Ordered hot honey pizza online with customizations. I paid a premium for hot honey flavor but there was no heat or honey taste at all. The pizza was delicious as I’d expect from Pizza Hut, but the stuffed crust had a bit too much breading than usual.

I ordered off the pizzahut app but they sent a Doordasher who claimed he didn't get the tip I put in the app. 🤔 So where'd the tip go? Pizza was really good as usual though! We love the deep dish!

The service has always been quick for me as I do pickup, some ppl are cheerier than others but my food is always good so I don’t care lol. I prefer it over the place across the street way more. It’s more organized and ready on time. I wish the sauce cups were bigger.

I ordered online and when I got there, I asked the guy about the sauce because I thought I put extra sauce. He says yes there is sauce in the pizza. I went home, bit into my pizza and there was NO sauce (sauce was closer to the crust, but not spread out evenly so it was cheese bread). I called and complained. The guy was nice, and the restaurant remade my pizza with the perfect amount of sauce and that pizza. It was fresh and tasty when I picked it up. He even gave me some extra sauce. :D

My pizza was watery the whole pizza was soggy my chicken Alfredo was watery as well, my pizza wasn't a pan pizza she said they ran out of dough if they would of called and said they didn't have that type of crust I would have cancelled it. The manger did offer a remake it and send another one out and remake it and a the door dash driver brought another one but after eating this pizza we were all sick 🤢 never again will I order from this pizza hut

We ordered a 3 topping pan pizza with 1. Crispy Pepperoni 2. Pepperoni 3. Fire roasted peppers. The pizza came with few pepperonis despite there being double pepperoni ordered. It also had onions that we didn’t order, and green peppers along with red peppers. I’m not sure if the fire roasted peppers include green peppers or just red (usually fire roasted peppers is of the red variety only). Even still there were very few of the peppers. The only saving grace was the amount of cheese they put on it. I contacted corporate through the app’s chat. They’ve offered a coupon for a free 3 topping redo, but we have to get it in the next 30 days.

The manager Jay, was very rude to me I am a teenager my mother cannot get out the car another lady also came in and said he was rude to her too. All we wanted was to exchange sodas he would not even bring the receipt out to the car so she can sign it. Very rude, I do not like the way you treated me or my mother! He hung up on my mother because he told me that he did not want to talk to her anymore and he wasn't going to deal with the situation. He even went back and started talking about my mother to his employees. RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR!

Pizza was cold. Delivery took 40+ minutes (outside of the time quoted initially). Apparently this location contracts out delivery to door dash and the ultimate product / integration they offer is a colossal failure. Surprised this one stays in business.

I’m always in this area so this is convenient Pizza Hut for me. I picked up A pizza from here A month ago had A piece of hair on It! Tonight I stopped after I waited 30 minutes cheese and sauce were missing in spots. I blame the management not trying to accommodating their mistakes. Least give me my money worth!! Business is business! People work hard for their money! Remember your customers are your business. Manager doesn’t look professional either!
