Restaurante Bacchus

Popped into Booches this week and was blown away, the place was really busy but none the less the service was fabulous, really friendly people, good quality English food and all served with a smile. Whilst in there I met the owner Julie who was wondering around ensuring everyone was being looked after and I just really enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend this venue.

I went over to Spain for Christmas. And had food few times at the restaurant bar. Very nice food. Cooked properly. Served with a smile. Highly recommended you to try the food. 5 stars.

Really good food for a reasonable price, I got the menu del dia which was fun. Portion sizes were excellent and the service was fast and friendly. Overall I would say you get good value for money, a wide selection and attentive service. Would return for another meal.

Boochies bar has got to be the best on the strip!!! Fabulous food and delightful staff. Had lots of meals here and always good. Always courteous and friendly. And Raul and his staff are simply the best! If your in Loz Alcazares you gotta try Boochies!!!

Great English breakfast menus: good variation, everything tastes fresh, large fresh orange juices and capuccinos. Friendly staff, clean toilet!

We decided to give Boochies a try for breakfast. We had 2 large breakfasts and were very impressed. Great value at 7.50€. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

We went here for Sunday lunch and the staff, food, and service were excellent. The Sunday roast set menu was one of the tastiest we've had. Only thing I would like to see... is a veggie main course option on the set Sunday menu, we just had to have a plate of everything but the meat which was lovely, but only because there was no other choice and it was the same price as if we had meat. But otherwise it was great. We will be back to try the normal menu during the week at some point.

We’ve had breakfast , Sunday lunch and a lunch .. mine was cheeseburger, really nice in comparison with one or two other places . Will definitely recommend and we will be back next year .

Just love this bar, they go out of their way to accommodate people's needs. Neela (our dog) loves coming here. She is made to feel part of the family of staff that work here. Highly recommended the steak night that they do some Saturday nights , book in advance to avoid disappointment as its very popular. Had Sunday lunch today for the first time at Boochies. Lucky to get in as fully booked. They squeezed in another table for 2 and we're pleased they did. Great lunch, lovely buttery mash and the bread and butter pudding was fabulous. Will remember to book next time!

Just had a delicious Sunday lunch at Boochies,which was faultless.All 3 courses well presented by the exceptional friendly staff.The homemade courses of duck pate and apple crumble are a must to try. It was the first time we have eaten at Boochies and it certainly won't be the last...we have found a little eating gem!Try it and you will see what I'm saying..all the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious 😋 Thank you Boochies for a perfect Sunday lunch.

The food was great but the service was even better. Would highly recommend. Gora and Zoe were very helpful and friendly.

Such a lovely atmosphere & Raul was so so lovely, accommodating and so knowledgable. I have a severe gluten allergy and so eating out is very stressful and difficult- but Raul made me feel so comfortable with recommendations and alterations with dishes to accommodate my allergy. Honestly one of the best restaurants on the strip and have come back before and will definitely be returning for Raul’s service. 10/10. Food was also absolutely phenomenal- insane that the restaurant was so quiet!! Very fortunate to have such great food, staff and service. Drop in, you’ll have a great experience!!

Boochies is a must for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great friendly staff especially Raul who will do anything for you. Every meal we had during our 2 weeks holiday was amazing and plenty of it. Definitely give Boochies a visit for great grub 5*

Was attracted to the purple colour! Great choice as the service was really good. The young waitress very friendly. The English breakfast was great. Very filling but the eggs were perfect 👌 😋. Definitely recommend for a bite to eat with friendly service. Also inside was cool and clean. Lovely clean disabled accessible toilet.

We've been here a couple of times, my husband recently had the lamb shank, it was fantastic. I've mostly had tapas, all good. More importantly the staff, the gentleman that is out front is fantastic. He's such a lovely warm, welcoming presence, it makes the experience so great

At first glance, Boochies might not look like much, but don’t let appearances fool you. Once you sit down, you quickly realise you’re in the hands of some truly wonderful people who are passionate about what they do. The service is warm, attentive and full of personality and it certainly helps that the food is absolutely delicious. The portions are generous (to say the least), so come hungry! Our table of six each ordered something different and every single dish was spot on. The team were more than happy to accommodate any tweaks or requests, nothing was too much trouble. Even the drinks were poured with a very generous hand, which only added to the experience. We all left full, happy, and ready for the best kind of food coma. I can’t recommend Boochies enough, fantastic food, lovely people and a truly welcoming atmosphere. A hidden gem in Los Alcázares!

we had a number of meals here. the food was always lovely and the service excellent. all the staff were great but must mention Raul (not sure if correct spelling) who looked after us . his customer service was excellent , and also just a great guy who always made us feel like friends and not just a customer

Great bar!! Been here a few times now when we've been to Los Alcazares. Good friendly atmosphere and staff are great with the kids. Good prices on drinks and on food as well, which was spot on and really nice!! We ate here for the first time this year and we'll defo be back again next year. Roll on next July!!....

The food and service are second to none. I can not recommend Boockies high enough. Raul is not only good looking, with a great personality but brings fun and laughter to our dining experience.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The atmosphere is always friendly and very welcoming. Been here countless times during our stay and every time has been an absolute joy. The food is exceptional especially the dinner service. Raul is extraordinary and he is always pleasant to talk to and always makes us feel comfortable and welcome. I can leave 4stars considering several different aspect. Is really nice place, staff kind , friendly , welcoming, inside is really comfortable, fresh atmosphere, waitresses so cute and helpful. The food can be improved, but is ok Xmas hamburger good , salad needs some changement , but at the end is a really English pub ! When I used to live in Bournemouth I found a lot of them . Enjoy the place. ;-)

Ate here 3 out of 4 nights Golf holiday , staff attentive & food good spaghetti bolognes, pizza & my personal fav the Guinness Ale & steak pie ; all well priced & the staff chatty &friendly!!

Only had drinks here in 2023 while watching the match. Others had food and it looked good. We returned a year later and had food while watching the football. Reasonably priced. Very warm (air con not switched on)

We had breakfast, it took quite a while to place our order and then waited nearly 30 minutes for our food. Unfortunately the wrong breakfast arrived, once sorted our breakfast was nice apart from the toast! It was so dry and inedible…I probably won’t go back.

Lo siguiente fue solicitarle la carta en español, aunque hablo Ingles, pero mi mujer prefería verla en español. Pues la respuesta fue señalarnos un tablón en una pared, que además le pegaba el sol de lleno a las 14.30 de la tarde, y decirnos "Ahí lo tienen, si quieren se levantan y la ven, porque en papel no la tenemos, es que aquí no viene casi nadie que no sea ingles" La verdad estuvimos a punto de marcharnos, pero era tarde, en esa zona no hay muchos restaurantes que abran a medio día, y además estábamos cansados. Al final decidimos pedir un entrante y unas hamburguesas. Tengo que decir que la comida estaba buena, y bien cocinada, pero de nuevo surgió otro problema. Yo pedí una hamburguesa con bacón, y cuando me la sirvieron, me sorprendió que al ver lo que venía en ella, no era bacón, era cinta de lomo. Llamé a la camarera y le expliqué que eso no era bacón, que era cinta de lomo, a lo cual con bastante mal genio me dijo "Eso en Inglaterra es bacón, yo soy inglesa y se lo garantizo", a lo que le contesté que desconocía que eso fuera bacón en Inglaterra, pero que de ser así, tradujeran la carta correctamente, y que desde luego un americano un alemán un francés y en otros muchos países lo entienden como en España. En fin, seguro que la señorita que nos atendió no tenía un buen día, pero por encima de todo está la profesionalidad y la consideración de que representas a un negocio. Soy visitante habitual de esa zona, y por supuesto no se me ocurrirá volver a este restaurante. Insisto no por la comida que estaba muy bien, por tratarnos como si fuésemos clientes no deseables.

Staff were very good but food was terrible. Sent 2 lasagne back and wasted a 3rd of a rack of ribs, overcooked. Disappointed with our last nights meal. They did knock it off the bill though.

Encima la caradura de la camarera, cuando aún no había sacado los platos, me viene a la mesa y me pregunta si me saca otra bebida, porque obviamente después de hora y media esperando la que sacaron al principio se había acabado… Le digo que no tengo tiempo y que me voy a tener que ir sin cenar y empieza a poner súper mala cara. A los 10 minutos nos sacaron los platos junto con la cuenta, tuve que pinchar cuatro espaguetis rápido y dejar el plato prácticamente entero para no llegar tarde. Y no es que estuviesen desbordados, tenían media terraza llena como mucho… Y en ese tiempo que estuvimos esperando, se sentó otra mesa al lado y en 10 minutos los sirvieron, cuando nosotros ya llevábamos más de una hora esperando. Entendería que salga antes lo de otra mesa si yo hubiese pedido alguna elaboración más compleja, pero por unos simples espagueti? Sinceramente, si vuelvo a ese lugar, será el último lugar que visite, pagamos 40€ de cuenta directamente por NO CENAR.

El peor restaurante de la zona. La comida poca cantidad, cara y llega tarde. Pedimos una pizza y tardaron UNA HORA Y MEDIA en traerla. No vuelvo a ir. El servicio pésimo.

El peor restaurante de la zona. La comida poca cantidad, cara y llega tarde. Pedimos una pizza y tardaron UNA HORA Y MEDIA en traerla. No vuelvo a ir. El servicio pésimo.
