Absolutely Adore and Love this Restaurant and the Owner!! I Recommend the Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup Dish and The Potato Rice Curry! They Serve Thai& Burmese Dishes On Top of their Poke Options. I have come here for the past 4 Years and Enjoy The food and Environment! there is also a a Bare-Wait Time. The owner is Very very Kind!

Funny thing is I don’t go for the poke bowl here it’s just not my thing, but man do I love there other menu items. Their rice and chicken or beef is so good. The curry chicken with potato is phenomenal and reminds me of my mother’s cooking. Portions are great you get tons of rice and choice of protein. Overall be ready for a food coma. P.s it’s halal

Delicious! I ordered my first salmon bowl on Wednesday 8/21 at 1pm, and it was fresh and yummy, and the staff were very friendly :) I'll definitely be back!

I was accidentally charged for two bowls instead of one, but the manager checked this and gave me a refund. All my colleagues love Poke Factory. I enjoyed my bowl so much, it was very delicious. A generous portion! It was yummy but didn't agree with my stomach due to my own medical issues. I look forward to returning for another one day!

Got a house special poke bowl and it was fantastic. The portion sizes are great and the food itself is amazing as well as the amount of options that they have.

Everything's so fresh and clean tasting. All fish (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, etc) is the freshest and so delicious. Presentation is off the charts. So beautifully put together. Nice big healthy servings. The seafood burritos and bowls are the best ever. If you're into Hawaiian sushi and Poke, this is for you. You won't be dissatisfied.

I have had the salmon and the tuna bowls a couple of times now, and the food is excellent. What puts this place as five stars instead of four is how helpful and kind the staff are, though--great with questions, customizations, and suggestions.

It was so goooood!!! Much better than the bowl sold in Wegmans! Much more but cheaper! Glad that campus have it since reopening last year!

I’ve been here twice and the food is quite tasty. The chicken and steak combo is a very generous portion and delicious. I also got a salmon bowl and unfortunately, for the same price the portion was much smaller. I would say for campus food this is on the pricy side. Overall, tastes great and very friendly service.

My bowl was 90% rice with very little salmon considering how expensive it was. The smoothie options looked good, but my boyfriend and I were disappointed with the poke bowls overall.

Went there and ordered salmon bowl, saw the smoothie combo and gave it a shot. I was told blender was not working. The food is too bland, pretty much the only flavor you can get is from mayo. The salmon portion is very small, you can choose 5 sides but very small too. There is almost half rice left after I finished the salmon and sides eating along with rice, that's never happen to me before. And I don't think the rice was cooked well. It's too dry and I even felt some were not fully cooked. When I was eating they sent me the smoothie without asking if I still want it or not, I said I didn't pay for it but they already charged me. :( The smoothie is pure terrible, I didn't see how they make it but I didn't get how come the pineapple smoothie ending up with milky white color. It's very bland as well, I couldn't even tell whether it is pineapple or whichever fruit that thing was.... and it has many chunky ice, not smooth at all. If not with smoothie I would give 2 stars for the food. If you want to try poke bowl it's OK place, but don't expect too high for the price and taste

Food quality not bad for price. Complaint is due to false pricing/dishonesty. They are charging prices higher than posted. This has been for at least 4 weeks as I raised the concern 4 weeks ago. They said they would get to work on it. Visited today, there still has not been change to reflect the new pricing.
