We love the donuts and kolaches here! The drive thru is really convenient, employees are friendly, and the donuts are always fresh and tasty. They're typically busy when I go, but it never takes long. 🫐 Blueberry is my favorite 🫐

I love this Shipley's location! We go almost weekly and the owners are lovely people. I don't even know their names but they treat us like family every time we're there. Also their breakfast sandwiches are amazing as well as their donuts.

Delicious donuts! Some of the best I've tasted. We got cake sprinkles, glazed, cinnamon, blueberry, chocolate filled, cream cheese filled, chocolate cake and a few more. All of them were really good. And the store was very clean and the service excellent.

The donuts were same as usual. However I haven’t had them in a year or 2. What surprised me was the cost was double what I used to pay. Talk about inflation being 20-25%, as we’re constantly being told. I think many things I buy is in the 80-100% area. I don’t know how some families with children can afford these prices. I might add it’s not just this place. I was getting a burger at one of my favorite burger places. A double with cheese used to be $5-$6. It’s now double. Some lady in front of me was ordering for herself, seemed to be her daughter and husband, with a small child. Her cost was $80… I feel for these people. I hope things turn around in the future. I must say in my long lifetime, they never go back to where they were…

The donuts were not fresh. Taste like day old donuts. Donut was dry and the glaze was dried iinto the donut. Very disappointed as I usually enjoy the donuts at this location.

The worst Shipley's in LR. The donuts always taste like they're a day old. Their card machines rarely work, so make sure you take cash. The language barrier is irritating. If you have cash & patience, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere before you get annoyed.

May be this is a knockoff of Shipley, I can't say why their food is so bad from the other stores I have tried. I have been to this store probably 3-4 times, and every time, they have made my order wrong. When I got 1/2 dozen donuts, they cramped that in a small paper bag, and it was a horrible mess to get into. Their donuts are not fresh and very doughy and dense and horrible for Shipley's standards. Save yourself some $$ and disappointment, visit the other stores nearby.

Handed donuts in a brown paper bag with grease in the bottom, (no Shipleys donut box). The parking lot is very dark at 6am (no lights) and didn’t see the drive through. However, the lobby is locked and a sign says drive through only. I won’t come back here. The experience creeped me out and the donuts were not how they usually taste. Plus for half dozen glazed it was $22? No itemized receipt either.

Very poor service. Donuts were once again old and stale by 9:15am. When asked for new ones they said nothing wrong with them and they are all the same. Big language barrier as well and she couldn’t understand what the problem was. No other employee/manager tried to help either. This isn’t the first time. Other locations have much better service and fresh food. I’ve tried multiple times to give them another try so we won’t be back to this location.

My first and last time coming here! The worst Shipley’s I’ve ever had. Donuts where cold and tasted old. I ordered a sausage and cheese kolache and received a dry sliced ham one. Also it tasted old. Will never go here again. I’ll stick with the one on markham where I’ve never been disappointed. Oh and only stopped here because of the reviews. 🙄
