Sharp Specialty Coffee is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Los Angeles. I ordered a latte during my visit, and I could instantly tell the difference that sets this specialty café apart from the rest. The rich, smooth flavor and expert crafting of the drink were evident with every sip. The cozy, quiet ambiance offers the perfect backdrop for studying or working, complemented by industrial-themed decor that gives it a unique touch. I loved that the space is dog-friendly, welcoming both two and four-legged visitors with open arms. Although parking can be a bit tricky, the exceptional quality of their beverages and the warm, friendly service make Sharp Specialty Coffee a must-visit spot for anyone passionate about coffee.
My coffee was just ok, but my sis' mocha latte was pretty good, Avocado toast was very plain, i think it didn't add any salt or black pepper, but the food was very fresh. It's a dog-friendly cafe, the vibe is chill, they provide wifi so you can bring your dog friend here enjoy afternoon.
Good location with plenty of sitting space. The coffee was delicious. I'd normally go for a cortado but this time decided to go for a capuccino. This was a perfect choice; interesting ratio of espresso and milk which makes it close to a "soft" cortado. The size is also an interesting thing since it's noticeably smaller than other coffee shops; mainly due to the amount of steamed milk and foam. Serving skills were top. Also had a croissant which was heated. Seemed fresh and good quality. Definitely recommend.
Super cute, chill, relaxing interior. Plenty of seating, and low-key workspace. Service was friendly fast and warm. Coffee is fantastic, comparable to Phil’s. planning to come back when I need a workspace out of the house.
This is a very chill place to get coffee. When we went there, their were lot of people working and studying they. It's very quiet and quaint with nice interior. Must visit and highly recommended
I really like the place! They are generous providing wifi, outlets and restroom for free towards its customers. Many people enjoy working at this place, and so did I :) You should try and spend sometime here. They have cool industrial-feel coffee shop The coffee is good. I like their honey cinnamon latte.

Their iced mint matcha is really good and tastes like a thin mint Girl Scout cookie. Perfect place to work out of. Good WiFi, ample seating and outlets.
Definitely a proper coffee shop… I’m a total coffee snob and they make delicious espresso drinks! The staff are friendly and the only time my drink was wrong they immediately & kindly remade it… It’s my favorite neighborhood coffee shop!
I have been here for years as a local. It is the most reliable coffee shop in the area in my opinions. The coffee is always delicious, the atmosphere is perfect for working, and the vibe is relaxing. Occasionally, you can hang and chat here but I feel it is more compatible for getting work done. I have never heard loud music in Sharp. Highly recommend!

Stayed here to study with some friends, and it was a great place to study and socialize over some pastries and great tasting coffee. It was also very clean and organized 👌 And had charging ports ! Which is rare for cafes in LA. Very reliable. Personally had a Carmael Spice Iced Lattee
Their Honey Cinnamon Latte was very tasty and well balanced. I could still taste the nuttiness and acidity of the beans with just the right amount of sweetness from the added ingredients to elevate it. I didn’t care too much for the muffin I got but maybe I’ll try a different pastry next time. Plenty of seating throughout the cafe. Really nice chill and spacious cafe in Ktown that I wouldn’t mind popping into again. The quiet vibes really give off a work/study feel to the cafe which is perfect for me to focus and relax in. Despite how it can be a pain to find parking just to get here (it’s all street meters) I would be down to come back again.
Really great place to catch up on some work - spacious seating with outlets!!! Also a great place to catch up with friends. The pastries are humongous and look super fresh. I got a matcha muffin, their avocado toast (thickest avo toast ever) and the matcha latte with almond milk - it was sweet and I enjoyed it. The food overall isn’t bad and definitely comparable to your typical coffee shop in ktown food; good. I like the vibe of the coffee shop, parking is just a bit tough so you’ll have to drive around a bit sometimes around the block. the employees are also so nice. I ordered the muffin wrong and they gave me a blueberry vanilla muffin instead of the matcha but they were so sweet and accommodating and ended up changing up the muffin for me. I like the ambience — it’s not crowded on a Saturday morning and it’s definitely a great place to work and to think. Would come back to work again!!
One of the best cafes to come work if you’re looking for WiFi and good charging options. Plenty of seats and tables with acrylic dividers. Plenty of outlets and a restroom to use. One thing is if you’re there to hangout or chat, so many people are there working, you feel out of place. There are bar options which unofficially feels like it’s the place where people would sit to chat. Cafe is otherwise quiet except for the music they play. Drinks are good but overpriced. I loved my strawberry latte drink which tasted amazing. Would come again for the drink. They also offer food option, small menu of 3 simple items but did not try as they were super overpriced. Staff is indifferent with their service but don’t bother you if you stay there to work. Dog friendly!
Tl; Dr Great vibe with great coffee! It looks like I visited during busy hours. Service was bit slow and it was noisy inside. But I could see this place being a really good place to get your work done as they have super nice vibe! If you dont know what to get, make sure to get their ice Vanilla latte. It's sweet enough for people like me who haven't acquired coffee taste to enjoy.

Basic standard modern coffee shop where Gen z and younger millennials are studying/working, service is fine, coffee is just coffee, it's not winning any awards. For this reason I think it's overpriced. (7$) For regular size cup.

Another finding in Ktown, with tricky parking given it is located right by the main road. The place has more dim lighting that I thought but still quite accommodating space for working with plenty of seats and some power outlets. I arrived mid afternoon and they only had very few pastries left on the showcase. Initially, I was eyeing their taiyaki, which was disappointingly not available as the machine was down. I ended up getting the chocolate custard muffin, which wasn't my favorite not to say it's bad but just not wow. As per the barista's recommendation, I tried the Spanish latte, which was interestingly served with not only cinnamon powder, but also cinnamon stick inside the cup. I loved that I could feel the cinnamon hint but just at the right extent that it was not overpowering the entire coffee taste. It was a bit too sweet vs my preference, but overall I was still enjoying it. I wouldn't say this would be my favorite place to go, but surely could be an option when being around the area.
Sharp is a classic Ktown cafe neighbored by many Ktown cafes. I got an iced latte, and their coffee is chocolatey and smoky but a little watery. I can’t tell if that’s the nature of the espresso or if they use 2% milk. The barista was very friendly and let me take my time to go through the menu, although in hindsight I probably should’ve tried the cold brew because they seem to be more well-known for that. They’re also known for being extremely studyable, although the non-picnic tables are stupid high compared to the chairs and it’s a little too dark. They have lots of outlets and tables, though.
Decent cafe, but doesn’t quite seem up to par with other Ktown cafes. While the coffee is good, there’s nothing unique on the menu. Decent amount of space, but nothing special. Seems like it’s good for studying, but if you’re going to be there for a long time there’s the topic of parking. There’s a paid parking structure in the building. If you get there in the morning it seems like there isn’t a parking attendant, so it’s free. Overall, a fine option if you’re in the area, but maybe not worth a special stop.

Quick to the point, they took away seating, cut hours, and I suspect they changed their coffee. I know businesses are adapting to the recession, however at the very least the searing should remain the same. It feels unwelcoming. I'm not sure what has changed about the coffee but the quality has dropped. At least fixing the seating will change my rating to a 4star.

I love their coffee and frequent this shop so i wish i could give 5 stars but my most recent visit was disappointing. The young lady working had a very bad cough and was handling my coffee and others while coughing without covering her mouth. I stayed in the shop for about an hour while i worked and she proceeded to cough without covering handling customers orders at the same time. This employee proceeded to play with her hair without washing her hands and her cough got so bad she even stood up and spit in the trashcan out in the open. I left after this, it is cold and flu season. If employees are sick they need to stay home and not be handling customers food and drink orders without masks and gloves if they insist on coming to work while symptomatic and sick. I want to visit again because the coffee is strong creamy and delicious but i really hope they can be better about sanitation and putting customers at risk by spreading germs during cold and flu season.

The front desk waitress had an awful attitude. She didn’t bother to explain the coffee, acted annoyed the entire time, and made the whole experience unpleasant. It honestly felt like she was upset about having to work on Labor Day and decided to take it out on the customers instead. If staff can’t handle being polite and professional, maybe they shouldn’t be the ones greeting people.
