My favorite boba place. I used to come here since I was in high school. Now that I have moved to the Portland area, i am always craving for this particular milk tea. I have tried 85 degrees, gongcha, and many other boba places, but nothing is better than the milk tea here.

My daughter said this was the best Chai milk tea she's ever had. My son enjoyed playing the arcade machine. Five stars!

Best frozen coffee boba I've ever had. The guy was very nice and cordial. Wish I lived closer to frequent the place. It was very quiet on Easter Sunday but it'd be a great spot to stop for boba, coffee, or snacks and catch up with friends.

My friend indulged me today and after hitting up H-Mart we came for some Boba. She even liked the matcha she got (which she stayed away from boba for years after having an unpleasant experience with one). MJ is the sweetheart who remembers me and my order even when I haven't been able to make it as frequently as I once did when I used to work in Ktown. The Strawberry and Pineapple with boba and lychee jelly is my go to (he already knew lol❣️). One of the few boba places that doesn't use the powder and has real fruit bits that I love. The boba isn't warm or too frozen and just chewy enough with a hint of sweetness. I usually get 2 drinks just to save for later lol. The shaved ice is really nice too 🖤😍

Got the chai milk tea and mocha frappe, both were pretty good. The actual boba was nice, not frozen or mushy, and the drinks were made pretty quickly! Considering everything, the $12 was worth it. It's a tiny bit pricey but that's understandable, and I would still go back again.

Almond boba I ordered is not so great, filled with chunks of ice and the atmosphere is pretty gloomy. Worth a visit, plenty of space unlike many other boba stores, people can hangout, work and pass time there.

Honestly, worst boba tea I’ve ever had in my life. Only giving it 2 stars bc the boba balls were good & I still drank it - bc I spend $18 on 3 hot tea (one without boba) for a SMALL SIZE! With that price you can get way better boba. I got the lavender tea, the rose tea with boba, and the matcha tea with boba. All of them just tasted bland. Wouldn’t go back.

Thai tea was so bad; tasted as if watered down but bitter.

Don’t come here the boba taste like it’s old and has been in the refrigerator for a long time and the customer service is the worse I have experienced.

HORRIBLE. I will never come back. I always come here all the time and the young guy who works there right now is a terrible worker. He messed up on my order with no boba. Was trying to pick out the boba instead of make a new one. I clearly told him I wanted and new one and then he made it but like with half the slushy. So I ordered a medium but got a small size litterally. I was there for 35 mins!!!!! Very upset and frustrated after and I don’t even feel well…. SMH I just left cause I wasn’t gonna wait there an hour for him to get my drink right. Please someone get this guy out of here….

Came with 2 other friends and we all agreed the boba drinks were unfortunately very dissappointing. We got the brown sugar and matcha flavors. For context, I've had excellent boba all around the country (NY, SF, LA, HNL, etc) so I know what good boba should taste like

I FOUND A HAIR on my drink. The taste was okay, but overall appalled and disappointed to feel a strand of hair entangled on my boba.

Horrible place! The milk tea was bad the taste of the boba was bad and the Ice cream was moldy. Absolutely a bad place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!😡😡😡
