Hands down, one of the absolute best Pho I’ve ever tasted!
Came in for dinner with my big family. The waiter was very friendly and accommodated all our kids needs. Price is really good for the portion. Their food itself is also good. We love to stop here when we are in the area.
Been coming here for years and finally reviewing! As someone who eats way too much pho you should trust my review. And the verdict is - BEST PHO EVER!! Not exaggerating. Always amazing! They also give very generous portions too which is nice! My go to - steak and meatball pho and a honeydew smoothie with boba! Mmmm
I never eat in, I just order for pick up but I LOVE it here! I used to eat here almost every day when I workeed in Lewisville, now I am in Grapevine but make the job. I LOVE the pickled veggies and wish I could just order a side of those, the cabbage is so good!
My grandmothers favorite pho place. The broth is flavorful and fragrant, and all of the menu items are delicious, even vegetarian options. This is the only restaurant I bother ordering fried rice at, haha.
Perfect for vegetarian with a fairly large selection. They have a separate section for vegetarians in the menu. We tried Bahn Mi, Pho, fried rice with Tofu and spring rolls. All was very good, complimented by tasteful sauces. Fully satisfied!! The service was very efficient and the food came quite quickly. Good ambience.
Food was flavorful. My entree came out before my appetizer. Service could've been better as waiter only came to table twice. Once to take our order and once to bring our drinks. He never came back to see if we needed more water or something else to drink. Otherwise food was delicious and I would recommend.
Amazing restaurant. My boyfriend and I have been coming into this establishment at least once a week for about two years now. The service is always top notch and the staff is all very kind. The pho is unmatched — genuinely the best I’ve ever had, the broth and noodles are just so good. The egg rolls are delicious as well. Portions are amazing sizes and always come out pipping hot! Sometimes I like to look out the window at the McDonald’s and see if we can get out food faster than the people in the drive through — we almost always do.
We've been here several times and their food is awesome EVERY TIME. We get the pho and spring rolls, and the employees are so nice and helpful. Today, my husband forgot his phone at the restaurant and one of the employees (so sorry, not sure what his name was but he had tattoo sleeves) stayed after closing to be able to return the phone to us, and for that, THANK YOU. That kind of honesty is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, great service, and decent prices ☺️
Where do I even start. This place was phenomenal. You walk in and the smell is amazing, you can smell the broth in the back. Absolutely wonderful. We got there pretty late so it wasn’t busy so we can’t speak on crowdedness, but we were sat and the waitress took our drinks. We ordered the spring rolls first. I ordered the vegan ones with no tofu and my dad got the seared pork. Both were so refreshing and heavenly after a long day. Their peanut sauce isn’t overpowering and is filled with an amazing flavor without tasting like peanut butter. Even if you don’t normally like vietnamese peanut sauce, you need to try theirs, try adding some of their Sriracha in it as well if you like a bit of spicy as well. Their portions are great, my dad ordered the combination while I ordered the Vegetarian, as i prefer these options (no tofu again). I can’t focus on my dad’s as much as I really only tried his broth, however I can focus on my bowl. We were both captivated by our pho. I was blown away. I’ve never, NEVER, had a vegetable broth so flavorful and tasty as the one I had here. It was rich, and full of different notes, unlike other vegetable broths i’ve tasted that have been almost watered down and flavorless. I was in heaven almost the whole time and that’s barely an exaggeration. I rarely eat mushrooms but I ate almost all of them this time because I knew they had soaked up the broth. One of the best dining experiences i’ve had. My dad says the same, he loved how rich and flavorful his broth was as well and was astounded by the profile of just the broth itself. We had the meal with a shared side of jasmine rice that we used to soak up the broth to eat and it was delightful. Thank you to the cooks at pho one for making a beautiful meal, thank you for the staff for serving us so kindly so late. I may write like a food critic but i’m far from one, but this place truly deserves this review.
I've never tried Vietnamese food in my life. If this is what it is like then I have been missing out my whole life. The food was fantastic five stars the service was impeccable and fast. Nice clean establishment this is what a restaurant should always be like.
Quick and delicious fill of Vietnamese food! Perfect for when you need vermicelli with any sort of grilled meat or vegetables along with delicious pho and banh mi. The taste is just right and service is very fast as well! All the menu items that were ordered were amazing and we would love to return!
Pho One has excellent food that is presented hot, fresh, and very tasty. The environment is very clean, service is excellent as well with very reasonable prices. My only complaint is the menu selections are a little overwhelming with all the choices.
Súper nice and clean! I love the menu that they list everything including clear noodles! Also the soup is served hot and steaming so that the fresh bean spouts can be dipped into the soup and cooked in a minute. I would come again with my friends and family.
1st time here but Very delicious and I AM Very Picky. I had the combination fried rice and spring rolls. Pork is better than shrimp but both good. Fried egg rolls were good. Finally. Tried the Vermicili with Shrimp and pork was excellent. We Will be back.
Food here is really good. Service is good. But I have big issues with them leaving the plates of the vegetables on top of their counters. They are laid out right next to the cashier's counter. Feels very unsanitary and I can't help but wonder how much airborne saliva and dust land on top of them. Their pho is very good but I won't order it anymore because of it. Hoping management will find a better way to store these. Until then, I'll stick to the rice plates.
Very good dishes, generous portions, fair prices. Fast service, thought it seems like sometimes that's because they just assemble dishes from ready ingredients instead of cooking for you. Still, I never feel guilty dining out here.
No 2 Pho in this area, I vote no 1 to pho spot nearby H mart, but if you live nearby don't want drive all the way to Carrollton Pho One is a good choice. Pretty yummy.
Edited Review 01/09/25- The weather today was severe according to the forecasts. It was snowing and most of the restaurants were closed. Not Pho One. They were open regular hours. I give them much appreciation for staying open on a day like today to feed their customers. Tonight I had their beef stew with egg noodles and combination stir fry. Both dishes warmed my body on this cold night and were hearty. And the water tasted better tonight. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It’s a Friday night and I’m eating here for dinner. Service was a little confused why I sat down. I got my fresh spring roll appetizer before I got my glass of water. The spring roll had too much noodles in them. The water tasted unfiltered. The filter needs to be changed asap. I ordered the brisket, tendon, flank, and beef fat pho. It was good. Lots of people tonight but I guess there are only two servers serving over 30 people. Atmosphere is cozy and they have a varietal menu. Fix the aforementioned tiny problems and this restaurant will get 5 stars from me.
The service was great, but I wasn't super in love with everything because we paid 6 bucks for Thai tea and it comes out in what looks like a small cup. The quality of the food was good, but not great. 6 dollars for 2 very small fried spring rolls. This restaurant will do, but I have other Vietnamese restaurants in the area I think are better.
I came by for a quick lunch, and it was quick! Almost no wait for my food. I ordered H12 Spicy Seafood with rice noodles and pork broth. I was disappointed that it wasn’t spicy at all (maybe that’s how it comes or they took spice out?). I like 4 on a 1-5 scale. The broth was incredibly salty (not my taste), but the noodles were good. I got 3 shrimp, 3 one inch fish balls, and 3 pieces of squid. I have seen a drop in seafood abundance since we went into an inflation, so I really can’t complain about amount. Best fish balls. Wish I had more. My mom got broth and veggie spring rolls. Both were good for her. I’m 5’10” and the booth was so low (seats), I was back at Grandma’s kids’ table. Pic included. Ask for a table if that’s an issue. Everyone was friendly. The menus were coming apart, but maybe that’s devotion to the menu. I did overhear an issue with delivery (apparently it was running late; driver’s problem from Grubhub), and the lady taking the call was very kind and accommodating. Always a good sign. Overall, I still recommend, but get the beef broth.
I should start by saying I door dashed this order when staying at a nearby hotel and although the food was great, I would not recommend for a hotel setting. The pho noodles and meat were packed in the little paper boxes and not bowls so it was impossible to pour broth over to eat. The rice was good. The shrimps skin was very hard to get off, almost overcooked a bit. The pho broth was amazing. I would try it again but go into the restaurant next time. Just beware if you have it delivered.
