I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The rooms were great, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. I would also like to give a special thanks to Daria from the staff. I accidentally forgot my key in my room, and since I don’t speak English well, it was a bit stressful for me. Daria was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. She took the time to understand the situation and even walked with me to a different floor to help me open my room. Her patience, friendliness, and willingness to help really stood out. She is a wonderful worker and made my stay even better. Thank you, Daria!I had an amazing stay at this hotel. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously! The food is to die for especially the butter chicken curry. The atmosphere is classy while still being cozy. The service was great, big thanks to Shrey and Mathew

It’s a great choice to stay in West Brompton, London. Clean, nicely designed, with easy access and close to public transportation. I’m very grateful to Elijah for his exceptional and outstanding professional reception service. He supported me and my daughter during check in and check out progress. Thank you ELIJAH

Great hotel, not that far from the center with the bus or underground train :) The room is what was expected from the pictures. The service is great too, and the food at the restaurant is really nice ! (I tried the fish and chips on the first try, then the vegan burger👌) Special shout out to Shrey and Noura, who both had a really good energy ✨ The breakfast buffet is great too :)

What a great find, we used the car park for convenience because of Eaels Court and watching the Come Alive Show. We then had to extend our stay because my Husband had an accident in the car park of the Ibis! The Staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly in every area of the Hotel, the rooms are more than pleasant, comfy beds, plenty of room, we had nothing as we were supposed to go Home early evening and were kindly given lovely rooms and toothpaste and toothbrushes. The food in the buffet breakfast was superb, SO much choice, both English and Continental breakfast, yummy! We are VERY grateful to Elijah the Trainee who was incredibly kind and helpful to us by extending our car parking whilst we waited for the RAC then we had to book rooms with another receptionist.

I had breakfast at the Ibis Earls Court, and I wanted to share my positive experience. The variety of options was impressive, catering to different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff Sujata was very attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more pleasant. I saw she was very fast at work & friendly tooo. I would like to give many thanks to sujata.I would definitely recommend the breakfast here to anyone staying at or visiting the hotel!"

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel in Earls Court. They left us a wonderful surprise to celebrate our 1st anniversary and looked after us really well. A special shout out to Carmen, Lukascz and Cecilia for providing a wonderfully welcome atmosphere. Extra credit to Supriya and Bani for putting all arrangements in place. We hope to return to celebrate our next anniversary and hopefully more. ---Francesca and Conor

Mr Ahmed Ali did a great job with combining our stays together. Apparently it’s two hotels in one and we had separate reservations so instead of having to move around in the hotel it just let us stay one room. The great part about this was that he actually upgraded us to the later hotel that we had booked since It had been scored higher than the one for our initial night. The Room was immaculate. The bathroom was fabulous and overall was super clean. I would definitely book this again in a heartbeat..

I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Earl’s Court. When I checked in, my room was clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed after a long day. I booked a room on the 3rd floor, which turned out to be very comfortable and quiet. Whenever I needed something extra, the housekeeping team was quick to help and always friendly. They kept the room in excellent condition throughout my stay, even though I stayed for several days. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would happily stay here again.

We went for the newly refurbished twin room with sofa bed and it's really small for 3 people with suitcases. Definitely do not recommend. Twin bed were super comfortable and sofa bed was not. But it was nice and clean. We didn't ask for room service because there'd be no space for anyone to walk around, but got clean towels and extra toilet paper when asked. There was an issue with the booking as I booked for 3 people but it was only showing 2 on the reservation. So had to ask to have the sofa bed open, which they did, but didn't get third towel so had to ask. We paid for breakfast but because of this problem with booking it was only paid for 2 people not 3. Which we were told at the breakfast, but they were very sweet and we just paid on the day and then at the reception for the rest of the days. Wish they told me when we were sorting out the beds as it's little bit more expensive to pay for breakfast on the day. Also we had one small issue with tv - it kept turning on on its own and kept waking us up. So we had to unplug it. Now breakfast. Good selection of food and really delicious! Everyone was so nice and especially Anna who greeted us every morning with a big smile. At the reception everyone was nice and tried to help as much as they could.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is a few minutes to the underground connecting you to the rest of London. There are some really great pubs nearby. The service at breakfast was great. Anna was attentive and helped rectify a misunderstanding promptly. The rooms were nice and modern. They are not soundproof, but it is a quieter area so that wasn’t an issue. The rooms also have automatic lighting which is great for getting up at night.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to west brompton station. 30 min walk to the Thames. Lovely welcome, great service, brilliant breakfast. Easy car parking under hotel with lift.

T

The location is amazing, underground is just 6 mins away and a bus stop is just in front, both connect you easily with whereever you want to go. Museums are really close (in London terms) as well as palaces and Hyde Park. The staff was very nice, helpful and well planned - more people working during check-in peak etc. The room and bed was also comfy. Only complaints would be that the bathroom vent did not work at all and all my cosmetics got a bit soaked. And the cleaning noises on the floor above prevented me from sleeping beyond 8AM.

We had such a great experience at this hotel that we are staying there again on our trip in February. I already left a review for the bar, but just as a side note here, the bar staff is incredible. They were very attentive and always made us laugh. I wanted to give a shout out to Anna and Adamm for making sure we always had a great breakfast and a nice cup of coffee to go. Anna always had a smile on her face every time we saw her, even when she look like she was run off her feet. I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast and learning to eat a "full English"even one day. The beds were comfortable and the service was great. We did have some workmen directly outside our window at 6:00 a.m.,but other than that it was perfect.

Super experience. We were there to celebrate my wife's bday. Upon knowing that, the Guest Relationship Manager, Mr Manish Dulal happily upgraded our room as a special gesture. We were greeted very well. Rooms are modern and close to West Brampton station. Close to Central London. Also bus stop is right at the gate of this hotel. Breakfast menu remains same, but very high quality and great spread. Reception manager..Mr Fran was kind enough to extend our check out as well. Very helpful and courteous housekeeping staff. Very modern and up-to-date date rooms and overall up keeping.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and is easily becoming my favorite location to stay in London. The hotel rooms are clean, nice restaurant and bar. Staff is pleasent and everything is on walking distance if you want to grab a quick bite nearby or buy essentials before you head into the city. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding the Nespresso machines back into the hotel rooms. This was a feature previously but was not available during my stay this time.

We have a splendid stay and all the staffs are very very helpful. We travelled with a group and Mohamed supervisor was very very helpful in sort out our parking van. We have a brilliant receptionist called Carmen who went above and beyond to help us as well.. thank you very very much. Super recommended and definitely will be back for our next trip in London

I recently stayed in a suite on the 10th floor and had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent, very clean, spacious, and it smelled amazing every time we walked in. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the rooms to a high standard. We also received room service every day, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. A special mention goes to Daria, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and was always friendly, attentive, and professional. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out, and she truly made our experience even better. Daria is a great asset to the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis London Earls Court. The hotel offers exactly what you expect from Ibis – clean, comfortable rooms, efficient service, and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is very convenient, with easy access to central London and public transport. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. Professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Barista Maja at the reception – her positive energy, kindness, and attention to detail created a warm first impression and set the tone for the entire stay. A reliable choice in London with a genuinely friendly team. I would gladly return.

I stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel Earl’s Court. The room was clean and very quiet, which I really appreciated. I also had a meal on the first floor restaurant and Dragan looked after me. He made an excellent oat flat white and shared some interesting stories about his passion for photography. Great guy. I will definitely come back whenever I’m in London.

We stayed at this hotel with my partner and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making our stay truly enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, where the food was excellent and the service outstanding. In particular, we would like to thank Shrey Noura, who served us during dinner. He was extremely attentive, kind, and always available, making sure all our needs were met. Thanks to his professionalism and care, our dinner was a truly pleasant experience. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location was superb, the surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. Two underground stations were within a ten-minute walk, and a bus stop was right outside, making it convenient to get anywhere. There were also good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I made requests regarding cleaning or consulted about noise from guests on the same floor, the reception staff were attentive and responsive. I visited the café on the ground floor several times. I was drawn to the open atmosphere of the lobby and the friendly chats with the lovely staff. Special thanks to Bikas and Maja for their warm smiles and heartfelt service. The restaurant meals were also delicious, and I visited twice during my stay. Dining in that relaxing, quiet space soothed the day's fatigue. Thank you, Matthew and Noura, for your kind hospitality. I prefer simple interiors, so the room was perfect for me. This time I was on a lower floor, so I'd like to consider staying in a Mercure room on a higher floor next time. I will definitely return to stay here again.

i had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. the service was truly excellent - every staff member i interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. a special mention to the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Had a great stay during the christmas season here. Pretty reasonably priced and the service was great - we only let house keeping clean our room once (we rather avoid that) but we were content! Good Location - around 5 Minute walk to West Brompton Station. The room was nicely renovated - only downside being the A/C not really working, for some reason it locked the temp. at around 21-22C, which was just a tad bit too warm to our liking. But nothing an open window couldn't fix

I traveled with my partner and had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was lovely from the room to the restaurant, both very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

Myself and my partner had an amazing stay for her 30th Birthday. Ruchika carried out the check-in process and she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. She’s an absolute credit to the company. The hotel was in a great location, parking was secure and the room was newly refurbished. We regularly visit London and will definitely be using this hotel going forward. Fantastic stay!

Impressed with the Ibis in West Brompton. Stayed at a few other Ibis locations before but this one was the best by far. Beautifully decorated in all areas, modern clean room, great buffet style breakfast with loads of options and friendly staff. Good location near tube/ overground and buses. Restaurants and shops nearby as well. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again next time I’m in London.

Aircon set at 18 degrees was a bit too cold for my liking, and not sure the temperature control worked. It's not a disaster, but even airlines increased the default cabin temperature in recent years. Apart from that, it is a clean, quiet hotel, 100m from the tube, plus on site parking. Nice friendly staff, good breakfast selection, and staff clearly know what they are doing.

This was an amazing experience , I couldn’t believe how amazing it was to stay in this place, they are kind. They are patient, special mention to one of the Bar managers , Midi, who gave me ideas on where to go, helped me navigate the bus system by telling me the different apps to use and being courteous towards everyone. I loved everything about this place, it was my first home in London and it will be my home every time I visit. It is special and so are the people.

I had the pleasure of attending an event at Ibis Earl’s Court. I enjoyed the event it was made even more enjoyable by Mickey and Mohamed who are members of staff at the hotel. I believe Mohamed is part of security and mickey is part of the hotel staff. Too lovely humans with warm smiles and very helpful. I sometimes tend to talk too much and they both got an earful but never did they tell me to shut up or made me feel uncomfortable. They helped me with find somewhere to eat and even recommended different places. I was alone and they made me feel so welcome it felt like I was at the event with my friends. Thanks again and look forward to staying at the hotel in the near future. Thanks lads.

Have been staying at your hotel for well over 10 years, and I wanted to say a massive thank you. I have always found it to be clean, the staff are all amaxing and accommodating and I’ve never had a bad stay in what is probably approx 100+ nights here. The level of comfort and amenities is perfect for my needs whether it is a quick overnight stop or if I’m there for a week. I really couldn’t see me staying anywhere else in London. It has been great to witness the renovation work and see the hotel transform into something even more amazing, and I’m likely to continue using you for the next 10 years. Thank you once again. Ian

Hotel staff were very helpful and we managed to secure connecting rooms during booking. Rooms were spacious and functional with plenty of table/counter space, room for bags and place to hang stuff. Housekeeping was great and the room felt clean everyday even for my friends who had slightly sensitive skin and noses. Location is walking distance to West Brompton tube station while not near any particular attraction, getting to attractions via the tube was usually easy and just a few stops away by tube. There was some slight construction outside our window and reception informed us immediately when we checked in, that was very much appreciated. One room for improvement is that the toilets didn’t seem very well ventilated so there was a lot of mist after showering that took a while to go away. An extractor fan would probably help, not sure if it was just our rooms that had this issue. Overall would recommend this property for being great value for money.

It is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in, really the friendliness of the service, the modern and the room is a total luxury 100% recommended!! It has really been a pleasure to have stayed at your hotel! Of course next time I'll be there with you! Aaa and a breakfast from a category hotel

We had a very good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious! There was plenty to choose from even vegan options. The staff was very friendly, every single one of them. Everything was very clean. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Easy to find, easy to park and book in. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast good quality and plenty of choice. My only gripe was the temper In the room was far too hot at 22.5c. The staff said there had been complaints the previous week that the rooms were too cold. Had to open the windows to cool the room down. Not ideal!

Recently had a 2-week stay at this hotel. Location was great, the area was quiet and felt safe. Close to a tube station. Lobby had a lovely renovation and it was nice to come back to every day. Was thankful to the team for accomodating my request for a twin room despite booking a double. Housekeeping felt sub-par. My sheets were clearly dirty yet it took at least a week for them to be changed, the bed was just remade. Coffee was not replenished at all during the stay. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable compared to other Ibis locations I have stayed at. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again, preferring other London Ibis locations, but this is still a fine choice for a reasonably priced London hotel.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel in London last year while it was under renovation, but it honestly didn’t affect my stay much. I didn’t notice a lot of noise, maybe because we were out most of the day. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, really made us feel welcome. The location is great — very close to both bus and train stations, and there are many markets and shops nearby. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

This hotel is like no other Ibis we have ever been to. It deserves it's 4* rating. The decor is luxurious, with marble top tables in the restaurant, beautiful big plants, comfortable quality furniture, etc etc. Breakfast was delicious, there is an automatic pancake maker and a very good choice of hot or cold food. The staff are all really helpful, friendly, and approachable. There is a large secure car park under the hotel, it's about £24 for 24 hours. Our room was comfortable and very clean with a spacious bathroom. Little niggle, no drawers or storage cupboards. There is a space for hanging clothes and coats. The bed was very comfortable and there is a hairdryer and a safe in the room. It was also very quiet during the night. Tea and coffee making facilities available, they gladly supplied us with more at the reception. We would most definitely stay here again. There is a tube station 5 minutes walk away and a local Tesco and Sainsbury's.

It was really a good stay . Room , Lounge, Restaurant are really amazing and relaxing. But the hotel doesn't provide any water bottles but are happy to provide water in your own bottles. Also there was no telephone in the rooms so if you want to connect with the reception you will have to go on the reception or maybe have to use your own cells. Breakfast was really good and had many items. Especially the pancake machine was very eye-catching. Overall a really good stay and worth the price especially in this festive days.

This hotel is in a really good location and convenient when travelling with a dog. Secure carpark is a plus too. The buffet breakfast is also good value. The staff is very helpful, especially Anna G who assisted us during breakfast. Thanks, Anna! I’m taking off one star for cleanliness though. I guess they allocate rooms for guests with pets, but you’d think a £30 pet fee means they deep clean the room every time. The carpet was so filthy and disgusting! I wore socks around the room. Hopefully the other rooms are not like this. All in all, a good experience. Recommended for a short stay.

The only thing missing to make my experience the best and give this hotel 5 stars was a fridge and a microwave. The restaurant for breakfast felt like a 5 star restaurant. It has so many options and the coffee machine is amazing. The staff at reception are all kind. If you arrive early before the check in time, they offer to store your luggage in a safe area that staff only has access to. The lobby is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. Overall, this hotel is amazing!

The rooms do not cool down in the winter. There is construction that I was not aware of and is not mentioned when booking or on their website. During check in they were having IT issues and our room was not ready when advertised. I let them know I’d like to use points to cover the cost of the room and was told to come back the next day and when I did I was told to try again later that day or the next day. Eventually got it sorted but too much time waiting in line for nothing. The room is nice and renovated. The bath is very high and slippery. The air con doesn’t work in the winter and our room was 24c even with the windows “open” since they only cracked. The only bright spot was Dragan the bartender, he was excellent! Overall we will not be coming here again as it was not good value for money.

The hotel's location is really good, and the team is friendly and helpful, especially Anna at breakfast. However, the room I stayed in wasn't fully soundproof. The upstairs "neighbour", shuffling their chair around a lot early morning and walking in shoes, I heard it loud and clear. Also, weird coughing noises early morning from a bathroom next to mine wasn't something I expected to experience at a hotel. The night of my arrival, another thing happened I did not expect- I only had hot water coming from the faucet. I messaged the front desk via the website, as told upon check-in, and some hours later, had a maintenance person knocking on my door. They did their best, and it seemed resolved for a brief moment, but as I wanted to take a shower, the same problem reappeared. The next morning I was very distraught- it was my birthday, and I had a full day planned and not being able to clean myself for the day... I cried my eyes out and wondered how I'm able to resolve the situation. But after breakfast, another maintenance person was at my door, wanting to fix the plumbing, as it turned out, there was only one pipe the water came out, so the hot and cold water mixed. How on earth is this possible??? And how is it possible it wasn't fixed ages ago??? At least then the problem was permanently fixed. So overall, I'm left with a lot of mixed emotions regarding my stay. The nice people and good location won't help me have a good night's sleep or get over the fear of "what goes wrong next".

S
Sa Sakura

In general, I enjoyed my stay, but the room temperature was too hot and kept going back to 22°C, which was uncomfortable. Besides this, the check-in process was very frustrating. I had completed the online check-in and was even told by a receptionist in the morning that everything was set and I could collect my room key later. However, when I returned in the evening, I was asked to repeat the entire check-in process, including providing my ID again. It took me about 10 minutes to redo everything, and I was very tired. The staff’s firm tone made me feel unwelcome, and the unnecessary repetition caused confusion and inconvenience. I hope the hotel clarifies their check-in procedure to prevent this from happening to future guests.

Flew from the US for a business trip, came straight from LHR. My company card was flagged and frozen for potential fraud when I added it to my Uber ride service profile (I didn't realize this until later). Attempted to check into the hotel, company card was rejected, so I ended up using my personal card. I asked for an upgraded room for a larger bed, which they accommodated me. Got the corporate card issue resolved within 15 minutes, returned to the front desk to switch the card out to my corporate card (expensing a non-domestic hotel for a business trip on my card creates significant hurdles to reimbursement for me). I was told it couldn't/wouldn't be done because they'd have to issue a refund and then charge the corporate card. I asked again and was summarily dismissed. Got to the room, no washcloths, the liquid soap in the shower was empty, and the air-conditioning had been switched off for the season (temperature got to 26C/78F) and the only solution the hotel offered was to open the windows, where it was too loud to sleep from the traffic and street noise, ad temp in the room kept climbing. There for business and needed an iron and ironing board. There are "ironing rooms" on 2 other floors. Workable, but not at all convenient. Food in the restaurant was good, but we felt that the infrequent and relatively inattentive service we got was rushed and felt as though we were inconveniencing them by eating there. Will likely choose another hotel next time in the area.

The checkout time is 12:00pm. I was still asleep at around 11:00am when someone suddenly knocked on my door. I woke up immediately and called out “Hello?”, but there was no response. Before I had the chance to get dressed or walk to the door to see who was knocking, the person unlocked the door and opened it without my permission. I started shouting, “Who is this?!”. Only then did the person respond, saying “No problem, I will come back later,” before closing the door and leaving. Although the person may not have fully entered the room, the incident was extremely frightening and unacceptable. It is also worth noting that the door was not fitted with any additional physical lock, only the electronic card lock, and the room did not have an intercom phone, so I was unable to contact reception immediately. I do not believe this should occur in any hotel. Enhanced safety measures should be considered. This feedback has been shared with the reception team and the manager at the time of checkout.

Room was adequate for what I paid for. I do think that when you have construction happening at your hotel this should be disclosed when trying to make a booking to stay at your hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10am after a long tiring nightime international flight and was only told at check-in that there is unfortunately construction happening. Needless to say I was unable to sleep as this construction continued until just after 4pm. This made my overall stay at Ibis London Earls unpleasant. If I knew that there is construction happening I would have booked elsewhere. Unfortunately on the app the booking was non refundable so I had to stick through.
