We dined at La Clotze and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with great respect for tradition, and the service was attentive and top-notch. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent: we started with a mocetta and lardo appetizer, and I must say I've never tasted such delicious lardo. This was followed by an exquisite venison steak, and for a sweet finish, a chocolate tart and homemade apple pie. Everything was simply impeccable.

We had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The location is beautiful, with attention to every detail (tables, wall decorations, lighting, curtains... Everything!!!). The staff is super friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. The menu is good, with very interesting daily specials. All the dishes were delicious and received top marks. I found the bill reasonable for what we ordered. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by!

This is among the best restaurant of the whole Valley. Ingredients are all local, courses are all inspired from the tradition. We always come here when we can Definitely one the spot to try.

Natura, atmosfera, qualità… Immerso nel verde e, in questo caso anche nel bianco, della neve , si viene accolti con cortesia dal personale in sala, professionale e preparato. Offre un menù tradizionale e, un fuori menù di alta qualità. Antipasti gustosi, carne cucinata con maestria, dolci … da gustare. Ben fornita la carta dei vini, tanto spazio a produttori regionali. Prezzo adeguato a qualità e servizio. Durante un soggiorno a Courmayeur è da provare.

Location caratteristica nei boschi sopra Courmayeur, la neve è stata il fiore all'occhiello. Il locale è accogliente e caldo, i piatti sono buoni, il personale è gentile. I prezzi un pochino alti per i piatti offerti. Buona selezione di vini.

Location tipica, cucina ottima molto buono il tris di umidi con polenta concia, abbondante. Servizio cortese, un po’ troppo veloce. Conto: 9, un po’ alta la carta dei vini ma nel complesso nella media dei ristoranti della zona.

Very nice spot in winter wonder land. We reserved a table on short notice and got lucky. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was friendly and attentive. The location as such was lovely inside and outside. There were mainly local/italian speaking guests which is usually a very good sign. A dinner for 4 is quite costly though compared to the serving sizes of the different meals.

I'll start by saying that, in my opinion, the service is terrible. They're all nice people, but not up to the standard of a restaurant, except for one guy who wore earrings and who looked after his tables attentively and kindly. I've had two who seemed like they were new to the service, and maybe a little extra smile never hurts. Maybe when you bring a dish, they put it on the table with kindness and politeness. Maybe if the child doesn't drink wine, they remove the glass. There are so many little things I could list, but I'll stop here... the food was good, but not up to expectations. The pasta arrived well-presented but almost cold. The Valdostana steak was practically dry, almost seemed stale and reheated. The appetizer was good, and the apple pie was excellent. The owner was very serious and professional, but even for her, a little extra smile wouldn't cost anything. Prices were more or less normal, as is the case in all of Courmayeur, so there's nothing to complain about... Beautiful, enchanting location with a lovely family history. Frankly, I wouldn't go back, but I'll definitely give it a second chance next year, hoping we've understood the points. improve.

A great location and fantastic internal decor, with kind and fun staff. So much potential. But the food can improve, it tastes good but lacks the attention to the details. For instance, why not warming the plates where the pasta is served? A simple thing that makes such a difference. Why not warming up some parts of the otherwise great and generous Rocheford salad, rather than taking it out of the fridge? Also the desserts, nothing special really. But I will go back hoping to find signs of improvement, as the place and the staff are great.
