Avaliações de Sabores de Oaxaca Los Angeles
Pop in & let them know you're there if it's slow. Stopped in on Sabado Gigante & both FOOD & Service was great. Serious Mal de Puerco 🐷 from the giant Burrito Mojado con pastor y Molé!!!! Size of ur Cabeza!! Good LA prices - not too 💸 Only negative is they have a super small parking lot so if you're there and it's busy, that might be an issue. This food was straight DELICIOSO!!!!
The shrimp plate was delicious! The mole was a bit watery but the chicken was good! Chips were thin and fresh and crunchy! Salsa was a bit on the spicy side. Al in all, it was a great dinner and will be back to try the mojarra plate! Very good looking restaurant.
I recently visited for lunch and was blown away by the food and service. I ordered the house special, The Barbacoa Roja de Chivo, and it did not disappoint. The lamb was incredibly tender and full of flavor. I also tried the Plato de Sabores de Oaxaca, which offered a delightful variety of traditional Oaxacan flavors. The outdoor seating area was beautiful and added to the overall dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a truly enjoyable lunch.
Every time I traveled to Los Angeles I used to go to eat at another restaurant oaxaqueño but this time when I saw their prices I saw them as very exaggerated. But this time I searched and found this little place, good authentic Oaxaca taste and very good prices. Very friendly staff and very easy access place
Good for a group. Well priced. We came here after looking at some Culver City art galleries and it was a short walk away. I got the mixed seafood tostada and it was plentiful, pretty fresh and well flavored. Also ordered the yellow mole with chicken. Good quality chicken.
Menudo and mole tamale was delicious. Welcoming service and cool ambience. People were kind. Will return to try more dishes.
I've been coming here for more than a decade. They have the nicest owners and staff. The food is delicious and inexpensive. Today I ordered the jamon con huevo and added chorizo. I ate that in minutes and ordered a carne asada burrito to go. I'm never disappointed. They also have a jukebox to play some great Mexican Music. 😁
An undercover gem is this place for the oaxacaño Mexican food. They also have a small little store with tortillas that are fresh and mole. Their entire menu is full of goodness and unique food usually not found in most Mexican places. You could tell how authentic it is because so many people from Oaxaca eat here. It has great ADA access as well as clean facilities for the restrooms. It also has a nice outdoor eating area.
I recently discovered this place and after doing so I've eaten here 4 days in a row. Twice in one day too. I call it the "home of the world's greatest burrito". Why? Because it truly is. It's that simple. This place KNOWS HOW TO MAKE MOLE. And I LOVE GOOD MOLE! Their $9 Burrito Mojado is so far my favorite dish here. It's a delicious, MONSTER SIZE burrito (big enough for 2 large meals), smothered in shredded queso and delicious mole sauce (choice of red or black mole). It is literally the best burrito I've ever had in my life and I've been a burrito connoisseur for most of my life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Excellent food and service. Highly recommended if you in the mood for Oaxacan cuisine. The cinnamon coffe is to die for.
Very good! We got chilaquiles and chicken mole tamales - delicious. They have great service and nice environment as well.
Food was delicious, great service, cute Mexican gum at the end of the meal, and really beautiful papel picado inside. 10/10 would return. Chicken soup was some of the best I’ve had.
Amazing authentic Oaxaca flavors. The restaurant offers great breakfast options too. Try the seafood molcajete, a bit on the spicy side but amazing!
The food was exquisitely delicious! Very first time trying oaxacan food! Delicious delicious delicious I truly recommend this place

Best Mexican Food in Venice Blvd! The steak tacos are amazing! Come say hi to Rosa, she’s the best! = )
I ordered cheese enchiladas with verde sauce for lunch. The enchiladas were very good. I would descibe the meal as authentic home-style Mexican. Since I chose to sit outside on Venice Blvd close to I-10 in Los Angeles, there was some traffic noise but nothing unexpected. I plan to stop here again to enjoy one of their mole dishes.
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to, food is amazing

Mole negra was a bit too sweet but good. Frijoles were not mashed refritos which I was hoping for. Service was great, cute smiling waitresses.
Good Oaxacan Mexican restaurant. The food looked and tasted authentic. They has a side business which sells Quesillo (Oaxaca Cheese) and Chocolate en tableta. Prices were fair for this type of cuisine. I will bring my family to test the rest of the menu.

There was nobody in the restaurant, I was confused if I needed to wait to be seated ? , grab a menu and just seat my self ? Waited for few minutes until they noticed I was there . Food was ok , great salsa , clean place , service over all 6 out of - 10

Being from Oaxaca, you will think they will have the touch. This was an ordinary mexican food. I ordered the alambres and if you google you will find the typw of dish it is. I was served fajitas 🤦🏻♀️ the green peppers raw, and 4 sliced pieces of meat, plate had a side salad which went well with my raw green peppers. The string cheese on top without being melted, cold as well that went amazing with my cold rice and unflavored black beans. This place is not worth $103.00 bill. Will definitely will not come by again. If you order the horchata with the tuna and melon pieces, finders keepers. The Tlayuda the beens unflavored nonsalt or no avocado leave taste, and missing ingredients to give that authentic oaxaca taste. This big dish is meant to be shared and try to share a very small piece of meat, like a tasajo, cecina, and chorizo. Pricey for what you get in return. Being a foodie, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
