Fantastic Atmosphere! Top-notch servers! Complete accuracy. Speedy food delivery. Do enjoy the 1/2 off Tapas thru 7PM. Enjoy the Patatas Bravas, Croquetas & Garlic Mash. Second thoughts on Pulpo, Calamari.
The best hospitality experience I’ve had in the area. Ruben was incredible. Drinks were phenomenal. I've been here a handful of times before but never had Ruben as our bartender before. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a great cocktail and experience here.
Haven't been here for many many years. Went on Sunday evening with a friend, food was much better, amazing customer service. Sunday is all day happy hour half price off everything on the menu! Definitely will be going back.
Great Spanish Tapas restaurant in downtown Long Beach. The food was amazing! We had a large group of 16 people. Tables were set and ready for when we arrived. They allowed us to sit prior to members of our party to arrive. Full course meal included dessert. We ordered from one of the preset options which is well worth it. Plenty of food! Drinks are a bit expensive but well made. The live music entertainment during dinner was great and they have a dance club above the restaurant available for after dinner. Some members of our party attended. It’s a great atmosphere and service!
The food was great. Try their bread. It is fresh and comes with very tasty dipping sauce. Check out the happy hour - all tapas are half price. It is definitely a good deal to have any tapas for 50% off. However make quick decisions on food. The service could be quite slow as they are short staff. Give yourself at least 30-45 minutes to get seated and order food if you want to take an advantage of the happy hour.
It was the perfect date night! We opted for the 5 course Date Night menu. LITERALLY EVERYTHING we tasted was absolutely phenomenal! The service atmosphere, EVERYTHING was amazing! They even had live music while we were there. If you go and get the date night, use these pics to make your selections lol. See if you love it too... but you've gotta like flavorful foods. It was more than enough for the both of us.
Went looking for the best mimosa brunch that Long Beach had to offer. Lo and behold I stumbled upon this establishment that offered bottomless mimosas which did not disappoint. The menu a Spanish inspired dream full of tapas, delights and paella that you think was made for the gods! I decided on the tapas sampler to enjoy a taste of all they had to offer. My friend a French toast that looked like a flower of ambrosia. Delicious, visually stunning, and Zoe, the messenger of the gods kept the champagne flowing with the utmost of care and service. Seriously you must come for their brunch. My recommendation ask for Zoe for there is no other server and bringer happiness better to suit your needs.
Reservations were easy to make. However, I wish I had found this place sooner so that I could reserve a 7:30 time instead of 5:45. I heard they have a show sometime around 8:00, but we didn't get to watch it due to our reservation time. We were seated promptly in one of the cute booths. Our server was also quick to come to our table and explain the menu. My husband ordered the Ibèrico Old Fashioned. As our server brought the drink, he lit the cinnamon stick that was placed in the drink. We immediately smelled the sweet but smokey scent in the air. He enjoyed the drink very much. It was happy hour until 7:00pm so we decided to go with Tapas most of the night for two reasons. They were 50% off and this was we can try multiple items. Halibut & Shrimp Ceviche, Marinated Olives, Gambas Al Ajillo, Scallops A La Plancha, Albondigas Al Jeréz con Chorizo, Baked Empanada Duo, Braised Short Rib Coca, and the Seafood Paella "Marinera". We enjoyed all of the items minus the Braised Rib order. I think if we ordered it first, we would have finished it. But it was one of the last things to be ordered and I felt it lacked flavor compared to everything else I tried. Because I wanted to save room for the paella, I did not finish it. My husband and I do not have big appetites to the portions of the Tapas along with the paella were perfect for us. We left content for the rest of the night. Lastly, our reservation was for 5:45. We arrived a few minutes early but did not have to wait. I am not sure if there is a time limit on your reservation however we stayed for about 2 hours and never felt rushed. Even as it neared the show time and they got busier. I really appreciate that because I was able to try so many things in the menu. With that being said, we can't wait to come back and try more Old Fashioned's and food.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The waitress and everyone who assisted us were very friendly. The food was delicious. We sure will be returning to celebrate another birthday. I love that I was able to take the cake for my friend. Loved the atmosphere of the employees. I recommend all of these in the pictures.
Dark, moody tapas spot in Long Beach. Came here for my friend’s birthday brunch which had 15 people, so I recognize this wouldn’t be most people’s experience. If you have a big group, you can either order from the brunch menu and get tapas (but can’t get tapas alone) or you can get tapas from the dinner menu. We opted to get two paellas and a bunch of tapas for my table of 8, and it was more than enough food. Definitely get the brussel sprouts (you can get the sauce on the side). The salchichas are fun because they get lit on fire. The tortilla espanola was a bit of a letdown and is small, so I would pass. The Spanish potatoes were another popular one at the table. The calamari was good, if a bit on the salty side, and we got an order of the olive bread but I don’t think it was worth it. The paella Valenciana and the seafood paella were each good for 4-5 people to split. We got an order of the Madrid churros con chocolate which were good for 6+ people. I love churros con chocolate, so I’m happy that they were available. Credit cards accepted. Street or lot parking. We were in the upstairs area which is where I think most private events would be held.
We visited Sevilla for the first time with high hopes, especially curious about their variety of paellas. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the drinks were well-crafted with bold and balanced flavors. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not quite meet expectations. Although we were second in line to be seated, our server remained inattentive throughout the evening, which set an off tone from the start. The paella itself was underwhelming. It lacked the depth and seasoning expected from a well-executed Spanish dish, tasting more like a bland jambalaya. There was also no sign of the signature socarrat, the crispy bottom layer that adds texture and richness to traditional paella. It felt like an afterthought rather than the star of the menu. On a brighter note, the homemade bread and aioli were warm, fresh, and full of flavor. While there were a few highlights, I am not sure I would be eager to return. The foundation is there, but the execution needs refining to make it worth another visit.
I have been here before but today! The food was unpalatable, the service was so bad; and Bryan Estuardo he couldn’t even get us water! It took another waiter (20mins later) to ask again for water and she brought it which at this point was one hour later when Bryan Estuardo ask us for water which he NEVER brought. (How he is manger beyond me!) The sad part no one was there and he is a manager. Which is when you should not spend your hard work money on a restaraunt were the manager could not even get water.
