I find this is the only place I go that always gives the food warm. Fries a soft and crunchy. Always fresh. Good burgers and always quick. Drive through can be packed but if you get pickup it’s 5x faster. The restaurant is clean inside too. Staff are friendly

Love the biscuits and gravy with tater tots. This time though biscuits were a bit small. Coffee was fresh and hot service was quick and friendly. The facility was clean and well lighted and exterior was clean and neat. Like the drive through as well as the inside eating...lots of room and temperature inside was good.

Open late, helps with those late nights or early mornings.

This place is always good. I avoid the drive thru because a lot of homeless people come around at nite and approach cars. They are a little slower than others but you know the food is always fresh

Typical fast food joint. It's usually always busy, so that's must mean it's pretty good, right? Food is served hot and they usually get my order right. And when something wasn't right, they fixed it right away.

I had the chicken tenders. They were very good and juicy. They were a bit stingy on the buffalo sauce, but over all the place was clean and enviting. Though the one bad note was the lady sleeping in a both with her head on the table. No telling how long she had been there. They need to patrol their dinning area closer and frequently. Over all I enjoyed the lunch.

The zucchini fries are always good, but the burger buns this trip was not so good. I used a coupon for 2 original thick burgers for 6.00. The hamburger bun was way too sweet and we ended up just eating the burger patti. Thought at first it was the ketchup.... nope that bread had go. If this is the new burger bun I won't be buying the burgers anymore. Love the New chicken strips.

Not fast food unless maybe you go through the drive through. Orders generally are very slow if you're inside. On the bright side, a $2 big hamburger add mayo tastes about identical to the costly whopper. I personally always get some pico de gallo on the side that I put on right before I eat. It kicks it up like 1/2 a notch ;¬)

The customer service and employees were great. Polite and professional is all I ask for and they gave me just that. I merely gave it 3 stars because Carl's Jr is ridiculously expensive now. 2 meals and a cheesecake came up to almost $30. That's ridiculous. Our Vegan Burgers were burnt on both sides, This this practice of pre-cooking Beyond Burger has to stop it makes it taste and look like , well you know what I mean. Oh so what's the point of serving it vegan plant-based Patty and put mayonnaise and cheese on the same Burger???

Over priced to the maximum. It's cheaper to eat at Islands. The cashier got all bothered due to the fact I had a coupon (from their own charity fundraiser). Otherwise the order was accurate. Be careful there is a lot of homeless about, not Carl's Jr fault

I like Carl's in general but this location always gets my order wrong when I use the drive-thru not once or twice but way more times than I care to admit. I always ask for no mayo and it always has mayo. No attention to detail. I just don't go there anymore. There's a McDonald's across the street, they'll get your order right. Not all Carl's suck like this one. There is one by my work in Carson that just has awesome customer service.

We ordered 2 Famous Stars w cheese and a zucchini. We really like their house dressings and always ask for 4 or 5. we usually have some food with our house dressing, lol. Well, the girl told us "You can only have two, more than that are twenty-five cents each". They have no napkins or Salt and Pepper on the tables. We do NOT recommend this location. On a more positive note, the food was typical Carls Jr./Hardees quality ... Good.

The fat manager lady who has been there for years is super incompetent. I don't know if she owns the place but she is always rude, sucks at taking orders, is slow and never knows how to work the register. She is the main reason why I rarely go to this location because she is impossible to deal with.

Although it was nearing closing for the dining doom hours I still dont think that's reason for the hard edged bun served as my $2.99 double quac special... And can anybody tell me why 9 star shaped chicken nuggets cost almost $5??? The staff was pretty laid back and accomodating anyway. Maybe its better during the daytime or on a weekday. Hmmm....??😐

Nice remodeled place. but they should remodel the cooking staff. I order jalapeno poppers got them cold ordered a bacon chicken sandwich no bacon. And about a month ago ordered a six dollar burger. When I arrived home there was no burger patty just bread, lettuce and tomatoes

Costumer service was good. The problem I had when My gf order a Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken™ Sandwich and I order A 1/3 lb. charbroiled Angus Beef patty, guacamole. The chicken felt like need it more time, the whole sandwich just look depressing, The burger patty look and tasted like I had or a regular cheep Dollar burger from Mac Donald's, Had 4 big pieces of lettuce two nasty tomatoes slices. I honestly really disappointed with Carl's Jr.

Multiple parts of our family's order were poor quality (stale bread, soggy tomatoes, etc), and a few things were forgotten so we had to go to the register and ask. Quality is definitely declining considering we spent about $45 for 3 adults and one child.

The employees clearly need diversity training. The cultural bias is astounding. Walked in and stood at counter. Workers ignored me. No acknowledgement... no “I’ll be with you in a moment. Manager Maria was not being helpful at all. I asked what the specials were and she didn't want to tell me any. She kept having me look up at the menu which kept changing. I felt disrespected. Why is that they dont like selling specials. I'm in a bad mood now. I asked why she couldn't tell she and she said because they are right there. Wow.

Placed an order at the wrong store and have never gotten a call or email in regards to a refund after I just ended up re purchasing the item at the Carls I went to. I’ve submitted two tickets and nothing. Also tried calling the store in advance but never have gotten an answer there once.

Manager super rude and with a freakin attitude. I asked her were the kids menu was at because I couldn't see it on the menu and she ignored me I had to ask her 3 times and when she finally decided to tell me she did it with an attitude. Than when my kid gets his kid meal I asked if it came with a toy because it wasn't in the bag. And she tells me look at the bottom of the bag rolling her eyes. This is the worst fast food place ever! I work across the street and everytime I come in they ask you to park and wait for you food up to 15 minutes or more. They're ALWAYS out of something i.e. chicken (yes, no chicken), they've been out of ranch for a month... whoever is managing this store should be fired

Incredibly slow and they messed up my order. First time going to this location in about 2 years and nothing has changed. Parking lot is still full of sketchy looking people. I don't think I'm ever coming back. If I get in the mood for Carl's Jr I'll go over to the one by the traffic circle in Long Beach.

This employee has Insulting customer service!!! I just moved to this area and these are 2 out of the three times that’ve I’ve ever been to any Carl’s junior franchise. The first time I came to this location I encountered this woman, her photo is attached below. I was not greeted when I approach the drive thru window so I said hello. After a while with no answer I said hello a little louder. She mockingly yelled “hello” through the speaker. I just laughed at the occurrence I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Today, 2/20/2023, a different day , at 9:30pm my five year old daughter and I encountered the same employee at this Carls jr. I noticed that the doors to the lobby were locked so I decided to try to go through the drive-through. The dilemma was that we were walking this time. I went to the ordering speaker and continuously said hello in a regular tone, I was ignored. While I was at the speaker, another man walked straight up to pick up window, ordered his meal FROM THE SAME EMPLOYEE with no issue, payed, received his meal, and left. Reassured that my daughter and I could receive food from this Carl’s jr. from the window, I asked if I could order our meals. The woman told me that the store was closed, it was ~ 9:35pm. I wanted to ask the woman about the store closing early and let her know that my daughter and I only wanted fries. However, she left from the window right after telling me the store was closed and didn’t go back to the window. Another employee approached me and told me that they don’t do walk ups. I asked if I could speak with the previous employee who had just accommodated a walk up order. After this polite request, both employees. Stood behind the counter out of the view of the window and evaded me and my daughter for 30 minutes, until the store was closed, as if we were dangerous or something, but if I could upload camera footage of the whole encounter, evidence would show that we were nothing but polite. At that time the women went into the store’s office, which was in the view of the window and began to make a call. That’s when I was able to get these photos of her, that are attached below. Afterward, I took my daughter home because it was way past her bed time. This woman is unreasonably, rude, and inhumane. She left my daughter and I sitting out in the cold for 30 minutes rather than coming to talk to me or at least tell me why she told me the store was closed or why she served the man who walked up right after we did. I understand that employees have the right to refuse service. But I always thought that that rule was in place to protect employees from customers who are being rude, scary, nasty, or unreasonable. Unfortunately, my daughter and I, were the victims of such behavior from an employee and yet we remained calm, peaceful, & hungry. I have never encountered such a rude individual, who had a sane state of mind. This was a personally scarring experience and I will never visit that location again, apart from when I go there tomorrow to file a proper complaint. Someone must speak to this women about how she treats customers.

So I go in to order due to the drive through was very long luckily I did. Cause what I witness I sure was glad I went in. Now I ordered an quesadilla in the process of it being made the woman leaves and I noticed her moving trash cans out of her way. But still have the gloves on, she comes right back and proceeded making my order pulling it from the heating plate and touching my food. Very dirty be careful!.

What got under my skin when I made a mad dash to this Carl's Jr., one of my favorite places for burgers, is that my Double Western Cheese burger had no burger patties. In my mind, that was a deliberate act and not a mistake, as I received two plain burger patties on the side for my dog. The beef patties are prepared at the same time for each order. Also, I am aware that some fast food restaurants are very lean on giving their employees free food during the long shifts they work. Unfortunately, some of the employees make up the difference in very creative ways! Understood. Anyway, most people, generally, will not drive back to a restaurant to report missing items or items that were prepared incorrectly. In my case, I had nothing better to do, but drive back, after feeding my dog the burger patties I ordered for her. I couldn't find parking after more than two, plus hours of driving around. We live by the beach, where there us mostly street parking. We had been gone all day and were quite hungry! I selected this location because it open after midnight... and I was killing time while waiting for a parking space. That's what I do when a home home-cooked meal is impossible. After feeding my dog, I discovering there were no burger patties on my burger, I was so hungry, I ate my fries and drank my watered-down diet Coke. This made me a little angry, too because this location had also run out of ketchup, if you can believe that! I had to drink my soda at the same time or choke. Even with I .dipping my fries into barbecue sauce, which the manager offered, freely, I still felt cheated. I don't eat fries without ketchup. I only resort to barbecue sauce when I am home and desperate! Since I still hadn't found parking, yet, I drove back to Carl's where I handed the manager my bag with the burgerless Western bacon cheese burger with my receipt. I requested a refund for that item. I didn't want another anything from this location. The manager was quite confused when I told her my burger had no burgers. When she asked what I meant, I told her to open the package. She did, and found two sesame seed buns dressed with bacon, barbecue sauce and the extra pickles I requested. Folks, I was so hungry and desperate for food, that I would have eaten this if I had found parking and was inside of my home when I discovered this. However, I hadn't found parking and this burger cost roughly $10.00 minus .09 cents. When the manager opened the sandwich, she was shocked, too. She called out the person who fixed the order, but all I could hear was the Spanish word "contigo." I was too tired to Google it. I knew primarily what "con" meant. Anyway, the manager refunded me for the burger. What she should have done was to refund me my entire order because I had to drive back. She did not, and deliberately kept my receipt in order to kill this story. Well, I paid using a credit/debit card, so this story lives. I would suggest not going to this location if you simply don't have time to drive back once you've reached your home, and if you eat your french fries with ketchup! You will be disappointed if these things matter.

Service was poor ,second time around. Because I brought my burgers back. They were not up to par. So in returning them. To get 4 Bacon Western burger s. The manager lady in Red Lip Stick, said she couldn't replace the burger s we bit. Knowing how else can we find out how they tasted. Cashier just now in tight pine green silk shirt and tight blk polyester slacks very unpleasant. I told her that she comes off very cold and unprofessional. She didn't acknowledge my observation as a Customer however and then had the audacity to serve me cold fries!

Valerie was SO unnecessarily rude to me and my sister who just wanted a side of TI sauce with our meal. Smh claimed they were out of containers for it. Claimed her name was Vanessa too smh. Felt sorry for her coworker, poor Erica seemed over it. I get being out of a container but being unable to appease a customer and put it on the side in anything else is just bad customer service. Then lying about your name. Then unable to give managers name (which we then got from Erica) and jumping straight to the 1800 numbers. Smh There are so many other Carl’s Jr.’s this just makes me not want to deal w/ this location again.

The cashier tried to shirt change me until I asked for the rest of my change. When I asked for ketchup she says go get it from the pump. Guess what. There was no ketchup in the pump. Don't come here unless u want bad service n shady cashier's that will steal your money.

I ordered the new Beyond meatless burger and received a regular meat patty burger instead! As a vegetarian, I am utterly disgusted by the lack of consideration at this location. When I returned the burger, the cook confirmed that there was, in fact, a mistake. If you have food allergies or food restrictions, avoid this franchise at all costs since they could easily serve you the wrong food entirely! Never coming back!

Ordered through the Mobile App for delivery at 2:09am. Had me waiting for over an hour just to get my order canceled. Called the location to see why it got canceled at 3:12 a.m. The employee was rude and unprofessional and did not give me a reason for the cancelation and hung up on me. $50+ spent, I expect a refund.

Im giving a one star because of the fact that every customer has to share the mens restroom. They dont care if you're female or a child, having to use the restroom. They give the code to anyone without verifying if a female is in the bathroom. The female restroom is for "employees" only. For example my eldest daughter needed to use restroom and as we were walking out, a guy was walking in. Totally unacceptable.

It looks good on television, but when you eat it, it's not all that. And just to let you know, it's nothing to go home and tell momma about!! Save your money 💰 🤑 💸

This Carl's Jr has poor management and rude customer service. I was treated very rudely by "Evelyn and Miriam". Received wrong order and called to address concern and was hung-up on twice by "Evelyn". She refused to give me the name of the manager. When I went to address my concerns with "Miriam" she was the same. No wonder the employees treat customers' the same way. They park you and make you wait for food so they don't get dinged on their drive-thru timer so their franchise owner and corporate management think they are efficiently taking care of customers, nothing could be further from the truth. This is the worst fast food place ever! It's better to go to McDonald's across the street. Much better service and faster. I'll be advising friends and family to avoid this place.

Indian lady accent is too heavy. I couldn't understand the price I was to pay at the drive thru window. I ordered a #1 Famous Star with cheese combo...I asked the lady for ranch dressing and they didn't have any more. The fries were over cooked, and the burger quality tasted nasty. It was bready and partially hard and not fresh, fake cheese didn't melt. The burger patty looked like something of a moon crater. The appearance of the burger wrapped was messy. The burger was dry. I will never, never, never go back to this Carl's Jr. again.

I literally lost all my credit cards and called their store number five times to seven times to see if I left my cards there all my information including my real ID and my social. They did not have the courtesy to pick up once they just said yeah relax we got your stuff when I came in a little hotheaded because I expected least a phone number with they provide to actually have people pick up especially if you call 5 to 7 times to 15 times completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never be back there especially that they’re Ebt does not work for hot food like they claimed it did. I have to get a new card For my Ebt because the liar on the phone which I knew he was, my heart has been used. I had $250 which I haven’t used yet I have $50 available. There was just a transaction on my account today He told me to call the cops and get them involved That doesn’t need to happen He’s if I did I’m friends with the cops and other people it would just take that person that you would be a little too nice for them they got my word I won’t be back. This has always been and clearly always will be one of the worst locations. I have patronized this location for over 2 decades. And it still has the worst employees, including the supervision, they are so rude and disrespectful, they purposely prepare your food improperly and inadequately and it's overcharged the quality of the food is trash so again I don't frequent this place as often, but when I have Each and every single time is identical. Almost it's like ridiculous. There's like have to be like different people of course, but with the same demeanors, like their personalities, their etiquette for work, dealing with customer service and patrons awful.. not to mention the establishment is just dreary.
