I ordered the number one original sandwich with chips and a drink. It was just over ten dollars. The sandwich was just like you see in the menu. I was super hungry, and the toasted sandwich was like a warm hug for my mouth. Also, check out my posted photo, the building was outlined by a beautiful sky in the background.

This was my first time trying and I went safe for a sandwhich lol I’m not sure if all breads are sourdough but I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy it was. The sandwhich was huge. Would come back and try more/different things.

I ordered the pick two. The sourdough bread really puts on the flavor to a fresh well made loaded with meat sandwich! The mixed greens salad was fresh and loaded with nuts, raisins, chicken and blue cheese crumbles. I added the blue cheese dressing. Staff was great and ordering was easy. Great customer service! Manager is very friendly! Chips are fresh and the sandwiches were great! Made to order, it came out fast and fresh! I love the sourdough bread! I also suggest getting one of their salads!

Ordered two meals and a "center of the bun" cinnabon. We didn't think to check the order til we got home, only to discover that they left off one bag of chips. The cinnamon was cold, dry and hard, to the point of being inedible. The sandwiches were okay - made according to our order.

We recently came here just to try their famous cinnamon buns, unfortunately there were a few drawbacks to my experience. The cinnamon buns themselves were flavorful and had a nice texture, but I was disappointed that they were served cold. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, considering the portion size and temperature of the buns. I believe that for the price paid, customers should receive freshly baked and warm cinnamon buns to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, while the taste was good, improvements in pricing and serving temperature would enhance the overall experience for customers.

Not Happy! I love schlotzskys!!! My husband loves schlotzskys! But not happy with this location. Ordered online, there was a time that it was to be ready 6:42. It's a Wednesday night, your not busy! That didn't happen! 20 minutes later and not what we ordered, we got our order. We won't be back . The only reason you get 2 stars is bc we love schlotzskys. This location really deserves a 0 star for not taking care of your online order. I ordered regular chips, does that look like regulasr chips? Is your knife to dull to cut the bread? Cold soup really? Horrible experience! And I'm sure NO one will respond to this review because they don't care! Also ordered soup and it didn't come out with the online order, why? It's soup!

Worst service I have ever witnessed 😑 if o could give a lower score I would went in and stood there for a long time never got a person to take my order walked out it was 2-17-26 at 7:10 pm hope the owners know why the business is low this could be some of your problem.

I was reluctant to share but after my experience I need to warn others. My family and I noticed a difference months ago perhaps under new management or ownership. We brushed it off until recently when we decided to grab lunch after having a baby and I could eat whatever I wanted, I suddenly fell ill. Stomach pains were unbearable enough to question if I needed to seek medical help. It was food poisoning. As a new mom this was scary and don’t wish it on anybody. Since the event, we refuse and will not be returning to this exact location. The employees are wonderful. But I will be contacting food inspectors as I do fear proper protocols aren’t being followed.

I have seen the manager Satya, almost bullying employees, his hygiene is off and every time he walked past me and my family we caught a bad whiff, and he’s overall a rude person and I would not come back because of that. The employees themselves are amazing and I love everyone who works in the front, amazing service every time and I’ve come here atleast once on every day of the week! For the reason stated above though I will no longer be coming back.
