Avaliações de Ann’s Wine Bar Los Angeles
Grapefruit Paloma, excellent food with some great vegan options. I'd come here to eat even if I weren't seeing a show. Make no mistake: this is a very well-run restaurant with superb management. The wait staff were super responsive and I can't praise Ann's Wine Bar highly enough.
This is a pre show dinner location that was highly recommended. The location is great and certainly part of the event. Food was quick and service was friendly. I would certainly repeat this location during an event.
Not sure why it doesn't make this The Backyard Grill because that's where we were, but anyway, it was awesome. Great staff, amazing food and a great view.
Wonderful food and service! View is great especially right before a show.

Great place for small bite and a cocktail or other spirits, before the evening's performance. Good wine list, fine bites, and a great view of incoming patrons. A must for someone looking for an exquisite treat!
Always a great meal as worth splurging for one fancy dinner during the Bowl season. Every dish is flavorful, excellent wine selection and fantastic staff.
The food is delicious and the wine list is long. Kudos to wine bar manager, Leanne Szymczak, her staff goes above and beyond. They are a well functioning machine. We ordered several items and each time our food came out hot and our glasses were kept full.
The quality of the the dishes, the setting, the service was the best. I was surprised to find such a treasure of an eating place at the Hollywood Bowl. Everything was high end, delicious and reasonably priced. We shared the scallops, lamb and farrow. It was all delicious. The staff was very courteous. Monica was a standout in providing the best support for newbies to this dining experience. So grateful for her knowledge, patience, suggestions. Outstanding experience for a special occasion.
Alfredo was our server and he was best. He was a fantastic server. He gave us recommendations on the wine and the food. Then he gave us the restaurant history, that it's owned by a female chef and an amazing place it was to work at. The food and wine were on point. What did I eat? Go there and experience it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Thank you, Brandon! Ig @actuallybradpitt ill hit you up next time i'm in LA and we can play some pool.

We had reservations at 5:30pm before a 7:30pm show. Unfortunately, they weren't letting people into the venue until 6:00pm, which was annoying but not the restaurants fault. We were seated promptly once we checked in. Service was good. I would imagine it would be difficult for the kitchen to accommodate so many people being sat all at once trying to go to a show, but the food was great. My only gripe is that my husband ordered an iced tea and got raspberry tea. You gotta warn someone if you're gonna do that. She forgot to take it off our bill too when we mentioned it but oh well. Food came out promptly. I like how if you don't finish your wine or beer you can take it with you to your seats. That's a definite plus. Overall a good and convenient experience before a show. We ordered the dates, the salad, a flatbread and the scallops. Add the bottle of wine and it came out to around $200 for 2 people.

Ann’s Wine Bar at the Hollywood Bowl is all about the experience. Don't come if you're hungry, grumpy or with bad company. Dinner will take a while. But, if you come with the right expectations and the right dinner companions, it can be fantastic.
We've been attending a handful of concerts at Hollywood Bowl this year. We loved Fattoush Salad (different recipe from how our family makes Fattoush Salad) but was delicious! The Lamb Chops were OK, but Spanish Fried Chicken was just fried, you can't taste or see any chicken meat inside. I have a feeling all vegie dishes here might be delicious, but not the ones with any meat. Service and atmosphere were amazing! We will go back to try different dishes, but for sure to have the Fattoush Salad.
Elegant, rather dressy pre-concert "people watching" watering-hole. Lots of wonderful, diverse wines, served by knowledgeable, attentive people. Quite pricey, like almost everything at the Bowl, you can-t hide in a picnic basket. Bring your generous sugar dads and moms, if you can find one in this competitive City of Angeles! Nice special occasion, or date-night place. Special event shin-digs are held here.
Nice patio. Limited menu. Two small salads, (mixed green+ and a corn salad both nice sized.)a couple of appetizers ( one was a shrimp dish) and 5-6 main courses. One was all vegetables and mushrooms, one was a lovely sea bass with faro and another was a char cooked pork chop. There was a broccoli dish that was lightly charred, grilled broccoli with garlic and butter. I believe there was a chicken and a beef entree also. A light and delicious cheesecake gave everyone a spoon or two of sweetness. Restrooms are a walk down and back up a decent incline so go before eating or you'll be out of breath.

We were in a rush due to the ridiculous traffic... Had a reservation... They were nice enough to honor it half an hour late but then nobody came to the table for 20 minutes. We ordered everything to go so we wouldn't miss our show, one of those things was the 5-cheese. I specifically asked them not to give us the bleu vein cheese and double another and sure enough they didn't do that AND contaminated the other cheese... So that's fun when you're allergic...

Horrible. The cheapest in quality wine in entire SoCal. If it’s to conduct business anyway; why not selling some type of quality product.

I would be delighted to spend a decent amount of $ for a quality glass of wine. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an option at Ann’s Wines here at the Hollywood Bowl. I never complain or give bad feedback, but today I felt the urge to do so. Wanted this to be good during our Sara Bareilles concert, but unfortunately it did not match the price tag.... 😔 Lesson learned...and sadly sharing my experience with friends!!
Not a welcoming place for fellow Jews. Was here before the Earth, Wind, and Fire concert to enjoy some wine. Manager Brandon was wearing a necklace of the Israel state but filled in with the Palestinian flag. This political “message” he is trying to relay is that Jews do not belong in Israel. I came with my family to enjoy some light food and wine before a fun concert, but our night was ruined by blatant antisemitism. Shame on this establishment for allowing this.
I feel so sad to write this, but the current slogan is “if you see something, say something,” and the Wine Bar triggered this last night. Ugh. We have been enjoying the various eating options for decades, especially the wine bar before its current incarnation. But, last night was terrible. The staff was friendly, but seemingly without coordination and focus. Each item we ordered was attempted to be delivered at least twice (seemingly quite a waste of food), and although the recipes are purported to be from the AOC folks, the execution was awful, either under-, or over-cooked and disappointing. The music was way too loud, and during the COVID-19 uptick, sitting with others hunched over a TV tray with too many plates to fit just isn’t fun anymore. Sorry kids, but we’re back to bringing our own dinner, or splurging for the box service. Best wishes on a future improvement.
