Comida normal, lo esperado de KFC. Servicio normal, mínimo saludan. Ambiente malo-regular, estaba sucio.

I visited again, and it was really bad. It took them 20 minutes to deliver my order. Everyone who arrived after me was already eating, and we weren't. I had to go ask for my order because they'd already forgotten. They didn't issue me my bill, and they asked for my number to get my details because they lost my receipt, even though the manager was the one who helped me. She never sent me a message. Unfortunately, I won't be able to bill that order anymore, and it was over $500. They're going from bad to worse.

Siempre que he ido (y vaya que han sido como 4 veces desde que abrieron) siempre se tardan en servir la receta secreta. Lo peor es que te dicen que tardará “20” minutos y después te salen con que siempre serán 35. Molesta que desde el principio no digan lo que de verdad se va a tardar 😮‍💨

The food: the chicken had too much crispy coating and was a little burnt, the fries were already a bit cold by the time we got to the table, the biscuits were hard and cold, and the macaroni and cheese tasted like cheese soup with macaroni. The service: we arrived and waited for someone to take our order, and after a few minutes we realized you have to order at the kiosk. We ordered, and my wife and daughters went to sit near the children's play area so my girls could play. After 10-15 minutes, we realized our order was ready, but it was sitting there, cold.

Terrible service. They ripped you off! My husband ordered a 6-piece meal and it only had legs and thighs. They didn't include any breast or wings. Plus, they charged him before delivering his order, while the customers in front of him got their orders and paid later. The cashier's name was Ana, according to the receipt. Awful!!!

Terrible service. A few days ago I ordered the 6-piece meal, 2 biscuits, and a family-size side. The guy asked me if I wanted salad or mashed potatoes. My order also included a wing and a breast. I just ordered again and the girl didn't ask me what side I wanted; she just decided on her own and gave me mashed potatoes, and there were no wings or breasts. Just thighs and drumsticks. What a terrible experience!

The worst place for delivery. Being in a place as small as Linares and taking over an hour to deliver a single order is the worst. Terrible service, and I don't even want to give the food a good rating.
