Going in to buy breakfast for the family, one price posted on billboard in store and online about 2 for 5 deals. Paid almost 50$ for breakfast at Burger King. When asked "manager said we aren't doing that anymore" than it shouldn't be advertised. Last time I'll be coming here.

Out of nowhere about Decmber 2025 this location seems to have gotten all-new staff. Not gradually. All at once. No idea why this happened, the old staff was excellent, despite Burger King's usual reputation, the service was friendly, quick and rarely with any issues at all. Problem is, the new staff sucks all around. They clearly don't care. Service used to be great here, now? They get more orders wrong than any other fast food place in the city, and they are constantly cutting you off before you're done ordering. Wonder what's gonna replace this location once it's gone. Cause with the way service has plummeted so hard I don't see it being around much longer. Maybe Littleton will be lucky enough to get a Good Times.

Ordered 2 large frys and got one and the other was filled with onion rings and frys. Admittedly I ordered in the morning but they can have the comon courtesy to tell me they dont have any left. I hate onion rings and am really disappointed.i used my points to get some extra frys and now they have gone to wast.

Order items online and went to store to pick up, upon arrival I was told that the items I ordered were no longer available which is understandable, I inquired about a refund since the charges were on my card and was told I just need to go to the app and figure it out. I never used the app, just ordered from the website. The manager then got an attitude with me because she wasn't sure how to help me with the refund and offered me to two very old cookies as a "sorry" very poor service and a lost of $$$

What part of "light" ketchup & mayonnaise do you not understand? Or no cheese? I had to come home and disassemble and reassemble my whopper, you still added cheese and mayo and ketchup was so thick I had over a tablespoon of each, if I wanted that much I would have ordered extra and then I ordered... And had to go back around because they forgot the bacon cheesy tots which by the way is a total rip off 3 something for 8 tatertots with some cheese and bacon bits. I just don't get why you can't understand your customers requests

Ordered a double whopper and an extra free French fries. Didn't get the extra fries, and they gave me a single whopper. The restaurant was completely empty with zero cars in the drive thru at 3pm and my order is wrong twice.

The manager sucks she just denied to let me order in the drive thru because my coworkers (2) places online orders prior to me arriving and then I pull up and ask to order for myself too and she ignores me and says only 2 orders per customer and then proceeds to close the window. Will never come back here again. Manager lady is super rude.

Been coming for years here and never had an issue but the one time they messed up my order and I go back I get an attitude from the manager like I am lying. I'm sorry but if someone can't tell the difference between chicken nuggets and whatever the round cheese things are called and can't tell that there are other things missing then maybe not have them handing out food. I am not a racist but have someone that speaks English and understands it taking orders. Hell I am bilingual so maybe that's the type of people you need in front.

They managed to get every item ordered wrong. Whopper turned into impossible meat burger (it’s really cardboard) onion rings turned into cold fries and sprite became coke (warm coke no ice at all). That was my last time!!

This is the chicken from 3 wraps I ordered..... I took a bite of each wrap hoping at least one would be good on my limited time for a lunch break..... Hard to enjoy when it's chewy and crispy at the same time. Ended up just eating the tortillas with lettuce, tomato and honey mustard sauce. Won't go back.... They know what they were serving as the chicken never looks like this.
