making more or explaining it was late and wouldn't make since to make more. Definitely double check your food.

They were so backed up in drive and front, that people had been waiting awhile. One customer was there right at an hour waiting. They did not seem to be in any hurry to get ahead. It was ridiculous. On a POSITIVE note, the young man that was working front counter and helping drive- thru, did great. He made sure to keep in communication with the 6 or 7 people in the lobby while we waited.

Ordered on the app, chose in-store pick up. As I was walking up to the door, a worker rudely said “Lobby’s Closed”. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through I finally got my food. Either fix the app to not let us chose that option or staff your location properly!

When I went up to order, the cashier dude disappeared. 6 people working the line didn't even say boo or acknowledge I was there, I even had my money laying on the counter. My wife finally came up and picked up my cash and said we're out of here.

These people were so rude. They acted like they could really care less about the customers! The lady taking my order was talking to a different customer the whole time and had to ask me several times to repeat my order. Then I asked for a bag for my togo order and with my hands full, another woman tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. At least the food was good.

I was hungry for taco bell and I normally like them. I got the grilled burrito bell box and they gave me something that doesn't even come in the box and I didn't like it so I ate less food. The food I did get tasted old and stale and my chips were hard and had black burnt bits (I substituted chips and cheese instead of churros). I had to repeat myself several times at the speaker in the beginning. I asked for a baja blast freeze and I just got baja blast soda (not the freeze kind). It was not blended with ice. Also while maybe not their fault, they were out of what I originally wanted...very disappointed.

So hit and miss I wouldn't recommend them unless you're a gambler. As a customer, whenever I order from here it's always messed up, which means you're spending over half an hour going back through just so the kid at the intercom can get an attitude that you had the nerve to return. As a dasher, I dain getting orders for this location because I know it'll take 20+ min just to get through the drive-thru.

Hands down the worst taco bell I go to regularly . I'm not the kind of person that gave a place a bad review because of one that experience because anything can happen but I have been here over a dozen times and probably only had my order done correctly a single time. It seems to be staffed by some of the most incompetent, laziest people in the fast food industry and it must have a super high turnover rate because it's never got better. If you go here it will take unreasonably long and you will likely not get everything you ordered, or maybe even something you didn't order. Don't even bother coming here past 8 on the weekends.

I have been to this taco bell multiple times, usually its okay. if there are some mess-ups they are pretty minor… BUT every-time I have ordered for pick up or delivery my food is either completely messed up or not cooked. This was my third time ordering delivery from taco bell, and my chicken quesadilla had 2 pieces of chicken, no sauce, and shredded cold cheese. I can promise you this quesadilla was not cooked. I was a manager for a fast food restaurant for 2 years and I would never ever let this slide. like i said, in person and drive through its usually fine. if this wasn’t the third time where my food was hardly edible i wouldn’t be leaving this review, please do better.

The quality of the food has been so poor lately. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, or they just don’t care, but the food is so poorly prepared and messy. I had three tacos just like this one that were destroyed when I opened them.

EDIT: I just looked at our box that our order came in. They straight up gave us someone else's order like they didn't even check before they handed it out the window. This is unacceptable. The last two times me and my fiancé have been to this location, they have forgotten my cinnamon twists both times, and this last time I'm pretty sure they gave me a $5 or $7 box. Not sure which one but it sure as heck wasn't the $9 dollar box that I ordered and PAID FOR. We already whipped back through the drive through for our twists, and I didn't realize I had the wrong box til I got home. The staff seemed nice enough in our brief interactions, so the staff seems good. But this level of carelessness is unacceptable, and good customer service can't make up for service that's sloppy in the first place. We will not be returning to this location again.

I just waited 50 minutes for my order while people who ordered after me received their food before me… I believe 2 the people working the food station never clicked my order and another employee had to fix it for them…I understand it was a rush but please pay more attention. I am pretty upset…lucky you the nacho fries are back so I didn’t get TOO upset…again, just pay more attention please and own up to your mistakes. I’ll hold off on this location for a while.

I feel like they should but a sign on at 10pm saying "Abandon all hope ye who enter here". Yep, sounds about right. Stay away from this place after 10pm if you are picking up through doordash/grubhub! Unless they offer pay by time, at least then you get paid for waiting 30 minutes. AND DONT CHECK TO SEE IF THE LOBBY IS OPEN. Time 0:15 - ...Honestly this has to be the what Weird Al was singing about in his drive thru song. I feel his pain now. I feel regret... Why do they have only like 3 people working? Time 0:25 - I notice most people are just watching movies on their phone. Maybe this is a good time to binge the lord of the rings movies! Time 0:45 Please close the store at 10pm taco bell... This needs to be at Guantanamo Bay. Captain Planet and Jesus are frowning at me for my needless wasted gas. Also door dash - I better be Santa's favorite helper after this. No mere mortal can withstand this hell. WHY DO THEY HAVE THIS STUPID SINGLE LANE DRIVE THRU?!?! Time 0:50 - ... was that a bag crinkle? YES!!! ONE MORE CAR Time: 0:55- Wait I have my food? That fast? What took the other people so long? I assume it's cause they didn't order on the app/door dash. Despite this, I give the workers one kudos - they make the order when you get there to prevent it from fossilizing. I don't blame them for how the business is ran. Definitely some higher ups with sadistic tendencies and greed. C;

So e of the worst service I have ever had at a Taco Bell!! Will probably never visit that location again. Whoever the lady was working the drive thru window was all out of sorts. No greeting, no eye contact, had no clue what was going on, was rude. I was short my side of sour cream, but didn't even want to go back through to get it. And anyone who loves sour cream knows that it canost definitely make the meal. Anyway huge flop, the place was a mess. Would not recommend.

I have never had a good experience at this location. It usually takes 10 minutes to get my food, the whole crew is rude, and our order is always messed up. This last time, they threw my food in the bag and there was food all over the side of the bag. I went in and told the manager, she told them to make me a new one and then she went to hide in the back. The new one (which i have a picture of and my reciept still) was a mess. GO TO ANY LOCATION BUT THIS ONE. I havent had issues at the other locations.

I'll drive a few extra miles to a different Taco Bell just to avoid this one. I keep paying for double meat in my burritos and they give me half of what's normal instead. Seems like they're messing my food up on purpose to scare customers from coming back so they don't have to work. Good job crew, I won't come bother you anymore.

food quality was poor. wait time was excessive. was there almost 20 minutes waiting for food with 2 people ahead of me and hardly anyone in drive through. guy in front of me had a complaint about the wait time and the manager who assisted him shrugged it off as if they didnt care. 2 of the employees were standing staring into space like they had no idea what they were doing or supposed to be doing for that matter.

Had 2 mobile orders and was told at the speaker that I could only pick up one order and that I would have to go get back in line in the drive-thru to get the 2nd mobile order. Line was very long to. Waited over fifteen minutes in the drivethru just to order. Once we got to order, the employee kept leaving and coming back. I had a bunch he wouldn't get our order right. This location decides to close at a different time every night and despite ordering online in the app prior to that closing time they will refuse to make your order. They handled the situation very unprofessionally and this unfortunately is not the first time I’ve had problems with this location. I try to avoid this location at all costs, but sometimes is the only thing that is open. Make sure to call ahead prior to ordering or making the drive to see if they are even open at this point.

Worst run fast food location in Lawrence. Sat in line for an hour and were told we were the second to last car to be served. When we finally got to order they said they are done serving (30 minutes before closing). Absolutely horrible

#1. If you go through the drive through, make sure you have at least half a tank of gas. I almost ran out of gas two weeks ago sitting in that very slow line. #2. Be sure to call ahead before you leave to go there to make sure they're open. Their hours change almost daily depending on if everyone shows up for work, or not! #3. Just because your craving a burrito supreme doesn't mean you'll get one. About every other time I've gone there, they are out of something. Here's my list of things they've been out of: Meat; refriend beans; mild sauce; and empathy for their customers!

After a long day of traveling, my husband and I needed food. This is important not only because we were starving, but because my husband's blood sugar had also dropped dangerously low and we had used the medicine we had taken with us for the trip. Food was needed urgently to bring it back up. We pulled into the drive-thru at this location on the morning of Friday, March 17, 2017, almost ten minutes before the posted closing time of 3:00 AM. We were completely and utterly ignored. No one acknowledged us in the drive-thru, though the lights were on and the staff was present. We pulled up to the window and were ignored, pulling around again to be ignored further. We tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. Finally, a few minutes before 3:00, the staff shut off the inside lights. Thankfully there was a McDonald's open not far up the street, or we wouldn't have had food for some time to come as we'd have been visiting the local hospital to deal with my husband's medical condition. The moral of this story: don't trust Taco Bell's signage, especially not when it matters. They may say they're open until 3:00, but unless you arrive before 2:30 you won't be fed.

I will never go to this location ever again and I suggest strongly to avoid this location . I get 30 min lunch break and didn't even get my food because my lunch was over before my food was cooked . In my opinion the entire crew should be fired and new people with time management skills replace them. Never again will I go there, I was a chef for 18 yrs at sit down restaurants and I never allowed my kitchen to function or be as slow as this "fast food" astablishmen is . I'd give zero stars if I could!!!!!!!

WORST Taco Bell in Lawrence!!! I’d give minus stars for service if I can. It’s ridiculous that you have to go inside the store and wait for 20 mins to pick up an online order. They don’t pay attention to customers at the counter at all. I waited for 8 MINUTES until someone came and spoke to me at the counter. They didn’t have the order ready. And they got the order ready and prep team put it near the drive through window where it sat for like 6-7 minutes and then I had to get someone’s attention again to ask for the order which was ready and sitting on the drive through counter. DISORGANIZED POOR SERVICE. This is the second time back to back this happened to me. I went around 6-7pm

Let me start off by saying, i love taco bell. there is nothing wrong w the food they serve. However, i just had quite possibly the worst interaction out of any fast food or food service i’ve gotten. ever. I placed an online order, had some add ons to my items etc. when i got home, i had eaten some of said item and it did not look or seem OR taste like there was any of the add on i had asked for. So i went back, considering i spent extra on this, and had eaten nearly half without any trace of said add on. I get there, I am EXTREMELY polite. I have never been rude with a foodservice worker because I work in food service and have worked in fast food before . I told them about my issue, and the i assume to be manager, hopped on the mic and told me he made it himself it should be on there etc., said very rudely and then some to me might i add. but bottom line, the fact of the matter is it wasn’t on half of the thing i got…. I pull up , i had told them i brought the item if they needed “proof”, and they proceed to take it, him and the cashier step back a foot or two, turn around, inspect it in front of me, and then he came to the window to show me where the add on was (completely on one side of the item and absolutely none on the other let me add to further prove my point). FIRST of all, since apparently this is their first day in food service lol, the customer is always right. Was I technically wrong? Was the add on on the item? turned out it was. after prodding through it with gloves tells me they’ll remake it, but basically rubbed in my face that it was on there after all. absolutely unbelievable and extremely belittling and disrespectful. NEVER would i serve a table of guests at my job, or in previous years given someone their order at the drive through, and tell them they’re wrong about something, whether they ended up being wrong or NOT. Let alone check the item in front of them. As if them looking through it and showing it to me matters or makes a difference since they put their hands on my food item in the end?? Any other issues in the past, i was always dealt with with kindness, respect, and courtesy. And no, they did not ask to see my item and have never asked to see my item in the very few times my order has been messed up or not made well. I am a regular here, atleast 4 or 5 times a week in between work and school and I live super close by. but this has me contemplating driving all the way across town because I am so frustrated. The night shift is great and they’ve always been very nice, apparently morning shift not so much. The attitudes and tones of the two people who butchered assisting me today were absolutely horrid. So to the asian man and brunette teen girl whose first day it must be, please do better ! even though i was extremely nice until i was treated with disrespect, im still worried they spit in it! I will no longer be going to taco bell for breakfast. Taco bell please give your employees customer service training. They need it and it shows. I would have said this to the manager myself, but he had the girl working the drive through give it to me instead of himself.

Workers always went to have an attitude when I come through the drive though. Also, never get the sauce I ask for d when asked for it I get the biggest eye roll and an extra scoop of attitude on the side. Sometimes the beans are very dry making the food nasty and unable to eat.

I’m not sure if there was a change in management, or what, but in the past month or so this place has went completely downhill. The past four or five times I have ordered from this Taco Bell they have gotten my order wrong. Today was the one day I checked my food before leaving and went inside to get what I paid for. After standing at the counter for almost five minutes a women yells to me from the back of the kitchen to ask what I want. Once I tell her that my order was incorrect instead of acknowledging me at all, she asked one of the other workers to make me the correct food. They try handing me a bag that is still missing part of the order, and I explain I still need an order of chips and cheese. The women then yells again to the other worker “NO JUST ONE”. I tell her that I paid for two and they just promptly throw it in the bag and hand it to me without saying a word. Before whatever changed here, any slight inconvenience I would be bombarded with apologies and free coupons. Please bring back the prior manager or fix whatever changed here. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE RETURNING. I literally NEVER write reviews, but I had to share this experience. This is ridiculous.

Been in drive through line 48 mins now and still not to the menu board to order. I understand it being busy or short staffed but usually taco bell is super fast in and out. Tonight as lobby is closed each car at pick up window at least 5 mins ... not including the 15 mins it took then to get to window from the menu board

Rude employees including managers who will hang up and block you if you complain for the first time that you’ve been missing items everytime you get food. They always miss items in your order and then again are very rude when you bring it up even tho you paid for it and it’s on the receipt. They make it fast and bad. The employees frankly just don’t care they are only there to get paid not to work.

Was in town for 2 days. I wanted something quick, and I decided Taco Bell would work. Simple order, yet they gave me a bean burrito instead of a burrito supreme. Chalupas was overcooked. Service was very unfriendly. Would not recommend this location. I will definitely avoid the next time I'm there.

The shell for the Mexican tasted like old stale oil and the order of refried beans were put in a condiment container and was not quite 2 bites. Beans had no sauce or cheese on them terrible experience

Ostensibly the reason they make some menu items exclusive to the mobile app and push you to use the mobile app is to reduce traffic in the drive thru. But they lock the doors of the store and force you to pick up your mobile order by waiting in the drive thru anyway. Drive thru wait times at this store are ridiculously long and unacceptable. I mean like 20 minutes or longer. It’s insane. Just open the store and let people pick up their orders! They also never answer the phone. Understaffed beyond the point that minimal levels of customer service are not being met.

Really no positive vibes, cinnamon twist no cinnamon on them, chips are stale good is only warm. Soda there is bad, they served soda is had soda water and nobody check the soda and to see if the soda is good. I will be calling the FDA tomorrow to have you guys shut down.

Employees were messing around the whole time we were dining in. Throwing sauce packets across the lobby. Got our order wrong, and allowed someone behind the counter that was just not dressed very appropriate. I've had much better service. Was not a fan today.

I had a mobile order for pickup, and when I went in to retrieve it, I was refused service and they refused to answer my question with my mobile pickup. When I tried to ask an employee a question, They said “Shut up, the lobby is closed.”

When I came here to eat dinner, 08/07/2023, I did not expect to be hearing a conversation of an employee being fired in the lobby. That should have been done in the back office. The young man is obviously embarrassed by it as there were people in the lobby. The manager should have had more respect and decency to keep the conversation private. This manager needs to be reprimanded for how he handled this situation. It's unprofessional and needs to be handled. I'm unsure of the managers name or the employees name. No, I do not know exactly why he was fired, but still, needed to be done privately

Extremely slow especially if you decide to do the drive through at night. My husband eats here but I don't like the food so usually order a side. I had the chip with cheese sauce and all the chips were broken so it was more a bag of crumbs. The cheese was warm and looked filled to the top but upon opening it, it wasn't even half filled. It's bad when there's more crumbs than cheese.

Extremely rude. We attempted to pick up a door dash order, for 2:30AM. We got through the line at 3:02AM. The worker at the window was extremely rude, and had not made our order. We were informed very unprofessionally that the order was never made and refused service. It could have been politely explained.

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. Never really write reviews but waiting 45 minutes for a Grubhub order while over half the employees were standing doing nothing. Bag was ripped. Can’t say anything on the food but the entire restaurant needs new staff.

Was on doordash delivery and waited in drive through line for 30 min the line was backed up to the street and taco bell had multiple staff working that night. They were 2 men in there who got me straight and started to move line up

The slowest drive thru that has ever existed. I've tried to go back every few months, hoping it's a fluke, but they've consistently been a painfully long wait for years. No other location is this horrendously slow. If you really want Taco Bell it's quicker to drive to KC or Topeka than to wait in line at this location.

Went to the front counter stood there for 15 minutes. Wasn't acknowledged a single time by the staff of 4 people. I had placed a pickup order they have a sign that says "talk to cashier." I yelled to the back at the person 6 feet from me and they ignored me. Disrespectful to flat ignore someone. Literally had to get in my car and drive around to get them to talk to me at all.

If I could give this store all -5's I absolutely would. The staff is completely rude and the store is disgusting. The manager that I have encountered obviously does not realize that the customers are the ones paying her pay check. Their customer service is way more disgusting than the store. In addition to all of this, they apparently paid a service to come in and move containers into unused parking spots just because people park there and go to Chipotle next door....... Horrible business practices. Also, the way I have heard the staff talk to food delivery drivers is horrible. Treating them like garbage. Also, they don't realize nor care that the food delivery drivers are their customers. Now, the quality of food and food handling is a whole nother story, just as disgusting as the customer service and store condition. Now, I would be amiss if I didn’t mention what I am pretty sure was a drug deal in the parking lot involving an employee..... Hopefully Taco Bell higher ups take my advice and "fix" this store and remember what quality service and food are........

I would rate zero stars if I could! Drive across town if you have to. Do NOT go to this Taco Bell. I got there at 7:30 tonight, checked in with the front, and was told it would be out soon. I waited for an entire hour, and finally asked if they could check on my order. I heard the lady ask someone else and heard them say my order was lost, so they had to start it. I was supposed to get a box and a bag. They put everything in a small bag that was ripping. I had two drinks, and they insisted I only had one. I had over 15 people that came AFTER me get their food BEFORE me. I got absolutely no apology. Half my food was wrong, but I wasn‘t going to drive back and wait another hour. I don‘t usually get mad a food service workers, but this was absolutely ridiculous and the workers didn‘t seem to care.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell—you expect fast, cheap food, nothing fancy. That said, this experience was especially frustrating. The drive-thru was busy, and it seems online orders aren’t handled with the same care as regular menu items, and the food preparation team isn't slowing down and checking orders as they are made. We were only given half of our order and didn’t realize it until we were halfway across town. We called the store to request either a refund or to have the missing food remade the next day, but no one ever called us back. It’s hard to understand how this is acceptable if voicemails aren’t even being checked. This happened during the night shift, and based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue at this location.

they closed at 1????? when they were not supposed to?????? completely ignored the mobile order that was placed an hour before we got to the window. order said recieved, but was not even prepared. the drive thru line was super long, we waited for 50+ minutes. and when we get to the window, they said theyre closed and to forget about the mobile order. had to get refund

Google says tacobell on 23rd stays open till 3 am yet when I got there around 1:50 am after I got off work they were closed. I dont believe this the employees fault Honestly wish corporate would help this store out a bit or at least update your hours.

they refused our order because my friend is korean, kicked us out of the parking lot for no reason. all we wanted to do is eat food but taco bell would rather us starve because one of us were korean. (plus there was another group to vouch) we instead went to the gods of chipotle which provided us shelter, food, water, and their shared hatred towards this racist taco bell

If you don't have the staff to run a restaurant efficiently, then close the location. Over 30 minute waits literally every time I come here. Will not be going to this location ever again. It's faster to drive down to the one on 6th st.

Placed my order. Kiosk said to pay, theres nobody around to pay.....? Someone finally checks in with me 7min later & asks what I'm waiting on. I say my order, he says its not paid yet. Well yeah. Theres been nobody around for me to pay. It also wasn't being made. When my food was finally done, the lady threw my order on the counter. Ummm Hello? Are you okay? Also how is an empty restaurant absolutely disgusting with food on every table. DO BETTER.

I had waited in the drive thru line for over an hour when I heard the lady on the speaker tell the car ahead of me that they wouldn't be taking any more orders that night. Late nights have been horrendous lately. If you say you are going to be open until 3 am, you shouldn't refuse a car that's been in line since 1:50. I understand that staffing is difficult sometimes, but if you don't have the people to make it work then don't attempt to make it work. Your regular customers will be upset. I would rather find that you are closed when I get here than waste more than an hour and still have to go somewhere else for food.

It took longer to use the stupid kiosk to order food than them cooking it and calling our name to get it. They had 5 people waiting in the back not doing anything until the kiosk was done.

honestly, I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this has to be the worst Taco Bell location. I’ve had consistent issues with getting my right items whether that be from ordering through the drive-through pre-order or DoorDash it is never right. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what’s going on.

Extremely slow. Not only did my order for ONE Mexican pizza take fifteen minutes, they just tossed it in the box. No napkins or utensils were provided. I avoided the drive thru because it was not moving. And after the 15 minutes of waiting I finally got my order and the car that pulled into the drive thru when I pulled into the parking spot had still not even move forward to the speaker box. I will never be going back.
