Found this hidden gem and already came back a second time. Tried hot drinks on our first visit and cold drinks this time — both were great. Coffee is high quality, desserts are delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely a coffee spot worth checking out!
is nice and creamy. Milk alternatives available and you can sweeten your matcha with either vanilla syrup or agave. Get the crème brûlée pastry. It’s not overtly sweet and has nice thick creamy dense filling. Parking lot available at the back. Some tables to sit and wait (with outlets!) but not a place you could sit and study. The space is too small and can get packed.
This coffee shop is a hot spot in the LA valley with a line out the door. They have both coffee and matcha and they both taste refreshing and great. The iced coffee is a very nice treat and the matcha tastes very high quality. The workers are very nice and move really fast to make your drink. Highly recommend trying this place if you’re in the area
Been here twice and loved our drinks both times! Solid matcha and coffee drinks. A rare aesthetic coffee shop find in Northridge.
arguably my fav matcha in la. ohhhh boy its so good. the place is small and usually pretty busy but its so worth the wait and service is rlly fast. I wanna gatekeep forever but its so yummy i hope everyone gets to try this
I ordered the pistachio cream top latte and it was absolutely delicious—creamy, nutty, and so flavorful. The staff was super friendly and kept things moving even with the long line (about a 20-minute wait). I also loved the interior vibes—very modern, stylish, and perfect for enjoying your drink. Totally worth it for such a great cup of coffee!
i’ve only tried their matcha and… it’s the best matcha i’ve ever had, even the presentation is beautiful!
Re Coffee is a great coffee spot with some great options for drinks. My recent visit was my second time going and it’s as busy as before. I primarily went around the afternoon and there was a line out the door. After a wait, I ordered the Pistachio Cream Top. Overall, the drink was great and not too sweet. Make sure to mix it well! I would definitely get this drink again. There were a few seating options inside, but almost all of it was taken the times I went. It’s also not ideal for a large party. This store does accept American Express.
First time at RE: COFFEE and their signature Einspanner Latte hit the spot! It was super creamy, smooth, and a little savory in the best way. Not your typical iced coffee. I’ll definitely be back!
The coffee choices are amazing here (Peanut cream top), but you do need to try it yourself to believe it. The server Yumi knows what's up especially with the recommendation on the cookie croissant. It's a must and warm its 🔥.

Ordered the pistachio cream top and it’s extremely delicious. Their trademark of creamy tops blended very well with the ice cold coffee
10/10 experience! The Matcha Einspanner is delicious! Great balance of matcha and cream top. I also got a chocolate chip cookie croissant, all their pastries are amazing! The baristas are welcoming and friendly! Marz was extremely helpful with suggesting drinks and pasties. My new favorite coffee shop in the valley!
Updated Review : I gave this place another try. I’m starting to appreciate their coffee as I didn’t use a straw this time. The point of tasting the Einspanner Latte with the cream top was to drink it without having to use a straw . Their cofffee is perfect and it’s strong , yet doesn’t have the burnt taste. I love it here ! Old Review : I was drawn in by the line out front, thinking it must be worth the hype. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The place is very small and cramped, and the back door was wide open, letting flies in—which really took away from the experience. Everything felt a bit cheap, from the setup to the overall ambiance. As a coffee connoisseur, I didn’t find the coffee impressive. It’s a unique concept—espresso over ice with a cream top—but that’s really all it had going for it. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be coming back. As for the service, the girl at the register looked like she didn’t want to be there. No friendly smiles nor a hello!
This place has amazing coffee, both hot and iced. Along with great pastries. The pistachio cream top is highly recommended! If you are wondering they get their pastries from Pascal Patisserie & Cafe over in Woodland Hills. This place is a must for anyone in Northridge.

The person who helped was very pleasant and helpful in recommending a drink. He made small talk with us and his recommendation was spot on. I got the peanut butter latte. I love the creamy topper! This was my first time and I would definitely come again, if I’m in the area again. It does have limited space for seating but def worth trying or taking to go. Bathroom was clean as well.
Two of us ordered: matcha tea $6.50 matcha einspanner $8 oat milk extra $0.75 Drinks were on the pricier side but the tea was good and smooth. Tough parking lot in the back. Some street parking available. Usually, there are some crazy long lines here, so luckily didn't have any issues.
Gorgeous pics with high quality of us matcha. Often a line out the door. No wifi and loud music makes it hard to stay in for too long. Lots of outlets. Got the einspanner which was gorgeous. They let you choose between agave or vanilla syrup. Cream top was perfectly sweet. The rest of the drink didn’t really have the matcha flavor come through, which was a bit disappointing. Next time I’ll try a plain matcha latte.
First visited this last Saturday. We ordered the iced Hojicha Einspanner and the Matcha Lemonade. Hojicha was more cream then drink but it was great for me. The Matcha lemonade was refreshing. The space is quite small unfortunately, I wished there was a bigger space to study. There is limited seating area. A line consistency forms outside so try to get there a bit early. Parking is ridiculously small so good luck with street parking.
The place to go if you're into cream top drinks. With constantly long line, they now even have two spots in The Valley. Could be tricky to find seats, but surely great for to-go as the serving time was pretty swift for thay level of crowd. Their Caramel Cream Top was for you if you love creamy and sweet ones. I would say it's more like a fun drink then getting caffeine kick in your coffee. I still enjoyed it though!
This place is nice to try, and if I'm in the mood for a very sweet and milky espresso, then this is the place to go. I had the Matcha Einspanner and the Caramel Cream Top. I'd probably come back for the Caramel and Cream drink. I also tried the Almond Croissant and the Pistachio Croissant. They were both okay, but I'd probably just come here for the frilly latte. Make sure you aren't in a hurry, because the line can get long, and you could be waiting for 20 or so minutes.

Good tasting coffee. Definitely pricier than most. Gets busy so wait times can quickly increase to 20-30 min. Not much seating inside, more of a sitting while you wait but music is too loud to really want to stay since it does get quite crowded. I’d go again when the line is short or not short on time cause the lines do get long and there’s limited parking.
First visit to this coffee shop was disappointing. When I asj for help ordering, staff didn't provide much assistance, which made things confusing for a first-timer. The place was very crowded, which made it hard time get comfortable and enjoy the atmosphere. The matcha drink I ordered was especially pricey for such a big cup-and to make matter worse, it was filled with so much ice that there were only about 3 sips before it was gone. Really felt like a rip-off. They don't offer ice- blended drinks-just hot or cold-and the cold options is mostly just a cuo packed with ice, not much actual drink. Parking is also a hassle; very few spots available, so expect to circle around or park far away. Based on this experience, I wouldn't come back. You're better off going to Starbucks, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, or another big chain where service and prices are much better.

The girl with the eyeliner was very rude and dismissive at the register. I wasn’t going to write a review but this is my second time experiencing this type of attitude. I came here 3 months ago and it was the same attitude but I wrote it off as a bad day then. Like I get hating your job but the foods too overpriced and not even that good for this attitude. Matcha’s bitter as hell too. No shade
My friend and I drove over 45 mins to try Re:Coffee, we waited in line for 15 mins. We ordered and our drinks were out in 1 min. As much as I loved how quick they are, the Matcha tasted really bad and powdery like they didn’t mix it at all. My friend did enjoy her latte but she tried my matcha and she said the same thing that its too powdery. I unfortunately was driving back and was not going to drive back to get another one, I wish they took more time mixing the matcha because I was super excited to try it out.
Rude customer service; cashier read the wrong number order and trashed the receipt in front of me after I asked to have it to confirm the order number. The barista then proceeded to yell the correct order number multiple times (it was a small space), startling several customers waiting for their order and proceeded to stare intensely at each person near the front. Slightly unsettling. The matcha had a lot of cream and was unbalanced compared to Stagger, Taty’s, or Community Goods, for example. The drink was chunky with cream, and as one can see in the images had granular pieces of matcha settling on the bottom. Interestingly, they use the same matcha from Archives of Us. Overall experience was not great; music was blasting as well.
