"Let me just start by saying, the KFC on N Western Ave, that giant, space-aged bucket of chicken—it’s brilliant! You walk in, and it’s clean, organized, and doesn’t look like the usual fast-food chaos. I ordered the four-piece original to-go, and let me tell you, it was absolutely scrumptious. The chicken was juicy, the skin perfectly crisped—just how it should be. Came with the classic mashed potatoes and gravy, and a fluffy biscuit, plus a Pepsi to wash it all down, all for just $18. Sure, I could make this at home cheaper, but I’m not home, am I? Now, let’s talk about speed. I know KFC cooks in advance, but I was in and out faster than I could say ‘finger-lickin’ good’. That’s rare in fast food, let’s be honest. Kudos to the staff—professional, efficient, and not a hint of slacking. They’ve got the system down. Overall, good job, everyone! Only one complaint: why is chicken getting so pricey? Whoever the next President is, fix the chicken prices! But that aside, this KFC delivered exactly what it should—damn good chicken. Five stars all the way.

I was looking for a quick breakfast and found this spot on Google, so I stopped by. I ordered a five piece glazed munchkins, a sausage croissant sandwich along with a latte with almond milk. The donut holes were good & the croissant’wich was pretty good, I think it’s as good as Jack’n a box’s version. The coffee was also pretty good, great flavor and temperature. The topper is probably the most ergonomic plastic lid I’ve ever had, weird to say but it was a great cover. Great spot to get a quick snack and good coffee. Plenty of parking and it’s in a lot with a lot of other stores.

Got fast friendly service. $5 zinger box with wedges was delicious. Dining room on the 2nd floor is pretty spacious and well maintained.

I'll just stick with their drinks. The chai latte and coffee are good but the breakfast sandwiches are not. They lack flavor and are just salty. The service is slow at this location so it's more practical to make an online order for pickup instead. Even though it took a while to place my order, the cashier was nice and friendly.

I literally told them. Light Ice and no foam. I took 2-3 sips and it was gone😩. I should have came when the manager was there like suggested . He’s patient and kind

I am a regular delivery customer. I always order over $100 worth plus 20% tip. Just now I got an order and when I opened the bag it was a mess. One of the three large size gravy containers lid came off and all the gravy poured out. I checked other lids and the mashed potato lid was not on good. I tried calling KFC several times and nobody answered the phone. That’s not the way to run a business. Unless this is taken care of by KFC they will loose a valued customer.

Store employees should definitely be fired. Because they have a very cursed working order. They do not provide any service to customers and they act very relaxed. They hang around carelessly. People like this are disrupting the order of America.

She charged me 1.59 for a sausage but where is it ? All I see is my money gone smh maybe because I didn’t tip idk but this is bad business going to McDonald’s next time! This was disappointing

I asked for a coffee cake muffin , they warmed it up but also burned it and still gave it to me. The girl in the register with a nose piercing just wasn't paying attention to the order.

Asked for a large and this looks like a medium. Didn't even fill it to the top. I get leaving a small space but this is way more. I paid like 6 dollars only to have gotten 4 dollars worth of it. I hadn't even drank it or realized it till I got to work. Was running late to realize because it took too long. Would give this place a .5 if i could

This has to be the Worst Drink I Ever had. Tasted like bitter medicine. A waste of $4+. This location often gets the order wrong as well. Always double check what your charged for.

High end looking place just for the customer service and food to be trash.Cahsier hadn't took my order right and instead of apologizing called me dumb.Food was burnt and they didnt denied a remake.Change your employees or move out.

I was there on August 9 and I was given a change of 4 counterfeit dollar bills. They said that I wasn't even in the store. If you were there on the same day you should check your money. When you try to pay with those bills you could get arrested for scam. They said we can offer you a donut though. The audacity! I'm doing a police report in case they are laundering money.

Upon walking in, I saw that the Baskin Robbin’s flavor I wanted was nearly empty. I stood at the counter to ask if there was a new tub. The young man behind the counter would make no eye contact and waved me off to pay first. There was no one else to ask, just another young man at the register on the DD side. I finally pay, and lo and behold, there wasn’t enough of the flavor I wanted to fill my order, no new tub. A total lack of customer service

The food is super good but the place is horrible. Windows are dirty. The floor is dirty. Tables are dirty and sticky. Trash is always full. Workers always waste time doing nothing, and cashier always has attitude!

This place is a total rip off. I ordered a five piece chicken tenders meal and when I got home I opened a box and it looks like I got five chicken nuggets. I remember when you got a full strip not just pieces.

If you order on the app, this location charges you 20% tax. The effective sales tax rate in this area is 9.750%. So, they're tacking on other fees and/or surcharges and passing it to you, the customer. Since it doesn't breakdown what these other fees are, I'm assuming convenience charges, bag charges, etc. Technically, this is legal but shady business practices. Shame on the owners! The other KFC location near VONS on Vermont doesn't do this. Also, think twice about ordering food from this location on UberEats, Postmates, etc, they jack up the prices like crazy.

I had a attitude from start to finish i asked for a three piece combo meal all breast they neglected to give me any breast. When they asked what drinks they have, they responded pepsi products which i informed what does that consist of. They are remained quiet after i said it twice, until i asked if they had fruit punch they then answered yes. After grabbing the food to bring to my significant doing chemo at the hospital, she asked me you didnt get any breast which under the impression i thought i did. How wonder was it to not bring an accurate meal to someone enduring something as big a chemo. Do better!!

Place was a mess! Not honoring advertise specials. Staff not coordinated. Upstairs was filthy and should be power washed on outside seating. Oh had to wait 14 mins because no original chicken available. Just plain filthy from floors to tables.

Atmosphere is dirty & the staff are rude non friendly seems like they are irritated with life or work. If you ask to repeat what they said they have an attitude about it. & the drive through is real narrow for big vehicles. Will never go back

Ordered food in 3 hrs advance in Uber eats than the time I should have gotten my food it says my food was canceled and it was a special buy one get one free meal. Tried to order again, and it doesn't appear in that location. Other kfc locations do appear, but not this one. I guess this kfc doesn't like this deal at all. Gold digger kfc

I wanted to share my recent experience with the food from this store. I ordered a 3-piece tender chicken combo with fries and drinks, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The chicken and fries appeared to have been cooked in oil that hadn't been changed in a while, resulting in a greasy and unappetizing look. The smell was quite off-putting as well. I hope the store can improve the quality of their food for a better customer experience in the future. I wish I could get my money back. Don't waste your money.

I went on my lunch break and waited for a while for an 8 piece thighs and drumsticks for $10, and I only received 8 drumsticks. My question is, where are the thighs?? I also ordered a sweet tea and received raspberry tea. I didn't have a chance to go back and have the order fixed because all my time was spent watching people that came after me get their food. This only cool thing about this place was its two stories.

Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders, Cole slaw and biscuit. We were the only customers inside the restaurant, wasn't busy. Chicken was old, cold and looked more like chicken nuggets. KFC should be ashamed to sell this quality of food.
