Gorgeous place with great shops! Parking is easy-
Nice little kick back area. I always seem to unwind when I go there. Even if it is just to return Amazon items to Whole Foods.
Love 2nd & PCH! It’s got a great vibe with cool shops, nice restaurants, and lots of outdoor seating. The atmosphere is super chill, perfect for hanging out or grabbing a bite to eat. Parking can get tricky sometimes, but it’s worth it. You’ve got a mix of high-end and casual spots, and the views are beautiful, especially around sunset. Great place to shop, eat, and just relax by the marina!
Lots to do, eat shop and family friendly events
Nice place to shop & eat during the day. Most stores close early. Not a good night spot
used to eat here often while attending CSULB. Now I go here any time I'm in the area. Great place for food.....
great spot to grab a bite and do a little shopping. don't expect a gourmet meal or high-end designer but you can definitely still leave satisfied and with some cute but overpriced Anthro tea cups or candlesticks. ☕️🕯️
Everything is still nice and brand new. Lot of space still empty waiting to be opened. The property is looking very promising and has a nice feel to it with simple layout. Whole Foods, Shake Shack and other big names already open for business.
Great place with potential. Most of the stores aren't open as of the time of this review -- yet parking lines were forming when I was walking. Great candy shop called Tuesday's with gummies, covered delights, and chocolate bars. The Whole Foods is massive including their selection services which include a pizzaria and wine bar. Great place to go to kill time.
I was by the bay and decided to walk around this area. 2nd & PCH. Several stores, restaurants, roller skating rink and small eateries. Not much to do but nicely designed. I think there's a restroom but I couldn't find it. Some nice views though of the marina. Free parking lot. You can drive about 6 minutes down and walk around the Naples canal neighborhood.
2nd & PCH is a beautiful outdoor mall that’s perfect for strolling, eating, and soaking up coastal vibes. Shopping here is more laid‑back lifestyle than fashion capital—think Lululemon, Athleta, Vuori, Urban Outfitters, Free People, Madewell, and Sephora. It’s mostly restaurants and cafés, so come for the breezy atmosphere and food, not for a full‑on shopping spree.
One of the newest shopping centers in the area, easily accessible off the high traffic crossroads of southeast LA County and west Orange County! 2nd and PCH is just outside the marina, beaches and upscale neighborhoods. Here’s an outdoor mall that meets the needs of the community and is also a great place for visitor’s to check out. I could take my coast tour groups here for a stop on our southbound trek! There’s large parking garages at both ends, with adequate close-up parking whenever I’ve been here, and it’s free for the first 90 minutes! There’s traditional and trendy stores, lifestyle shops, eateries and a fun skating center. It’s also a place of unique shops, especially upscale leisure wear for outdoor activities to do with the local beach and boating minded shoppers. I love to stop by the Whole Foods store for food to go, or the self-service salad bar for when I’ve got the time to sit, dine and unwind at their seating area! There’s also several standalone diners throughout the mall. There’s also a central area for events and entertainment. The aesthetic styling of construction design, with hanging baskets and landscaping is meticulous! It’s a work in progress, so I’ll be back to shop and update soon!
2cd and pch is a great place to shop, enjoy the views and eat at the many restaurants. Top brands have stores and there’s a variety of stores: sport stores, jewelry, clothing, etc. The open air feeling and gardens make it a great place to relax with your friends and family. It’s a great place and it’s busy on weekends. I’d recommend going during the week to avoid traffic. It’s dog-friendly and the dogs were as happy as their parents. There’s an indoor skating place. It’s inside by the the turquoise van. So fun ! The Whole Foods is great. It is very organized and the parking is so close. Have a great day. Parking can be tight - so be sure to set your alarm at 40 minutes so you don’t get a ticket.
A wonderful area for shopping and relaxing, parking is free for 90 minutes, family friendly. Situated on a busy road but once you step inside it’s like another world. They keep the street on the inside semi-closed to cars, which is nice and safe. My toddler likes to run free. Lots of tables and chairs and lounge areas. Pretty water fountain, and floral decorations. Stay till dusk and all the pretty lights makes it very romantic. They always have cool free events for certain Hollidays. We recently got to see the Easter bunny and Minnie&Mikey mouse. Yummy places to eat, and a huge Whole Foods right there to grab groceries on the way back home.
This place is amazing I could spend all day hanging out here the only thing I guess missing is power outlets but I'm sort of I would understand like why there is none but I really think it would make a big difference. The stores are high-end nice nice lightening at night beautiful Christmas decoration the patios are amazing restaurants are fabulous this place must be visited. The parking is free for the first 120 minutes so just watch your clock it can gets bet expensive $2 per 20 minutes for extra time.
Very new and modern mall located in Long Beach. I love this mall since they have lots of clothing brands and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor seating and it’s also family friendly. Highly recommended!
Clean and uncrowded area little activities here and there that are not chaotic a super whole foods with patio. Casual restaurants but with a neighborhood vibe.
Free parking for the first 90 mins. Clean and safe stores. Really love this place.

Free People, Urban Outfitters, Everlane, Athletica and Madwell on the bottom, stay open later than Anthrapologie on the upper level. Terrific Paper Source card and gift store on bottom. If gift presentation is important, then you must check out the custom wrapping paper options. The hardest to impress will appreciate. A points system is combinded with Barnes and Nobles. I forgot to mention Lululemon, Athletica, and Vuori. Travismathew, Johhny Was, Untuck it, Braxton, Lather. Very nice stores. I have noticed several different outdoor concerts taking place. This has not impacted my ability to quickly return Amazon items, with onsite assistance at Whole Foods. Previously i watched current childrens movie charachter themed skating events at the full time skate rink. It is a very nice center. Free 90 minutes of parking. You could get a very nice gift beautifully wrapped with a slice of their favorite cake, in and out under 90 minutes. The fur throws at Anthrapologie under $150. Sometimes on sale if you are lucky. Sunnies at Warby parker? I have to check out Lather for my husband. Mani-pedi for yourself on site also. With the Westminster mall now demolished.
Nice little kick back area. I always seem to unwind when I go there. Even if it is just to return Amazon items to Whole Foods.
It hasn't opened yet, but I will be checking it out, hopefully it is providing quality products and jobs for plenty of people. I will try to update once it is open. Edit: I have gone a couple of times now, the whole foods is amazing! And the other stores are slowly opening but offer a great selection of items. They have a good outdoor section for kids and some awesome food. I recommend the borders BBQ with the burnt ends bowl.
2nd & PCH is an outdoor shopping center with multiple dining options. I love the views alongside PCH because the ocean and boats are right across the street. There are a few stores here that I'd shop at like Sephora and Lulu Lemon. Majority of the shopping stores are elevated boutiques from clothing to skin care. My favorite parts of this center are the dining options. There's many diverse options from savory to sweet to cocktail hours; it'll satisfy your cravings! There's also fun events held here during the holidays and special occasions. There's an open grass area with plenty of outdoor seating. I will say it's not the largest shopping center. It's fun to visit and dine for a couple hours. Parking is my least favorite here. There's a parking structure with free 90 minute parking. There's free street parking, but it's difficult to find. There's also a free parking lot across the street. Finding a spot in the lot can be a hit or miss.
Awesome shopping center! We were pleasantly surprised with all the shops and the ease of parking. They have a good range of different stores as well as a good amount of typical stores that you'd find like Sephora, Madewell, Free People, and Urban Outfitters. We didn't think that they had a good selection of items, however. There are also some other random shops that we've never really heard of so we found it to be a waste of space. The workers were interacted with were nice and friendly. I especially found it to be a very smart business tactic to add a Chase Bank to the shopping center ^_^ I've never seen that before, but it makes sense for people to quickly grab some cash or make a deposit during their shopping trip. The best part is that they offer a parking garage with the first 90 minutes free! It's very spacious and easy to go in and out of. Will definitely be returning!
I'm not local to this area, but I'm surprised I've never even heard of this shopping mall area. Glad I ended up here on a Saturday afternoon while looking for a place to have lunch. Honesty I think one big win here for me was how easy & free (90 min with no validation) parking was on a Saturday afternoon. The structure is easy to navigate, not narrow, & has multiple points of access. You enter from PCH and/or from Marina Dr. Also the place is just very conveniently built. Parking & getting to walking around the mall or to where you planned on going is a very fast trip. Saw several different dining (Mexican, vegan, Italian, etc.) options but I ended up at Italian Homemade (so good!). Also walked by an ice cream & a coffee shop. This is not a huge Westfield shopping mall, but there are some pretty cool options since as Lululemon, Pelaton, Amazon 4 Star, Athleta, Wholefoods etc. I'm a fan of the widespread, spacious layout of this shopping center. Not sure when the place opened, but it all seems very modern, clean new & visually appealing. I definitely see myself returning back here when I'm in the area & I'm pretty sure I'd actually frequent it often if it was more local to me.
Since it's a newer shopping center, a lot of people are sleeping on it! It has a great selection of shops and the restaurants on the second level are great to dine at after shopping. You can also just come here and lounge in the outdoor seating and benches, it's usually not crowded even on weekends.
Nice plaza where you can walk among shops beside harbor

Biked here with my husband from HB. It's similar to Pacific City, but a bit newer. There's diverse shopping, dining, and wellness options. We went to Lulu, Peloton store, and ate at Noble Bird Rotisserie which was delicious! I really appreciated he marina views and lush landscaping which made it feel like we were on a mini vacation for the day!

I had a lot of fun at the Pigeon Roller Rink situated here. The shopping center is beautifully decorated with gorgeous planters and trees. Parking is free for 90 minutes. That's fantastic. After a 2-hour skating session, the ladies at the rink said they couldn't validate my parking. Instead, they gave me tips to park for free at the marina across the street. When I headed out of the parking lot, my parking fee for just 30 min - 1 hour was $10! I definitely felt scammed.
Pretty mall, good concept, but most businesses closed by 9 on a Friday night.
use to be my favorite place to go in LB but I think its badly managed and choices of stores are horrible, food and shopping wise ! The management started to turn of fire places in evening to safe money, ripped 50 EV chargers out for no reason and made other horrible decisions ! Try 39 Rodeo just few miles ago near 22 freeway and you will see the difference ! Better Stores, amazing and affordable food. Even the fancy looking ice cream place with fake European sounding name taste horrible and overpriced for sure ! Haha forgot to mention the parking now is also more expensive if you exceed the time just a little

I really want to like this place but every time I get an Uber ride to or from the parking security is so rude. There’s no where to safely get dropped off or picked up.
They signed an exclusive contact with frontier for Internet. Fronter service sucks here and other isp's can provide service but the landlord won't allow it. Very republican of them.
Honestly, as a european tourist, I was recommeded this place by local Long Beach residents and it was VERY underwhelming, mostly workout stores or classes. 2-3 shops (anthro, urban outfitters) but nothing with personality and whole foods. Personally I walked around and was out of there in 40min. It felt like a waste of time, but maybe its just what people in long beach want, work out clothes and classes HAHAHAH
Love it :-) but it needs better Staff. Fireplaces broken for 1 Month already. The guy 👦 sometimes forgets to put up the pillows. Parking got expensive and Removed all EV chargers bad idea! Stopoed going there and now LBX or Rhode 39. Rode 39 way better food
Becoming a horrible place like most areas in Long Beach, people do illigal parking blocking e trance, easy to get into accidents parking there. Security is overwhelmed! Also Management is cheaping out. No more fire places and removed 30 EV chargers

Went there for the first time recently with my boy. Not impressed. He pointed out that most of the stores "are fancy stores for girls." Agreed. The only thing that makes it tolerable is that they sell beer right there in the courtyard.
