Worst customer service I waited over 20 min to get someone to help and when she finally helped me it took her another 10 min to just prepare a simple order of hot Cheetos with nacho cheese. when I got home and ate my hot Cheetos they tasted like they were expired.I will definitely not go back.

Slow service price are to high waited almost an hour to get 2 things
Terrible service and the wait is long. They move slow when the place has several people waiting. I ordered and paid for a large diablito and was given a medium. I asked for the difference back and they gave me $1. I told them that it was suppose to be $1 plus tax back. The older lady said that the other one had tax too and she did not return the rest. She did not understand that they overcharged me the biggest size plus the tax for the large cup. I did not want to argue so I just left.
DONT BOTHER COMING. $6 for ONE raspado, got three, came out to almost 20$, um, ok. But you'd expect the raspados to be made with FRESH FRUIT or SOMETHING to make it WORTH the $6. No, the 1st sip I took, you could taste STRAIGHT SYRUP. You're better off getting a raspado from the raspado man that goes around town.. VERY disappointed.
