They were all so pleasant and professional from the manager who coordinated my continually changing order to Janelle who so pleasantly delivered my order and set up with me. Even though it was rough getting the delivery, through no fault of Jason's, Janelle was cool, calm and helpful.

We order a lot of large deliveries from this restaurant and have never had an issue. Food is always good and well-packaged. Janell is an AMAZING delivery driver and we love seeing her cheerful face during deliveries. Highly recommend!

I had lunch here at almost noon. They weren't packed. I was able to order immediately and my meal was ready a few minutes after I got my drink and seated myself. They have a wonderful salad bar, but I love ordering a mix and match special (half sandwich, fruit/Mac, and soup). The food was great!!

Can't go wrong with a sandwich. I went in today for lunch and this location was clean, I saw a manager working, the counter staff were friendly in taking my order and serving it at the table. The food was perfect. We had a Ruben the Great and a turkey Muffaletta. The ruben is my favorite sandwich, this one did not disappoint it was loaded down with corned beef and sauerkraut. It was hot and toasted. I had the whole sandwich because I take no prisoners. The turkey Muffaletta looked great and smelled great. It must have been great because Sherry Ann didn't even offer a bite. She loves plain chips and always has the fruit cup, it comes with yogurt that she dips her strawberries and melon into.

Food is always fresh, so definitely no complaints there. I ordered the Smokey Jack Panini and the Fire Roasted Tortilla soup with a side of chips. So fresh, I could barely eat it right a way, WHICH I LOVE. Fast service and polite staff.

Great place! I loved their food and service. It was overwhelming when I first walked in, but the woman at the front was more than happy to assist me. I ordered their pot roast beef and sandwich and it was one of the best tasting sandwiches I have ever ate. Also, you can go wrong with some free ice cream for which they offered. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. I would definitely come back.

We enjoy Jason’s Deli and are glad to get one near our house. My favorite is the Reuben The Great & my wife likes the Beef Eater all the food is made with quality ingredients. They have a very nice salad bar, service is quick and friendly, delivery is available for orders over $25 and add $7 for delivery. Take out is always available. Free refills on fountain drinks and tea’s also complementary soft serve ice cream for dessert. Thanks for reading, clicking like is appreciated.

Really loved the custard! 10/10 fries were well seasoned. Burger was okay they were like a slider to be decently full you have to get a combo with a custard.

Burgers where great hotdogs were a little on the small side. Service was not bad , your typical fast food restaurant environment.

Got a standard burger and dirt & worms cup. Overall, pretty decent burgers. It was meaty and warm, with a slight crispness in the patty. Somewhat on the smaller side. The dirt & worms was smooth and creamy.

First time trying Freddy's had the smoky bacon double and the burger was really good! The fries are like crunchy chips have to try the tots and onion rings next time. My toddler really liked the chicken strips! He will not eat chicken at other places so thats a plus!!

Hamburgers, fries and desserts are great. Customer service is friendly. Restaurant could use some cleaning, trash was overflowing.

Drive-thru service was slow and our frozen custard was runny by the time we received it. They seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, which is understandable for such a busy location. The young man who helped us was kind and apologetic, though we did have to go inside for spoons that were missed.

Never been, finally had a chance to try it. Not bad. But I'm not gonna lie. There's nothing spectacular about their fies or their burgers. We ordered seasoned fries and they came regular. Good Burgers 🍔 and Chicken 🐔 Sandwiches 🥪 But yet again. Nothing that's gonna make me carve them again.

Drive through wait was terrible, but the service was relatively friendly. Seemed a little busy and the poor girl on drive seemed rather new. By tge time I got to the windows and got my order the shake I ordered was complete liquid, however they did replace it for me with no argument. I ordered the upgrade to chili fries and failed to double check my bag until getting home, and alas, no chili for the fries. Highly recommend better training and a quality control person. Will still return but was very disappointed this time around. I will add food was still terrific even cold by the time I got home. My family very much enjoyed the meal!

My daughter and I Love Freddy's but it's a lil' too far from our home to do a drive-thru visit and make it home with hot food, therefore going inside to eat is necessary. We have been to this location more than a handful of times and every time I have had to clean off our table top and seats (not one clean booth to choose from) and carefully walk the restaurants floors due to a film or something making them slippery.

We tried this for the first time, and It was definately not my favorite experience. We could tell the waitress/cashier had no interest in helping us. I got the california club, and fruit. Their was only a small tiny bit of avocado, one tiny bacon piece on the sandwich. It was just very blah. My kids got the kids menu baked potato and it was huge, they enjoyed it. My husband got the limited time beef & cheddar sandwich, which he said was average. The place was clean, and the older gal bussing tables was nice. Overall, there's a McAlisters nearby that I would probably rather go to.

I had been talking about finding a muffaletta. I hadn't eaten at a Jason's Iinsometime. Had a Dr.'s appointment next door so we stopped to have lunch. The food was pretty good but I remembered huge portions of delicious food. My muffeletta had so little turkey on it that I opened the sandwich and it was just a sad little bit of Turkey compared to their photos. The tapenade appeared to be all black olives, it was just such a disappointment after lusting over this sandwich as long as I have. I put half of my husband's sandwich in the box with my left overs and accidentally got what ever the heck is on the hot and spicy. I love spices but not to a point of pain. I guess thats one high point if you like that kind of heat 🥵!! Now to the biggest disappointment of all the bill. Two sandwiches one with a tiny cup of soup and chips. Oh and I didn't get my pickle spear. I grabbed a few pickle slices off the salad bar, and two drinks for almost 30.00 dollars...at a deli with a sandwich with almost no meat and no alcohol!! We can each order lunch and each have a margarita pay tip and tax for the exact same amount. So dissappointing!!

We prefer the Webster location over this one. Some of the salad bar items aren't as fresh, and their system doesn't work well for the loyalty program here.

I got a patty melt with cheese curds and a chocolate caramel shake. The patty melt was ok, it was bland but everyone eats there so I get it. Wish the onions were seasoned with salt and pepper that came on the sandwich. The curds were stuffed in the container so it looked half empty and the shake was alright but Maybe next time no caramel with it. It was an ok place, probably won't go back for a $15 meal though 😕

The food was great. I had a Freddy’s original double combo with a vanilla concrete. My wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate concrete. After a long wait, I had to ask about the concretes because they forgot to make them. We dined in and could not find a clean table. There were at least 15 empty tables all with varying degrees of uncleanliness. We grabbed a bunch of napkins and cleaned a table. The floors were dirty and a bit slippery. Definitely in need of a degreasing. We bypassed Five Guys to go to Freddy’s tonight. We won’t do that again. I won’t give up on Freddy’s, but I’ll wait a while before I go back to see if things have improved. They have great food but a clean environment is essential!

Food was good. Service was good. Floor was nasty. I’m asking why the HVAC air returns directly above the order line/food prep area look as though they haven’t been cleaned since this store opened. Or, the air returns are covered in black/brown mold. Which is it? Owner responded to review quickly. My complaint (3 weeks ago) was the HVAC air returns are filthy. They are covered with black/brown mold, bacteria or who knows what. Owner said 3 weeks ago this would be cleaned up. What is the delay? What else is going on in that restaurant that customers don’t know about?

TBH, ya'll suck! Cannot ever get the order correct or leave out a part of my order! The ingredients are never fresh and when you ask the employees to replenish the salad bar its like you're putting them out. I figured I would give Jason's another try after the last crappy experience, but nope! I was wrong, it is still terrible.

The food is ok. Not worth the wait. There are 3 cars in front of me and I sat here waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The service is terrible inside as well. I would avoid going to this place it's expensive and not worth the time and effort. Go to in n out. Faster service. Not over priced and fresher ingredients. I regret coming here.

The drive thru is so slow. It would actually be better to just get rid of the drive thru all together. It’s false advertising at this point. As I write this review, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there are still 3 cars in front of me.

Everything taste like 1 thing... Salt. Over salted and the California had almost no signs of cheese or lettuce. These kids are ruining this place. Can't even understand the kid on the microphone. This used to be a favorite.. not anymore
