After the remodel, looks great, refreshed store. Here is the rub with Taco Bell in general if you are ordering via the mobile app, and especially if they are understaffed (which they were) and busy (which they were.) Don't use the mobile app, unless you are picking up from drive-thru. Drive-thru is prioritized above all the orders, period! Dine-in (order via kiosk or desk) is prioritized above any mobile app pick-up orders inside. So, if you order via mobile and pick up inside, your order will be pushed to the last, even if someone comes in after you and uses the kiosk. This was also confirmed by the front desk TB employee, who said, "that is how our system works, and we can't do anything about it." They basically make ordering via mobile app (which they heavily market you to use) obsolete for the most part, unless you like to wait for 40 minutes, like I and many others did. Never again.

UPDATE : Gave one more chance.. Ordered two burritos, no onions no cheese. When I got the burritos, i did ask for apostate nacho cheese, and even after telling about my last order and had to throw it away, they still charged me for the nacho cheese. The beans were horrible again.. They taste burnt and old. Sorry but when I worked at Taco Bell in my teens, we cooked the beans right then and there and the sauce also tasted different as we made that fresh as well... What happened to Taco Bell?? Sorry.. Bad place. I ordered two bean burritos, no onions, no cheese... I got onions and nacho cheese inside the burritos. The beans tasted horrible like burned... Im allergic to onions so once I got to my hotel i had to throw away the food.

Grand opening or Grand failure? Starting with the drive through. The AI assistant is not the best. Can’t understand substitution or customization of orders. A real human eventually helped me. I ordered two #10 combos, substituted the regular tacos for the Doritos locos tacos and 2 sides of avocado ranch. SO.. I was charged $1.20 for 2 sides of avocado ranch that were barely 25% full. In the past these were full to the top. Also ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos which cost an extra $1 each and I received regular tacos. To top it off my drinks were flat. Disappointed and wish I’d chosen else where to eat.

Very very slow drive thru. Good guy taking the orders let down by a slow Kitchen. Food was cold by the time I got it home, pretty sure it started that way from the window.

This restaurant is almost never open on time. I sometimes try to hit their drive-through on the way to work just after 7AM when they are supposed to be open. Numerous times I have driven by to see the lights out after 7 and no one there. I've even gone to the drive through, again after 7AM when they are supposed to be open, and had cashiers say they are not open yet. Also, when getting service early in the morning from them I've found the person I've ordered from seems half asleep and I have to tell them several times what I want to order. I've been going to this Taco Bell for over 7 years and some of the people who work there don't even realize that they sell Diet Mountain Dew. More than once I've had cashiers tell me they don't carry that. I have to correct them and say, yes you do. 😆

Let me start this off by saying I’m a regular and everyone has always been kind, UNTIL today. Drive Thru service was absolutely ABYSMAL. Ordered 5 nuggets online and for some reason the app wouldn't give me an option for spicy ranch so I chose Bell Sauce as a place holder and was going to explain to the drive thru intercom that I actually wanted spicy ranch but SHOCKER!, the intercom is AI now so i had to wait for the window. The blonde white woman that answered the window told me I'd have to pay for the ranch. When I explained my circumstances and that I just wanted to exchange it, she told me with attitude "I can't control what the app does", "she can't take it back", and "ugh do you want to see a manager?!" I said yes, she slammed the window and proceeded to talk negatively about me waving her arms around and was loud enough for me to hear it! INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL LET ALONE UNCOMFORTABLE. Like GOD FORBID you give me the correct sauce I want. She never came back with a manager, she opened the window, gave me the sauce and took the other one back, rolled her eyes and wouldn't even hear me out when I was explaining that she was being rude to me and that I could hear her. She just closed the window on my face. If yall don't like your job, GET A NEW ONE. Don't take it out on innocent customers! Yall don't get paid enough to do all that. -5/5 stars.

Tried the new chicken taco and burritos like chewing leather. Cold tasted like left overs. Will not order again. Miss the days when the menu was simple and the prices where great.

Fourth time this month my order has either taken 20 minutes even though we ordered ahead, 30 minutes prior we spent 20 minutes waiting in the damn pickup area even asking twice what the hold up was. If they don’t take an eternity to complete the order they somehow manage to forget items or miss customizations to the orders. This has to be one of the most poorly run stores around I’d rather drive 20min to the next one to avoid what a crapshow this one habitually is. Even other customers were complaining amongst each other. Date of crappy service 11/8/25 5:40pm

This location recently underwent a full remodel, but unfortunately, the service has taken a serious turn for the worse. I placed a mobile order, and the app told me my food would be ready by 6:37 PM. Over 20 minutes later, just after 7 PM, they finally marked it as ready. When I approached the counter to pick it up, an employee told me to my face that it actually wasn’t ready, and that they just mark orders as complete to avoid getting in trouble for delays. I was stunned that he openly admitted that. In total, I waited nearly an hour for just six items. If this is the result of a remodel, it’s hard to see what improved. Absolutely terrible service.

The employees have different priorities. As an uber eats driver the wait times are not worth it. They prioritize drive thru and lobby over uber and doordash.

This location charges more than what the promotional items are advertised at, and give you a lot less. The staff is nice, but its always a disappointment.

My 4 year old wanted "chips and sauce" so I stopped at this taco bell. The person who took our order was super professional. Explained Baja blast wasn't working (it's what my kid wanted and he can have a SMALL drink). So we got another drink. But really the only reason I stopped was a special treat for him. Then, I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES trapped in the drive thru and even had to park my car so my son could pee by the dumpster. Ridiculous! TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I ordered a couple bean burritos and they were slapped together so they were leaking sauce everywhere. I know people always say "I'm never coming here again!" but seriously, I'm not. Their food sucks, and after working 10 hours I don't want to spend TWENTY FIVE MINUTES in a drive through. Oh, I tried to contact taco bell and their website isn't working. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there. 9.26 they again messed up the order and didn't give us all of our food. That's why people PARK and make everyone wait while they look through their bag to make sure they weren't ripped off or they don't get home and someone's food is missing . Hard eyeroll. Again, came back because my son wanted taco bell, and they charged $12 for the $8 combo, and then didn't give me my nacho sauce I ordered. He said "oh, you said taco sauce" well, if that's what you heard then why did you charge me $4 extra dollars for my meal. Worst place to go in town. The ONLY redeemi quality is the very nice tall man who typically is outside taking orders.
