We love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. They're always so flavorful. The service is always friendly and the establishment appears clean. I never been to any Jersey Mike's location and received bad service or bad food! The Club Supreme Mike's way is my FAVORITE!
Walk into here at 9:45pm. Everyone was still happy and energetic. Ordered a steak sub. I tell you it was delicious as it looked. Excellent customer service experience and Steve the GM was very nice. Great team work, great food, and wonderful people even while the store was preparing to close.
Ry is a very good manager! She made my food very quickly and was super sweet! I definitely will be coming back!
Great Mikes! I love the 26 chicken bacon ranch! Way better than all the other sub shops around. And you can tell that the service has great when you walk in. Staffed well to help beat the lunch rush. And the customer service makes you feel like they care about you as a customer.

Both the food and atmosphere are excellent here. I eat at this location all the time after work and I get crispy flavorful bacon and the workers are nice and will give you personal opinions on what they like the most or what you may like to try on your sub. Really cool people. Bradley made me a really good sandwich

This store does a really good job keeping the line moving and assisting customers despite being very busy most days I've been here. It looks like they do a lot of doordash orders on top of good foot traffic. Staff here are great.

All the staff was very kind and helpful!! There was a mix up with my large online order, unfortunately the ticket did not print and my order was not prepared (i’m assuming it was a computer error!). BUT the staff was very calm and quickly printed a ticket and made the sandwiches right away! They even offered me a drink while I waited. I appreciate everyone who was working that day(:
I would have given a 5 star but when you order online at this store they do not add anything you request. You get what you get. Thankfully Jersey Mike is tasty.
Not coming back to Jersey Mike’s. Slightly annoyed that they didn’t cut all the way through my sandwich and had to go back in and have them cut it. But that’s whatever. The real reason I’m not coming back isn’t this stores fault, but I need GF, and they charge more for that while giving you less. The regular is supposed to be 7-8 inches, I got 4 inches. They tried to shove all the meat from the regular size into this tiny thing, making it an absolutely horrible experience trying to eat. It fell apart, I literally had to pick up parts of the toppings with my bare hands and shove it into my mouth. How a company can get away with giving half of what they promised while charging a premium for that smaller load of brea just because it meets someone’s allergy needs is ridiculous. Never coming to Jersey Mike’s again.

I understand this isn’t the burger place song “Have it your way,” but maddening. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Love jersey mikes, but this particular location is always 20 minutes late on pick up time through the app, this would be the 3rd time I experienced this, I'll avoid this location, 2/26/26 Don't understand why take orders through the app if i could walk in and order faster

Unfortunately, the Big Khahuna was disgusting. I asked for no jalapenos and it was added anyway. This was worst Philly cheesesteaks I have ever eaten.

This is is ONE OF THE WORST looking subs EVER from JERSEY MIKES. I would suggest they FIRE who ever made this and who ever trained them. Fire them before this location in Grove City, Ohio closes FOREVER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I also said NO RELISH. Listen to your customers. DINNER RUINED. I won’t be back. Jason.
My wife and I LOVE Jersey Mike’s! However, this particular location is probably the worst Jersey Mike’s we have ever been to. Anytime you do an online order, you are at least waiting 30 minutes PAST the time that the app says it will be ready. And this isn’t due to anything but pure poor management. Just about every single time we go to this location, our order ticket is either on the floor, or just hanging there and not being looked at at all. Begins the counter looks absolutely disgusting every single time we go here. Food, napkins, gloves, etc. are everywhere! The tables are never clean, and to be honest, they are no busier than any other Jersey Mike’s I have been to. It’s really sad… Do yourself a favor, if you live in Grove City, just go to the Hoover location. I have had zero issues there!
Love JM’s! But this place is soooo slow. Literally waited 35 min for a bowl/salad after ordering. I ate my sandwich then waited 20 min longer for my wife’s salad.
1 whole hour to make my sandwiches. Crew argued amongst themselves the whole time. To be clear. Placed an order online. Told would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited an additional 40 minutes to being told to chill.
I sent my daughter to an inquire about a sandwich that did not have any salt/seasoning. The manager spoke with my daughter; the manager and my daughter had a tense conversation, so the manager went and reviewed the camera. After I spoke with my daughter, I decided to call to straighten out the details. When I called (the man who was the cashier and the female manager -who says she’s the owner of the store- were standing outside), The man answered the phone and told me the manager was helping another customer (but I could hear the female manager on the phone talking bad about me and my daughter and and she was telling them that that I sent my daughter in to try to get a free sandwich, etc.). At the same time, my daughter was in the parking lot in her car and they didn’t see her, and she heard the whole conversation and saw what they were doing (While me and my daughter were on three-way). It’s never good customer service to talk badly about customers because you don’t know where they are standing or if they are on the other line, listening and watching). Even though the manager offered me a free sandwich, the fact that she was talking about me on a personal call while she was standing outside was rude. I could hear her because the other employee was standing beside her and answered the store phone. I have a bachelors degree in business administration. The purpose of going to college is to learn how to treat people, how to behave in social situations, and how to offer excellent customer service without sarcasm. I don’t believe that a general manager or a store owner should have conversations out in public. You don’t know who’s listening. My office frequently gets catering for 50 to 100 people. You should treat everyone nicely and not speak badly about people because of skin color. You never know who is in a corporate position. I appreciate the offer of a free sandwich, but what I really would have appreciated is not being talked about on a personal phone call.
If you're looking for a place to stop in and get a quick lunch skip this location. Only 1 other person in line and waited 15 min while this lady trained another lady making my sandwich, then she started taking it apart to weigh it and talking to her as if I'm not standing there waiting on my sandwich. No sense of urgency or common sense & the BREAD WAS STALE. Waste of time and $$

Ordered a pickup order for 5. Arrived at 5 after. Waited 15 mins for my order while staff stood around. Not busy at all, don’t even know why I bothered trying to order ahead. Scratch that 25 mins
Sunday evening, they have a new person on the flat top and they are making one sandwhich at a time.... almost 50 minutes later my husband asks for a refund. They don't have a MANAGER THERE so they cannot process refunds. If you can't get a manager to work on a Sunday the owner should be there.... or they just make someone an assistant manager and give them authorization. Its called STEALING when we don't get product and you take our money...next time ill call Grove City Police and im taking my business elsewhere going forward.
