⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ DON'T GO!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I'm a huge fan of this franchise, but this branch was such a disappointment 😞 I'd give it a zero if it wouldn't let me 🤬😤 The restrooms were in terrible condition, no soap or toilet paper. I went to ask, and they brought napkins because the cleaning staff hadn't provided any. The waitress brought us the menu and the bill on her phone. When I asked for the receipt and the card reader, and after asking about three times and them stalling and telling me they couldn't give me the receipt, they finally brought me a ticket from the system, and it turned out to be cheaper than what they had tried to charge me.

They don't have good service. • They take too long to serve you. To a certain extent, they seem to ignore you. ▪︎ We ordered sodas to go with the bottle, and they only brought us one mineral water. They never brought anything else. • We asked for napkins and an ashtray, and even though there were few people, they didn't give them to us, so I had to get them from another empty table. • When our "waiter" changed shifts, there was no attention at all, and it took more than an hour and a half for them to serve us again. When the new "waitress" showed us the menu, she mentioned that the prices would change. • On the first call, we paid the tip, but on the second, it was a mockery that they wanted to charge us 20% again for ignoring us and bringing half the food.

Yesterday my friends and I had a bad experience. We thought if we left our things on the table they wouldn't get lost. My friend lost her wallet. We spent a long time looking for it until we gave up and left. I went back because the kids selling popsicles told me the waiters had the wallet. I arrived with the manager "Elizabeth Maya" and the waiter, whose name I don't know. I asked them about the wallet. After giving them my information, they handed it to me. My impression was that I only had 200 pesos left. They took 600 out of her wallet. You go and give them the trust, so they won't grab your things. It seems unfair to me that they still have staff like that.

Terrible place. It has almost nothing on the menu and no beer. This review was dated 09/08/25. The facilities are in terrible condition, as is the quality of the few products available. It's urgent that some authority regulate this establishment.

Terrible Service and Low-Quality Drinks – Be Careful with Your Bill Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews before visiting this place. The experience was terrible from the start. We ordered two micheladas (poorly prepared) and a Victoria beer that was clearly spoiled (it tasted "burnt"). When we asked for the bill, the waitress told us it was $350, which seemed excessive. We immediately asked for the receipt, but it took a long time to return it, as if she were "adjusting" the prices to overcharge us. When we questioned her, she reacted indignantly and told us she was going to deduct the beer we had complained about. She also insinuated that we weren't going to tip, as if that were mandatory after such poor service. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT IS STILL OPEN

I've visited several branches of this chain across the country, and this one definitely takes the prize for the WORST I've ever been to. • The tacos were cold and utterly miserable (photo attached) • The glasses were poorly washed. I had to swallow residue from something that came in my glass (it was mineral water, obviously it shouldn't have had any residue) • The salsa storage area is abandoned. They don't put sliced onions, lemons, salsas, etc. • The bathrooms are miserable. One key doesn't work, there's no toilet paper... Bad for the branch, but what's up with the customers? How do they vandalize bathrooms? Why? What's their purpose? If you have the chance to go to this place, pass it up!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, nothing like the other franchises, the place is neglected, the food is awful, the head waiter asked us to vacate the table because it was already reserved, he had friends waiting 25 minutes and they weren't taking their order, we decided to leave.

Charged me $25 for a glass with salt and lime around it and other $25 to add the beer... I would not recommend this place.

We went for a drink here and the waiter/bartender with the love bite and the scar over his eye had an attitude that stank worse than 3 week old cheese. The drinks tasted terrible, the music was loud and obnoxious but not as obnoxious as the barman who when we gave tip to, questioned us in the amount we were giving him. The tip is a reflection of the service that you give to your customers and if that's the case, I should have got money back from the circus of a place.
