Great place for pho and other Vietnamese dishes. I’ve been to many and this place has the best pho around! My kids will not eat Pho anywhere else! The combo rice and vermicelli dishes are great as well. The peanut sauce for the shrimp spring rolls is the best I’ve tasted. Prices are reasonable and portions generous. Great meal for the family when you don’t want to cook!

First time back here after nearly a year. No reason why we stopped going, because when we visited and started eating, we asked ourselves, "why haven't we been here in so long, this place is great!" So yeah, food is good, service is good, prices are good. The pho is our favorite, Rare steak with extra noodles. Yum. Just make sure you ask for extra limes, oddly difficult to get them to serve more with the order, lol.

I do come here often enough and that is because their soups are good. Yes there is plenty of parking and yes the place is easy to find. It is never crowded because their main clientele consists of office people who work around the area. It's semi kept, the owner seems not interested in the interior design details, but I come here for the soups so this doesn't bother me at all.

The food here was fantastic! The Phö really matches our homemade recipe so it definetely hit the spot. The service is instant and the atmosphere is very calming. 10/10 would come again 😋

I've been to a lot of pho places before and usually most have like weird tasting meat that's been sitting in the fridge for a long time.. but it was my first time coming here and I must say, it was delicious. The pho broth was nice and flavorful. But the brisket was to die for. Literally melts in your mouth and all the meats were fresh. Not to mention all the cute little old Asian men working there were SO NICE. Customer service is definitely a plus on top of the food! Love the place, will definitely recommend

I have been here many times with both friends and family and every time I do come, I leave satisfied. Not only is the food the right comfort food you want from pho places but the atmosphere is also so welcoming. It looks like a home and the staff treat you like you're at home with family. They're SUPER NICE. I love love LOVE this place for pho in Torrance.

I miss the old pizza hut that used to be here, but after some time this restaurant has really grown on me. Check out their pho, rice dishes or rice noodles with delicious combinations! Very friendly staff and overall tasty food near Carson and Western.

Love this place, homemade soup/pho is simple and delicious. The restaurant/building is getting old, needs updating but the food is dope so who cares about that other stuff anyway. Friendly staff, hardly ever waiting.

Love the pho broth here. Super friendly family owned business. Surprised to see them make crispy spring rolls by hand and not frozen out of a box. Iced tea very refreshing. Filet mignon plate is also very good

Wanted to find a local Pho place and this place blew it out of the water! Service is quick, the pho is amazing and the prices are reasonable. Unlike most pho places that have bland chicken pho, this place actually seasons their chicken! The chow Mein is also amazing

2022 and still my favorite PHO! My go to place for pho! They have pretty chill servers. And you won't find hair or be rushed to eat like in Blue Lotus. Been going here for years!!!

My inaugural visit to this Vietnamese Pho restaurant left me thoroughly impressed. The beef soup they serve is simply extraordinary, and I'm already looking forward to returning. Moreover, their service was remarkably swift and attentive—surpassing my expectations. Thank u so much this definitely made my day!! 😊

I come here all the time and I am never disappointed. Their egg rolls and spring rolls are delicious. I love their bun, and their pho is amazing. However, this time I ordered the shrimp and egg noodle soup which did not let me down. Their bone broth is so well made that you don't need to add any condiments. If you haven't already eaten here, please do.

My family and I come here at least 2 times a month. Sometimes I take it to go and the portions is exactly the same as their sit down. We love coming here for their Soups. Their broth is awesome. I Usually get the Large #1 and share with my kids since they don't usually have a big appetite. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with the Saigon Bistro. I love Vietnamese " Pho"(rice noodles soup with shrimp) then added plenty of vegetables on top of the soup. Finally, you can sprinkle the Asian hot sauce. They are amazingly delicious rice noodle soups! All the employees were attentive, friendly& helpful to the customers. If you like Asian foods, I would like to recommend the " Saigon Bistro".

10/10 If you want Authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go in South Bay area. I got the Vermicelli Special and the noodle was on point and pork/shrimp was cooked to perfection. Their sauce is realllyy goood :) They are doing Take out and Dine-out. Go check them out hehe

Egg roll was crispy and pretty good! There was no wait, but it seemed this place is popular given it was crowded for Monday lunch. There’re a plenty of parking spots.

I had a great lunch today at Saigon Bistro with my parents. Their Pho was one of the best we’ve had in Los Angeles. Very clean environment and good service! We are glad that we found this place, and will definitely be back.

I always enjoy having an extra large no 1 which is a large bowl but with extra everything by a half portion more of extra and there egg rolls are good not too dry or oily and the spam rolls are good enough not to have soy sauce with them and there not dry but just right there pho is traditional and extremely good enough not needed to add anything extra sauce to it if you do only add a little bit but I come here every once every week so and the parking in good just only one handicapped spot but all the spaces or most of them are near the door. You will enjoy having pho here as much as I do and they can modify each dish to how you like it as well.

Simple, homey Vietnamese restaurant. The food is delicious, very affordable. The broth is clean tasting without the extra fat. Generous portions and vegetables are all fresh and highy quality meats. Service is warm and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

Loved my Meat and tendent Pho, extra herbs. I got a small big enough for two. I was able to eat half very filling. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were awesome. just tge right size. This is my next go to soup spot.

Delicious pho!! The pork sandwich was good but not the bahn mi we were looking for (go to little house of Mary for that). I liked the crunchy bread and the pork was super flavorful. The ambiance was super casual and they have 3 flat screen tv's playing instead of music so if your date is easily distracted, beware. 😊

I was a bit disappointed with the takeout portions my bf got for me. He got us 4 soups and all were half bowls. 3 pieces of meats.. It seems wayyyyy much less meats than the last time I’ve been here. I know Years ago but I don’t live in South Bay anymore. Still clean broths, but not filling.

Food is just “okay.” Service to a what you would expect at a pho place. They charge a 2.5% fee (yes, you read correctly!) should you choose to use your credit card. It gets really hot in here so dress appropriately! Lots of parking available.

J
Jason Naglic

Cheap prices and the Pho is decent, good portions. The rolls are pretty gross though and it's not in a good location. They have TVs all placed in convenient spots so no matter where you sit, you can watch while you eat. Spacious dining area.

G
GH Iv

Everything was great until we were paying. They charge a credit card fee ☹️ their reason for that? Credit card processing company charges them, who doesn't pay those fees 😆 Even Amazon pay the fees, it's a poor decision by the ownership, they are not as busy as they used to, could that be the reason 🤔 We are definitely going elsewhere next time we have PHO.

This place is just average. For some reason, it’s very difficult to get good bang for your buck, delicious Vietnamese food in the South Bay. This place is average to decent in comparison to some other places in the South Bay, but if you compare to OC or other areas, this place just doesn’t compare. Parking is easy with large shared lot off busy Carson St. the place is nice and well kept. Staff is very friendly. We were waiting for our to go order and the staff offered us water on multiple occasions. It’s a nice place to enjoy a meal Price to food ratio is a bit off. Prices are on the higher end for what you get in terms of proteins. For to go pho, you can only order a large or the XL. I was expecting a good portion of meat for a combo, but that wasn’t the case. Proteins, onions, cilantro are packed into one container. Bean sprouts and basil separate Also got the shredded pork and grilled pork vermicelli. Disappointing amount of pork for the prices. Flavors are fine and this place can satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings to some degree, but it left me wanting more. I may just be used to the large portion, good bang for your back, satisfying Vietnamese food in other parts of SoCal

P
Paul T.

Well, the foods are normal but not bad. The size is a bit small even though I ordered the larger size.

If you like a thick and more savory taste, this is not the place to go. Overall, it is good enough if you are desperately looking for a Vietnamese noodle and don't want to drive around. One thing to remember is that this place charges for using non-cash payment. The total cost on the receipt was different than the total cost when I had to sign for the receipt from the credit card machine. The employees don't notify you why there is a difference. Ensure that you carefully review the receipt before and after you pay

This place was one of my favorite pho restaurants in Torrance, but not any more. Yet it’s taste remains the same, I have many things to complain: 1) bad service, no water in the first three minutes, and no help in rearranging chairs to get a spot for a high chair; 2) bad environment, at least five flies flying around my table; 3) poor value for money, a reduced size bowl with an increased price (~$15/pho after tax) and 4) ridiculously cash discount rule — 3% surcharge if you don’t pay in cash.

The service was terrible. The waitress almost hit me in the face with the menu but hey accidents happen right? Then the guy that brought our food out to us completely ignored us when we requested extra limes. He looked at us and walked away and never came back. The food was terrible. Maybe we should of gotten the chicken Pho cause I've read the reviews here and I think that's probably the only good thing they have. Even the Thai tea was "eh." I definitely will not be returning.

The place is disgusting. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Clean your table condiments. I stayed for all the good reviews about the food. Bathroom is disgusting. Bathroom desperately needs to be remodeled, clean whatever that catcher is on the bathroom floor. People put cigarettes buds there and it was full. I've seen better bathroom at a gas station. The food was ok. The rest your going to have to see for yourself

This is for take out. I am really disappointed. I drove 15-20 mins out of my way. I called and specifically asked for extra hoisin and sriracha over the phone for my to go, for my large pho and rolls. They literally gave me 3 packets. I'm really upset, when I called back they only apologized and tried to blame the guy who ordered the phone. Not only was the order $21 I also tipped generously in cash to be disappointed. Nice time check your bag before you leave!

Looking for options near work for Vietnamese cuisine. Read several recent reviews that provided favorable marks, but all start out sounding like an excuse. Flavor not as deep, portion size too small for cost. But satisfactory for area!?! The area most have a very low standard. After ordering an appetizer, soup, and rice dish I can only say that I will not return. The foundation of Pho is flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. The herbs and Vegs were far from fresh and the broth was bland and murky . The meat dish was dry, tough and lacked seasoning. I can only suspect that it was prepared previously and either hot held or rewarmed. Patronizing restaurants is for the purpose of attaining freshly cooked meals. Not to pay for rewarmed leftovers. Very disappointed! Please do not include this establishment as a representation of this area.

if I could put a 0 I would, the food was great but when I was finishing my pho I looked closely and saw 6 FLIES??! it was absolutely disgusting, lost my appetite and definitely would not go again. and when I told the ladies who were working there they all just said, “oh sorry” excuse me? and they said that it might be the noodles which is ridiculous, the customer service wasn’t very good either. they were rude, didn’t say much to me. I knew they spoke English too because they were talking in English to other people. please watch out for BUGS in your food.
