The local store is amazing I placed my order by phone to the call center and the rep could barely speak English and I could not understand her. I did not know at the time that I could be connected directly to the store to I placed the order thinking it would be fine, when I got to the store the total was higher and I couldn’t figure out why. The girl told me it was cause they ordered me bread bowls instead of just pasta bowls. And well due to medical reasons I can’t have the bread I paid for it and got home and then realized they forgot my garlic cups. I called to see if I could go back to get them and explained the situation to the manager and she offered to remake our pasta bowls, and have them delivered to me free of charge. Thank you so much for doing that. Just great customer service.

This Domino's pizza is great. Their pizzas are delicious. I get all my pizzas from there. It comes hot. I once asked them to draw me a chicken and they did :P So I'll assume that the staff is also friendly :D.

Order was completed quickly and pizza was very good. Purchased 3 large pizzas using the coupon $7.99 for large with 3 toppings. Great deal considering how much food costs have gone up due to supply issues.

A friend and I order from there around 11:55 on a Thursday and they placed the order very fast. The door was locked so we had to call. The girl inside was so apologetic for the door and our wait. Have us a discount and was nothing but nice. Great service! 10/10

Friendly staff, very polite, courteous, and attentative. Fast service. Great pizza taste considering its a chain restaurant. Fresh dough is hand stretched in front of you. Very clean restaurant...overall excellent customer service and product..definitely recommend to anyone looking for pizza during the football games...Great for a fast lunch or dinner time!

Never had any issues till today, I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 5 cheese & macaroni, main issue was I ordered an Honolulu Hawaiian & Memphis BBQ chicken, we got the Memphis BBQ chicken and the 2 5 cheese & macaroni, but we got an cheese pizza instead of the Honolulu Hawaiin, the workers need to pay attention, I'll let it slide this time but if it happens again, I will file a formal complaint.

The website and everything in it was a 3rd party company. I would need to Google the info for that because the only thing he had to fix it would send it back to him. I asked for the manager or the district managers number as none of this sounded right. I was told to Google it. Horrible service!!

Pain. Pain is what you have brought me. First my father dies then I died and came back. Hell exist by the way. But even Hell wasn’t as bad as when I ordered Buffalo CHICKEN za and get 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN. AND NO CHEDDAR CHEESE. This was my 13th reason. My heart is broken into a billion million gagillion pieces. That’s more pieces than pieces of chicken I got on my pizza. This is YOUR fault dominos.

I had a grey hair in my pizza and manager was being rude saying no one has grey hair that works there. Also didn’t want to give me a full refund, will never go again

You call the store to inquire if the online order app is not functional and you get a very rude manager whom states they won't honor the $9.99 speciality pizza price in store however when attempting to place online ordering their states that "both credit card and cash are invalid payment methods". The the so called manager tells me that not all locations are no longer required to accept the corp offered Promotions as a franchisee has the right to not be involved. As a Franchisee you are forced to offer Corp promotions. They staff better learn about Franchisee Requirements before they get sued for fraud!!!

Order the perfect deal tonight for Delivery and it was very far from Perfect as we will describe: 1) Requested the pizza's to be cook well done, the dough was barely even cooked, was very soggy texture and chewy 2) Ordered Bbq Chix and bacon pizza and it was just Bbq Sauce and Bacon bites with out any Chicken as requested? 3) The Cinnamon Twist arrived with garlic parm seasoning now cinnamon sugar. 4) when called the store, Samantha answered the phone, i asked if Sierra the G.M waa available, Samantha w a irated tone said im the Manager working tonight. I explained the issue. She said thats not possible. They cinnamon twist were very White in appearance like they were not prepared to Standard Operating procedure either. Will be calling Sierra abkut this issue as well as corporate. The neighbor down the street told me they received the complete wrong order and it took 55 minutes to receive the re made order.

The other 2 workers just looked like they just felt and knew manager was wrong. Poor customer service. I'm sorry you were having a bad day sir.....but no way to treat your customers...
