I pick up burritos for lunch almost every Wed for me and my husband. We get the same every week. Let me tell you it was ALWAYS the same! Always absolutely amazing and never disappoints! We love that they ask how many hot sauce we want and aren't stingy like a lot of others w their sauce! We get 12 everytime and they don't care! Love that! Love the food, the consistency and the customer service!

Amazing burrito with fresh made tortilla! Pork , beans, and yummy melty cheese! Hot sauce was on point! Friendly and quick serving staff. Place seemed popular at lunch so I would recommend calling your order ahead.

Fantastic. Their breakfast burritos are delicious, all their food is. They have it down to a science. Wonderfully cozy and very clean place with food that is extremely tasty and tastes homemade. Everyone who works there is friendly and extremely efficient - this place runs like clockwork and their ability to get it perfect every time is amazing. The best place for your buck and your taste buds.

Refills are free here. Not many tables. Sometimes the food is good here and sometimes it isn’t. So it is a hit and miss. Customer service could be better.. there’s usually 2-3 young people working upfront and they joke around a lot and I think due to their joking around they gave me a wrong order drink and not just me but another customer as well.

Honestly the food was really good. Not too oily. That nice home cooked meal. Also the girl thay took my order was very polite and patient. I never felt rushed or neglected. Good Food & Good Service. P.s. the avocado sauce is delicious. 😉 GET THE AVACADO SAUCE ❤️

An ok place to eat. Don’t come here expecting Authentic Mexican food. It’s the American version of Mexican food. This was my first experience at Rosa Maria’s. I came here for lunch with my boyfriend (who absolutely loves these restaurants so I had high hopes). The restaurant is small, but there’s a lot of seating outside. I got the Garbage burrito and thought it was decent. It was a good size considering I didn’t get the XL version. I will say that the meat was amazing. My boyfriend got a Bean & Cheese burrito and a taco (the tortilla looked freshly fried like a classic taco would be instead of those weird hard shell tacos that are sold in stores). His food looked SO good that I think I’ll give this place one more shot :) if my second experience is better, I’ll amend this review accordingly. Edit: I returned to Rosa Maria’s recently and tried the bean and cheese burrito with a steak taco. It was amazing!! I’m changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

Great: Customer service. Good: Quesadilla when dipped in guacamole sauce and salsa Bad: taquitos- more plain than bad. Worst: no green salsa Extras: there are no tables to sit down so do not plan on eating in. This location does not offer breakfast. That's somewhere else.

I usually love this place — it’s often the highlight of my day — which is why this visit was so disappointing. I work in the medical field and am used to people being attentive and professional, so the dismissive attitude I got here was shocking. My order was taken incorrectly, and my burrito came back sloppy and incomplete, with no offer to remake it properly. I left feeling completely unvalued and disrespected. Normally everything is great here, but this experience was inexcusable.

A true 2 star establishment. The utmost basic Mexican food with zero passion - hot sauce is watered down so you can’t escape the bland beans. Nothing to be excited about - the employees faces say it all - blah. I’m seeing a running theme in Redlands, the food scene is incredibly weak. XoXo - Mr. Pickles

My grandma used to take me here as a kid, and they had higher standards back then, as you can see this is supposed to be an extra large burrito with chicken beans rice and cheese, but it is mostly a giant tortilla wrapped up and containing a small amount of other ingredients. Alot of the bites were just mouthfuls of tortilla. Not worth the 12 something I paid for it.

Disappointed; I bought a "chile relleno plate "; but; not the whole chile relleno, a hidden slice of chile with a little piece of cheese coated into the classic egg mixture.:(, ; rice and beans still good.

Breaks my heart to have to write this, I’ve been going to Rosa Maria’s for way over 40 years, mostly San Bernardino location, Fontana, and Highland. All 3 locations are really good with customer service and of course the food is great. I moved to Redlands last year and I’m literally down the same street from this one. Customer service can use some improvement and the portions can be a lot better. I ordered a Meat, Bean, Cheese Burrito, my first 5-7 bites were bean and cheese and finally towards the end I got the Chili Verde I love but it was drowned in beans. At the other locations mentioned above it’s the other way around, more meat than anything else. Please do better Redlands because I absolutely love Rosa Maria’s.
