Wonderful experience especially with Sam. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by Mari and Dani. When I ordered I forgot to include my drink, but Ana was very accommodating in adding it to my order. I come often and it’s always a pleasure to see Cesar as he is friendly and personable. Even when I left the restaurant, Maribel held the door for me as I exited. Service and food was exceptional.
I always love coming to Urban Plates. Mari and Dani have provided me with many great recommendations when i can’t decide what to order. Every meal is served fresh to order and all of the servers are always smiling. Sam never fails to brighten my day. Not to mention, one time when i was feeling a bit down Maribel and Ana cheered me up and gave me a delicious chocolate chip cookie with my meal. Cesar is usually working when i’m there, and always seems do know just what i want. This is definitely the spot if you’d like to eat healthy but not compromise taste. Not to mention, the service is superb!!!
Alejandro López did an excellent job, like always!! Every time we stop by, he is always so welcoming and happy to serve us. He makes our experience so great that we always look forward on returning back. (:
Pao and Danny were Incredibly friendly and kind and extremely professional upon my visit the thing that I was most taken back by was professionalism and the smile upon taking my order. I genuinely enjoyed the chicken strips when I come here. It’s one of my favorite places. And that’s why I keep coming back. .
I love coming to eat at this location. Paola, Dani, and Maribel are literally the best! This has become one of my regular lunch spots and I love seeing them! The food is always tasty and I love how healthy it is. Great way to start off 2026.
The food is always good at Urban Plates but tonight we really enjoyed the service. Alejandro Lopez was so kind to offer to refill my iced tea and came with a to go iced tea. Thank you Urban Plates team!
Can't wait to try other dishes. This place is located in an outdoor plaza by the marina. It's our first time in this location so in order to find parking, there's a paid parking for the plaza. I think the plaza parking should be waived for a couple hours if you get validation for shopping in the plaza-- unless we didn't know they did. As for the food, they had a lot of choices from salmon to this dish that's close to beef stew. Their chocolate chip cookies were delicious also. There's an outdoor eating area which was big enough for a small group. It looked like there was a group of 12 people sitting outside while we were there.
Love this place! Wish I took a photo but I was so hungry and the food was so good that I didn’t take one. I got the tuna nicoise! We were greeted immediately by Marianna and she was so nice and helpful in helping me decide what to get. Love this place for a fast but healthy restaurant with a great environment!
Great location! Many varieties of food, at a good cost! Pao taking our order was very professional and nice. She was kind to give me a sample of a House made drink before ordering. The pineapple coconut lime was delicious!! Sam was very courteous and kind while bussing our table :)

We had an awesome experience today and had to share! The food was delicious, the place was super clean and the service was phenomenal. I forgot what it was like to receive excellent customer service. Alejandro checked on us multiple time to ensure we had everything we needed. He answered questions about the food and the preparation process etc. we had a nice chat with him and would like to recognize him. Thanks again for everything Alejandro! 10/10 would recommend.

From the ambiance to the incredible food, urban plates never fails to leave me and my family wanting more. I personally had the grass fed chimichurri steak and it was cooked to perfection. Their mashed potatoes and Parmesan mushrooms were the perfect sides. We were waited on by Sam, a very kind and efficient waiter. He was welcoming and enthusiastic from the beginning and honestly added to the incredible atmosphere at urban plates. We will for sure be coming back!
Alex Lopez was amazing!!! He came over a few times to pick up our plates and keep our area cleaned. He also asked if we needed an extra items and guided us to the napkins and utensils!! Besides his service he was super friendly and sweet!! Ana also came over and asked if we needed anything else!! Amazing service and atmosphere! Will come back
Urban Plates was wonderful! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, but what really stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. We were helped mainly by Alejandro L, who was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. We were also assisted by Ana, Jess, and Dani, and they were all just as lovely and helpful. You can really tell this team cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The best blackened salmon I've ever had ... and it comes with a yummy lemon hollandaise sauce. Can't wait to try more stuff!!! I wish i got the guys name who was helping us when our food came out. He was fantastic! Even tho it's an order and then sit down spot, the service is like a fully sit down restaurant. We were a larger group and he brought everything out, refilled water (many times) & checked on us often. Thank you!
One of my favorite Urban Plates locations! Food is always good and employees are always nice. Want to give a shoutout to Anthony who always checked on us to see if we need anything else (very rare!) and Leslie for being extra nice when getting our orders :) thank you so much!

1st time to this location...It was nice. I had been to one in San Jose...and enjoyed it! The food seems very fresh, flavorful. The company seems to have a good working system for serving the client promptly and still have the feeling of a pretty complete restsurant experience. Nice atmosphere.
Plates pass member here. I thought I’d get some sides in addition to some other food. Each side is $5.25, or $4.20 with a pass membership. (Oh, and don’t forget the mandatory 3% surcharge) Very, very disappointed with the portions. Ask yourself whether you find the servings appropriate. I don’t. My membership is good for another 6 months sadly since I’ll probably never go back.
