Amazing tasting Indian food. Absolutely loved everything. Would highly recommend if you have a curry craving. I recommend getting the New Boyfriend Chaat and the Chef's Special Veg Thaali. The mocktails were also on point and the staff were absolutely lovely. Would definitely visit again.

The balance achieved by Patri's seasoned head chef, Vijendra Rana, who's mainly plied his trade in Dubai, that makes the curry dishes here truly stand out from so many others we've had in this crowded, monotonous market. Each one has its own distinct tone and flavour, making them not only memorable in their own right, but also extremely difficult for us to choose one particular dish for our Menu Recommendation below. Menu Recommendation Drink - Masala Iced Karma Soda Starter - Telebhaja Kale Chaat Main - Murgh Makhani/ Thumka Biryani HALAL STATUS: Fully Halal food menu • Alcohol served

Absolutely beautiful food, rich with authentic flavour and whatever level of spice you are comfortable with. On a very cold and rainy day after work I came here with friends to have dinner, however, the weather outside was quickly forgotten not long after the appetizers were served. The atmosphere itself is great. It's very quaint, relaxed and truly an escape from the city around you. If you're not a fan of spice, there are many options for you. But, if you are then prepared to be blown away. And I mean that with the best of compliments.

Delicious Indian street food in this cosy neighborhood restaurant. Recommend booking in advance as only has 32 covers. Great selection of starters and mains. Get any of the chaats, one of the grills, we loved the Murgh malai tikka, biryani and daal. We also ordered aloo baigun which was delicious. Portions were huge. Save room for the amazing mango sorbet which was akin to bingsu! Delicious. Great vegetarian and meat options Halal friendly. Paid parking available Mon-Friday daytime, free after 5 and on weekends on the street

Such a hidden gem. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, friendly, and happy to help with recommendations. The food was incredible. We ordered 14, 21, and 27 and every dish was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The garlic naan was also amazing, easily one of the best we’ve had. Everything came out fresh and hot and the whole experience felt relaxed and thoughtful. We will definitely be back.

Went for lunch with my work colleagues. Was 6 of us and we got the big thali, some vegeterian starters and a jug of mango lassi. It all tasted really good, food wasnt too spicy for those of us who couldn't handle the spice levels. Came with an array of dishes which included lentils, vegetables, different type of curries, naan , rice, samosas and more. The grilled meat was prob my favourite which it came with and everyone enjoyed the lassi. We all really enjoyed the food saying it was delicious and there was still food left over which we took away with as the amount of food they gave you is a lot! Hospitality was amazing and the waiter explained what each dish was etc and gave us recommendations. Will definitely recommend and come back again 👌

We got the soft launch discount on our whole bill, and the food, the chai I ordered, the service and presentation was all amazing. We even were treated to some complimentary starters and mocktail shots and halwa and our server Meshwa was just phenomenal and so patient when our 6 person (little loud) girl group. We ordered so much food we had to take a lot of boxes to pack it home and the team was so gracious with us. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect particularly because of Meshwa's service, but the whole team (and chef) did a great job with us (and kept our table water refilled). We all had a great time and will be back again.

Walked in hungry, walked out emotionally satisfied. Patri has that rare ability to feel rustic without trying too hard — warm interiors, relaxed vibe, and food that quietly flexes. Tried their small thali and honestly, it punches well above its size. A proper assortment of veg curries, dal, sambar, pakoras, and a couple of non-veg dishes that tasted like someone in the kitchen actually cares. Starters were a joy — sev puri with the right kind of crunch (no soggy sadness here), and a non-veg kebab platter that was smoky, well-spiced, and dangerously moreish. Desserts sealed the deal — gulab jamun and rasmalai done just right. Not overly sweet, not pretending to be modern. Just good. This is the kind of place you come to eat well, linger longer, and mentally note: must bring friends next time. (Also, quietly inspiring content for anyone who documents food for a living… 😉) Would happily return.

Started off with chaat - pani puri and samosa chaat. All of us really enjoyed the samosa chaat. The food was good and quantity was good. Some of the gravy were on the sweeter side. We came on a Sunday afternoon. Service was really good as the waitress really kept checking in on us - gave us hot water when we requested, and a butter chicken free as service. There were 5 of us and we ordered 2 chai, planning to share among ourselves - so they gave us chai in 5 small glasses. Really appreciated that. I made a reservation and indicated birthday, so they even gave us a slice of cake with candle (and the cake was really good) Overall, a great experience at Patri!

Decided to try Patri (Hammersmith) after seeing this restaurant featured in one of Chetna Makan's (Great British Bake Off) food blog on Youtube. Did not disappoint! The food was outstanding and full of flavour. We ordered the Veg Biryani, Panch Pooran Daal and the Special Baingan Masala. The Veg biryani was packed with huge boulders of Paneer and the Baingan was smoky goodness. Big thank you to Meshwa for the incredible service from start; extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. The complementary Gajjar Halwa was much appreciated!!

Delicious generous portions! Shared the thali portion for two. We were attended by very welcoming and kind staff. Thank you Meshwa for your lovely service.

I got the Thali and the food was so satisfying and affordable I didn’t get the chance to take a pic of it all. However what really made the night was Meshwa’s service. You will want to pay her an additional tip on top of service charge; she’s that good

Excellent grand Thali! We came here as a group of 7 friends and ordered a selection of dishes and the grand Thali. Very generous in terms of porton sizes and very good quality food. We were well looked after in terms of service. Would recommend and would visit again!

Had a wonderful experience here, we shared the thali for two and left very full and very happy. The service was great, all the staff were super friendly especially our server Meshwa. Great food and great value will definitely be back!

We celebrated a birthday here with the vegetarian grand thali. It was absolutely amazing. A bit too much food for 4 of us but we enjoyed the variety. Pre thali starters were great. The thali came with chaats, pain puri, tandoor, varieties of curries, hot naan, 2 types of rice and 3 desserts! Great service and lovely restaurant.

Meshwa was lovely and we had an amazing super tasty filling Grand Thali at Patri, thanks for exception service for my gluten free partner too

Came as a group of four to experience the Grand Thali. We were served by Meshwa and her colleagues. They were extremely welcoming and kind and carefully explained all the dishes to us. We had a gluten free friend with us and the dishes that contained gluten were also carefully explained to us. I wish i had managed to take photos of the starters which were also wonderful and beautifully plated. The portions were so generous we all took a bag home - weekend sorted! The pitcher of lassi was an absolute shout also - fresh and refreshing, great to cut through the spice of one of the starters as well. We loved the decor and overall atmosphere of the place! We definitely need to come back again for this wonderful food! Great night :)

The restaurant offers very authentic Indian food. I loved the shared plates, as they allowed me to try different curries. The chicken in the curry was perfectly cooked—soft, juicy, and flavorful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Indian dining experience!

This place is a little gem, the staff are kind and attentive. Food is well presented and very tasty ! A few more pictures on the wall would be nice … but other than that it was a lovely evening. Try the Mango Rum cocktail!

It is more of bistro and the ambience takes you to an old indian parsi shops like feel in a good way. I loved it how they have a window in middle and rustic chairs, tables with indian city name on top. We came here to celebrate our friend’s bday and they haven’t disappointed us with those big thaali’s. It will cost you somewhere around 35 which they mention as enough for too and they not kidding it. I think they are reasonably price and the taste is really really good, I would recommend to be here try some of thaali’s on share. The only reason I gave it 4 is because of the lamb curry, lamb wasn’t good but the curry was good.

As a foodie I am always on a lookout for great taste. This time Google brought up Chai Nassto Hammersmith. Reserved the table for dinner and off we went. Despite little wait even though we reserved, food and customer service took that negativity away. Food was great, but more greater was their customer service from everyone we spoke. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of their dishes and cutlery. Not the cheapest place, but cost seems justified if you get the experience as we had.

The food was beyond amazing, the veg handing, jeera aloo and Dal was too good, simply finger lickering.Meshwa who served was a very helpful one, with a smiling face and very prompt.Must visit. There can be bit of work with the ambience though, looks bit rusted. Can better visited multiple times

Had a delicious lunch at Patri on a quiet Friday lunch break. We had a feast of indian food, with good welcome service and left looking forward to coming back again. We had an offer so our bill was actually ok but if it had been full price, it would have been on the expensive side. Loved sitting in the beautiful boot

Thank you so much for the lovely food Patri The thaali was absolutely amazing with so many curries each with it's own unique flavour. Franco and Kaustaubh were so helpful and welcoming! Im definitely coming back for the grand thaali! Tridisha

Overall good food and nice experience. We got the chefs tahli and it was enjoyable. There was one mince based curry which wasn't my favourite, tasted more like the filling of a shepherd's pie with some curry spices but maybe that is just me. The service was nice, brilliant wine selection and cocktail list. Would recommend for a unique, tasting style Indian restaurant experience

Me and my partner came in on Sunday, booked in advance and the table was ready for us. We went for the Vegetarian thali for 2, and were honestly quite surprised by how fantastic the food was. Very generous portions, the fried starters were nicely served on a sizzling platter, and the 6 curries we were served (with very generous portions of rice and butter naan) were absolutely fantastic. Such a variety of flavours, one of the best meals I've eaten out in a long time. Meshwa was the waitress looking after us, she was very attentive and helpful in explaining the menu and looming after us during our visit. I would 100% come back again (perhaps with a larger group to try their Grand Thali!) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We had an excellent time at Patri! The food was incredible - we tried the Grand Thali which was so so good. Phenomenal flavours and all so distinct from each other. We were 7 adults and 1 kid, and were no where near finishing the food. Highly recommend.

Food was phenomenal and absolutely delicious wish a very very good service food came almost instantly and didn’t taste re-heated at all like some other curry restaurants. The curry was great and is very nicely presented. The atmosphere was warming and the interior was very nicely designed.

Good food, good choice, good portion. Restaurant itself is congested but service was good. Portion size of all dishes in Thali was enough for 5-6 people. I suggest they should provide more bread and rice as these were the only things where we felt was in little quality.

Very pleasantly surprised to find this cute Indian restaurant a walking distance from Ravenscourt Park. Very close to the Hammersmith train stations too. Coming to the food, honestly it was actually delicious. We had a chat grill platter of which taste and portion sizes totally blew us away. The pain puri was delicious too albeit not spicy which is a good thing for the locals! Menu options are intense, they do a great job explaining how to order and what portions, and just so many great options for all. Lots of drinks available too!! It really has it all. Except maybe desserts. Ambience was tight but very ethnic decor. Great place overall! Would recommend (:

We had a lovely experience at Patri, Meshwa and all staff members were so friendly and attentive and very accomodating. We ordered the Grand Thali which was huge, even for 4 of us it was a lot of food. Lots of variety and nicely spiced, I think with the January offer this worked out to be very good value, might have been nice to have a few lighter options such as raita, salad, indian snacks instead of being more curry heavy but would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Good food, but beware of the pricing - they add VAT on at the end so it's no included in the price shown on the menu. This is quite an unusual place, not your typical Indian restaurant. It's a relatively small menu (which is good as it's more likely to be cooked from scratch). The food is fabulous and the staff are friendly. On the negative side, it's a little bit cramped, and the tablets are a bit small. It was a bit of a juggle with the food on the table. It's also very expensive. It's the most we've ever paid for an Indian meal. This is because, unlike virtually every other restaurant I've been to, they do not include VAT in their menu price, so you're adding 20% onto the bill. They also charge a 12.5% service charge, which I don't like. I probably won't go back because of the prices.

Average food taste however the quality and service from staff was excellent. I’ve been here 3 times and every time the food ordered tasted different. I enjoy their drinks and ambience. It’s a small place but enough sitting area worth booking table . The dishes are presented fancy . Pricing I personally think is expensive but because it’s in Hammersmith it’s justified . I would still go back for the friendly service and ambience. Personal recommendation would be the paneer dish and tandoori chicken wings . Try their lime soda too

Lovely casual restaurant for delicious, authentic Indian food. The portion sizes are large and perfect for sharing. I enjoyed the samosa chaat, masala fries, and the daal makhani. We were even given a complimentary raita, which was very kind.

This is a great place to go for authentic Indian food. We went as a family, and tried both veg and non-veg. All dishes were very tasty and well cooked. The portions, much to our surprise (after reading the menu which talked about "mini" bowls of veggies, dal etc.) were very generous. We ordered some chaats as starters but the thaalis also come with grilled starters, so we ended up overeating! We thought we would try their mega thaali meant for six people, but apparently you have to specifically order it while booking the table. We didn't know this. But their regular thaalis are shared thaalis for two people - and believe me, we struggled to finish the entire food! The decor is rather ordinary - they could improve it by paying some attention to simple Indian decor - like historical figures/paintings etc. very good. The staff are very friendly. Ms Meshwa and Mr Franco stood out for their willingness to put up with our various requests and change of plans! The do pitchers of excellent mango lassi, don't miss them! But as for beer, any number of fancy brands are on display on a cabinet - but not available for consumption! They do have some nice Indian brands of beer, which we tried. Dishes are prices for Hammersmith residents, so beware!! Overall, a great restaurant with an imaginatiive menu.

Utterly disappointing experience — would not recommend. We had a very poor experience at this restaurant. Despite the place being nearly empty (only one other table was occupied), we had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated. The service throughout was extremely slow and unprofessional. It took 30 minutes just to get a glass of water after we asked, and our food arrived over 45 minutes after placing the order. We ordered the Dhaba Chicken Curry and Brinjal Masala. The chicken curry was decent, but the brinjal dish was very underwhelming — it mostly consisted of potatoes, with barely any brinjal flavor. Even worse, the dish felt like it had been microwaved unevenly, as parts of it were hot while others were cold. To top it all off, they added a 12.5% service charge to the bill. When I requested to opt out due to the poor service, the waitress insisted it was mandatory — which I found completely unacceptable, especially for a table of two with such subpar service. Overall, the restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food, service, and ambience. I will definitely not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to others.

Ordered 3 times, giving the benefit of the doubt after a terrible delivery second time round. This restaurant does not know how to seal containers properly - curries arrived leaking and spoiling the rest of the contents. Curries on the last two occasions have been flavourless, bizarrely sweet and drenched in oil. Order decent Indian food from anywhere else but here.

If I could give 0 stars for the service, I would. I never give reviews unless I feel it was a 5 star service but this one just pushed me to write one! The woman who served us was extremely unprofessional. We arrived to find empty tables for two and four, but were told they were reserved for a group of six. We were seated instead in a cramped spot next to a family, where even getting in and out was difficult. I don’t know if this idea was passed to her by the superiors to fill the empty tables where no one would sit but it clearly reflected lack of hospitality skills. Just two minutes later, two people walked in and were immediately given the same “reserved” table. We stayed for 2 HOURS, and NO GROUP OF SIX ever ARRIVED ONLY 2 GROUPS of 2 PEOPLE ARRIVED, who were given tables for four. These people were first offered the table that we were given but they straight said no, so they were given the empty tables whilst we thought of being genuine and believed her that they were reserved we got cheated! When we politely asked to move to another available table, we were refused, and the staff member responded with unnecessary attitude, as if we were causing trouble. It felt very unfair and misleading. I do want to highlight KAUSTUBH, who gave us genuinely excellent service, very kind….truly 5-star hospitality. AS MUCH AS THE TASTE WAS EXCELLENT THAT WOMAN MADE IT DISAPPOINTING. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as experiences like this really impact the overall visit.

Choking hazard. Plastic packaging in food. Would not recommend. I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala. It had a large plastic corner from a piece of packaging that I nearly swallowed. The restaurant took it away and said it was "a hard piece of onion"...and denied any fault. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed with this restaurant at Hammersmith. Went on a Sunday for lunch. They pretty much did not have most of the options. The staff was so rude. When we asked what goes on the veg thaali, she was like ‘ not sure, depends on what they do in the kitchen..’ totally rude behaviour and the restaurant wasn’t clean at all. We saw insta posts and went. They say thaali and then say there won’t much of veg options. Can’t get their logic. Total waste of time.
