This is my go to spot for bomb home made Mexican pozole, probably know my tia on my moms side because I can devour at least 3 bowls of this stuff no problem, everything else on the menu is still a mystery 😉 trust me I knows some good pozole when i taste one. Enjoy

A small Mexican restaurant off of Broadway with an eerily spectacular vegetarian burrito, especially with green sauce. So eery that the local villagers say you can hear it roaming the moors under the foxblood moon, belting out a mournful Prussian dirge in the raspy voice of the undead. Also margaritas to go, yum!

Very good Mexican foods! My personal favorite are the Chile Relleno and Mole de Pollo. Owners are super friendly and the waitress and waiters are super nice. I love the service I receive. Must come and try!

Great service and great food! I always order the 5 Beef Rolled Tacos with guacamole and cheese. They are freshly made and are stuffed with so much beef! 😏Their green jalepeño salsa is BOMB! I drench everything in this salsa! Also, margaritas are big are nicely priced and nicely poured! (Ask for some Tajin on the rim of your margarita!)

Such an inviting place! The food was delicious, staff was beyond friendly and great to chat with! We had the Vampiro, street tacos, grilled chicken taco plate and another burrito I can't remember the name of but it had Carne asada, fries, guacamole, sour cream, just the works in this thing! Definitively among the best Mexican food I've had in southern California and I've lived in San Diego, Long Beach, and Los Angeles, so I've had a chance to try many Mexican restaurants...and one of my parents is Mexican, so I grew up eating authentic Mexican food. I'm seriously surprised there isn't a long wait when I go there, but then again that's also a good thing...that is until more people hear about it.

Every time I visit Hacienda, it gets better and better. It's taste and aroma are decadent. I eat every morsel most sittings. The to-go orders are easily placed via phone and they have the quality of a fine, fancy restaurant , while making their food as home-cooked- tasting as ever!!! When tourists inquire, this is my time-honored recommendation, for local Hispanic food. They must have an authentic Grandma Ma in the kitchen, because it always has the "made with tender ingredients, LOVE & care" appeal to it. I love them and would eat them for any given meal. The painting within the restaurant is interesting, as well. I like finding new nuances, to it, each visit. It kind of looks like Cancún but has the vibes of a different country, like Cuba or Venezuela <3

We've (my family) been coming here since the previous owners (Gilberto of Mi Lupita)! So we were hesitant to try the new place. Boy am I glad we did, the food was excellent! As far as everyone that says authentic or not, I don't know, authentic is different to everone. I will say it is definitely not Taco Bell. Food was very good, service was very good! And all our same waitresses are still there! It was like a little reunion!

This is my go to spot for authentic Mexican food. I LOVE their menudo. I’ve had their carne asada burrito, fajitas, tostadas and menudo. I’ve never been disappointed with their food and I keep coming back for their menudo. The service is decent. The shorter waitress is super friendly, sits with you at your tables and strikes up a convo and always make sure your drinks are topped off and your food is up to your standards.

Been going too this place for over 20 years back when it was Mi Lupita and it's simply amazing food. The owner used to waitress there for a long time and now owns it and she has done an amazing job of keeping the quality and taste of the authentic food. And let me recommend the horchata, hands down the best I've ever had.

We were actually here to use a coupon for At Last Cafe next door... but they didn't open for 45 minutes, and we were starving, so we said "I wonder how the Mexican place next door is". Now, I judge a Mexican place first and foremost on the quality of its horchata - you can tell a real Mexican place by the fact that its horchata tastes fresh. You can tell a -real- real Mexican place by the fact that its horchata is an off-white color rather than looking like milk, and still has specks of stuff floating at the bottom. This place had that; it was quite possibly the best horchata I'd had. You can get refills of it for a dollar, too! I tried their three-item combo (one cheese enchilada, one beef tamale, one chili relleno). The enchilada was excellent; the tamale was interesting (felt a bit denser than I was used to), but still excellent; the chili relleno... just tasted like fried egg batter, I didn't see any chili in it. So 2/3 on that. The rice was good, too. And 8 bucks for all that, all covered in cheese and sauce - I certainly left happy, and full. Their service was... about average. Not the fastest ever, but by no means the slowest, either. (Oh, and their salsa was great, too.)

The food is bland. I have ordered the menudo and it was barely OK. Today I came back with a friend and ordered an asada burrito and a pastor taco, both lacked flavor. The meat needs marinating, the beans lacked salt. The pastor was as bad and dry. The place is clean with nice set up, ample dining space. The staff is friendly.

It’s not all it’s cracked up to be a used to be a lot better under the old owner when it was called Mi Lupita. I think it’s overpriced for Mexican food the place down the street is much much better.

The to-go portion of the Grilled Chicken Salad is ridiculously small compared to the dine-in portion. Instead of a whole chicken breast it's about ¼. I'm still going to eat here, just never taking anything to go again.

I waited 35 minutes for a simple togo order for a burrito and side of eggs... Wtf? And it cost 20$? Not returning!

I had reservations and waited about another 20min to get seated and a couple came in with no reservation and the manager knew them so he sat them down before us then after getting a table an hour passed by and noone took our order so we got up and left and we were a table of 9 and we told the manager andnit seemed like he didnt care

i went tonight since i do postmate, to place a order & the lady who was taking my order. Has no patience she has a big attitude can't ask her a question with out her getting mad & responding in a bad manner. I ask her can i get a receipt so i can uploaded to my account & she tell me no, i ask her i need a pic of the order i did & she bring me a paper of what she wrote down & bring me the order to me with out saying thank you . I been doing postmate for some time & this has been the worst service i have gotten, honestly she has to be more patience with the customer

ordered a side of rice and an horchata which.. somehow ended up being just shy of $10 for what equated to what couldn't be more than a cup and a half of cooked rice. I feel a little ripped off, to be honest.

We have ordered multiple times BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! We ordered $60 worth dishes and were missing one dish. We drove to the retaurant to let them know were missing an item amd instead of replacing the $10 itam they started arguing with me. WHY WOULD I DRIVE TO YOUR RESTAURANT TO PICK UP AM ITEM THAT WAS PAID FOR? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN.
