I had the most amazing date night at Crazy Pizza London! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the atmosphere was electric. The live pizza shows were unlike anything I’ve seen anywhere else — such a unique experience! The DJ kept the energy flowing all evening with incredible music. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish — a huge thank you to Giuseppe and Sarah for going above and beyond. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in London in a long time. Can’t wait to go Back!

Had a great time at Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge. The pizza was outstanding—perfect dough, great ingredients, and full of flavor. The vibe of the restaurant is stylish and energetic, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Really enjoyable experience, I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

I went there for dinner the other day and was welcomed with a smile by Manuela. She has a great way of making people feel comfortable and her energy really lifts the place. The service was great the atmosphere impressive and the pizza, especially the Parma, was excellent.

The best Pizza I've had outside Italy ...the base was thin and crisp and smoky from the fire and there was loads of topping. I had orange juice which was freshly squeezed. It was great to see the chef out and spinning pizza dough ...my only criticism, we nearly didn't come in because of how loud the music was during the dough spinning and it was quite loud throughout the meal ..staff were great and really friendly

Great Atmosphere from the welcoming at the door. Happy environment, i loved when the pizza chef goes around the table rotating the dough of the pizza. Pizza was delicious with top quality ingredients. Thi was my second time, the first time i had the crazy pizza with cured beef and roket salad, today i had the sottobosco. I recommend both ...delicious. Thank you Giuseppe for your service, you are great!

This restaurant is ideally located next to Harrods. We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly staff and seated in a lovely spot. The food was delicious and well worth the price. The pizza we ordered was thin, crispy, and absolutely amazing. We especially enjoyed the little show put on by one of the chefs with the pizza dough. It was very entertaining and really lifted the mood. The music choice in the restaurant was also excellent and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to one of the gentlemen who kindly served us tequila on the house, it was completely unexpected and a lovely gesture. This visit will always stay in our memory, and I highly recommend this place to everyone 🩷

Great atmosphere and amazing food with a crazy pizza show

Great place to eat in they redefined the meaning of thin pizza , it was so thin that the toppings are enjoyable not the crust, the waters there are very friendly specially the manager , most of the desert is prepared in front of you I like the tramiso and my kids liked the Nutella pizza . This was my second time during my few days visit to London. They will be first in my list if I visit London again. Lastly the show they did with the flying pizza dou was so entertaining.

Crazy pizza is by far the best pizza place in London not just because there they have quality food and their pizza is phenomenal (Roman style) but even more because of the amazing service we received. It wasn’t just dining, it was a memorable experience. The DJ hypes everyone up and even gets tables dancing together, the servers are always going out of their way to help you no matter if they are with your table or not and the general manager is making sure you are enjoying yourself and is always there if you need anything. You can tell the staff is like a family, even when it’s a full house they are always making sure your needs are more than satisfied. The pizza had a perfect crisp and felt so light entering my body. The appetizers were incredible, must try burrata! The green bean salad was amazing as well. The best way to end it was a special tiramisu made right in front of you! Perfect place for celebrations, girls night, family gatherings, or just a date night you will step out of your comfort zone and have a memorable night

Good location , we went at 6:00 pm we did not need to book in advance as it’s Monday and not very busy Ordered 2 starters , delicious but portions were small compared to the price Pizza was underwhelming as it had few vegetables and a thin crust We ordered dessert which was so lovely in taste & presentation Some staff were so friendly They did the pizza dough show with loud music around 8:00 Pm After paying for our dinner , we decided to try their dessert so we asked for the dessert menu and ordered 2 things to share as well ( Nutella pizza £16 & Tiramisu £18 both got prepared in front of you in a special presentation The Nutella pizza was lovely & light but the tiramisu was very mild flavour and full of cream

Amazing experience at Crazy Pizza! We ordered takeaway and the pizzas were prepared exactly on time, ready for us to collect with no waiting at all. The staff inside the restaurant were so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Very unique and fun restaurant! During our dining experience one of the staff members started walking around spinning a pizza. Kids loved it and it turned into more than just a dining experience! The pizza was okay, a little pricey. Thin light pizza. The location is excellent, it is right next to Harrod's. The atmosphere is classy. Overall would recommend checking this place out especially if you're visiting London.

Pizzas were just ok and not at all worth the exorbitant prices. The place might very well be “upscale” or “polished” but it doesn’t appear or look like one. The welcome at the reception and overall service was good but food was really disappointing so I wouldn’t visit this place again.

Nice atmosphere but you can tell they are using sheet instead of pizza dough just for the show. However the atmosphere is good even if the food is very average. I won’t give them more then 3 starts

Unfortunately disappointed my experience. In my opinion it looks nice outside but inside I feel it’s a bit crowded with the furniture. The pizza was ok to my pallet. I would have normal napkins rather than paper ones on the plate.

Music was a bit loud. They don’t allow any modifications to the Calzone and the pizza crust is a bit soggy. I ordered a second beer for my pizza which never came. We ordered dessert, and my daughter enjoyed hers, whilst mine never came. Unfortunately this place could be better.

Insanely bad customer service and the most average pizza you’ll ever have. When we were making a reservation we called and asked when to make a res in order to get to see the show. We were told 9:30 would be good. So we agreed and made a res at 9:30. We showed up at exactly 9:30 expecting the show to start sometime soon. To cut to the chase, we never saw any show and were rushed to order food because the kitchen would be closing soon and “chef was already going home”. I dont think we were there for more than an hour because as soon as the food came, the waiters were rushing us to get out of the restaurant. If the experience at 9:30 is so bad, then DON’T make it an option to even reserve it so late. I won’t elaborate on the food itself because we ordered a wide variety of pizzas and all of them were underwhelming. But then again, it’s our fault for even thinking of going to a place that has a rating of 3.7 stars.

Would not go back again!!! Went there on the 5th August 2025 at 8pm. Waiters bumping into my chair constantly. Children running around. No atmosphere. Cocktails with no finesse to them, just a lemon wedge, for £18 I expect more love! My friends phoned ahead to tell them about my birthday, they spoke to the waiters when we go there also. They just dumped the tiramisu down on the table, no candle. My friends then asked again, and they dumped another one down with a candle and walked off. The tiramisu’s sponge fingers were crunchy, not spongey. Pizza was average, pasta was simple and no flavour. Waste of money!

This place must be on the decline. The personnel is nice but doesn't know a thing. The pizza was served cold. All white wine bottles we wanted were sold out, they brought us a warm one and the manager didn't care. Most probably the worst place to have food in London. Also they forgot about the birthday request and the glasses were dirty... Never again !

I had a reservation at the restaurant when I walked in the girl on the front desk told us I can’t let you in its full while we “HAVE A RESERVATION”, the manager came after and her attitude was rude and discriminatory, possibly because we were wearing arab and wearing hijab. She was speaking in a mocking way the manager and the receptionist!! And when we were upset about what happened at the end she was moving with her hands like a bye bye to leave the restaurant!!

Extremely disappointing experience. The manager, Josep, was incredibly disrespectful and showed a complete lack of basic manners when dealing with customers. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he was rude and dismissive. The management overall seems very poor — there is no sense of respect, accountability, or proper customer service. This is not how guests should ever be treated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Honestly, this is just average pizza joint. It’s made ok, but you can get far better 10 times a day everyday of the week. The service in this place is absolutely shocking - the staff are rude, and when they can’t follow their own instructions on their card machine, tell you “it’s your card, not the machine”, anyway, never again. And oh in case you’re wondering which staff member was rude - the woman at the front around 7pm Dec 30, 2025. Avoid, unless you like rude service and average pizzas.

Food: overpriced and very poor food, hardly any toppings on the pizza, sauce was very dry, extremely bad. The salad was also bad, portion was bad, taste was average. The music was very loud, and not for dinner, it was like a clubhouse. The waitresses were alright but they gave zero condiments and do not accommodate requests. The ambiance was very bad, the neighbouring friends were extremely loud. Never visiting again, many better places around.

We had a reservation for 7:30pm and arrived early at 6:45pm. At reception, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly hostess, who authorised my fiancé to briefly use the restroom while we waited. Unfortunately, as he walked through the corridor, a female member of staff — possibly in a supervisory role — stopped him abruptly and in a discourteous manner, stating that he was not allowed to proceed. Despite having been authorised moments earlier, the situation escalated unnecessarily and caused visible discomfort, only being resolved once the receptionist intervened to clarify the misunderstanding. Additionally, during service, our waiter had a noticeably strong body odour, which unfortunately affected the overall dining experience. The pizzas were of very good quality and the initial welcome at reception was genuinely pleasant. With better internal communication and closer attention to service standards, the experience could be far more refined.”

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but our visit last night was truly unacceptable. We ordered a pizza and a salad, and while the food itself was οκ, the service was extremely poor from start to finish. After declining the waiter’s offer for coffee or dessert, a member of staff abruptly approached us to inform us that our table was reserved and that we had only five minutes left. This was never mentioned when we arrived or at any point during the meal. Being rushed out in such a manner was rude and completely unprofessional. Additionally, the toilet had no toilet paper, which is simply unacceptable for any restaurant. The atmosphere did not help either—the music was so loud that it was difficult to have a normal conversation and enjoy the dinner. Overall, the experience felt stressful and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Crazy Pizza I really think you should rethink about your staff choices. The waiters are extremely rude, discriminating towards Indians and were totally uninterested to attend our table. We noticed them attending the other tables sweetly, but not ours! I have been to many restaurants in London and never have I ever faced this. There were 2 staff members wearing black shirt and black pants who were least attentive and were showing attitude. One of them just dumped the pizza on our table and left. And there was one more staff member (maybe the manager) wearing a suit, who was also showing loads of attitude! Very Disappointed. Never suggesting this place to a friend. Not worth it!

I’ve rarely felt so unwelcome in a restaurant—especially one that was practically empty. The issue wasn’t the wait (there was none) or even the food. It was Joseph, the manager, whose attitude completely ruined the experience. From the moment we interacted with him, he came across as rude, dismissive, and openly irritated, as if customers were a nuisance rather than the reason the restaurant exists. Basic courtesy was missing. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was zero effort to be professional or hospitable. When a restaurant is empty, there’s really no excuse for treating guests poorly. This is my personal experience, but for a place in Knightsbridge charging premium prices, the management’s behavior was shockingly bad. Atmosphere and service matter, and here they were the weakest part. I won’t be returning.
