Excellent service. Excellent food. Call ahead for to go orders if you are in a rush. Very vegetarian friendly. I love their Chinese broccoli with garlic. Their Jungle Curry with tofu is very delicious. Their white rice is tasty and great quality grain. I have been coming here enough to be able to identify their rice from other places. Lol. I have been experiencing health issues and their food is very comforting and brings me back to life. This Mexican considers it an alternative to my mom’s cooking. The staff makes this place stand out immediately as they are very family friendly and are attentive to guests.💞💞💞🫶🏾😭⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was delicious but not as good as my original spot down the street with the V. But it was close to it. Be careful on the chili because it is hot going in and worst going out. Had the soup. Which was great and big portion. The Chowmein was good as well and not to greasy. The fried rice was really really good and the Thai Tea did not disappoint. If your in the area or if your usual spot has a long line. Try this place out. You will not be disappointed.

A plus factor is they have a very large parking lot. Went there during dinner rush and as happy as I was that business is thriving, my selfish self was not as it took a long time for my orders to arrive and they were more than 10 minutes apart. They were still delicious though. I highly recommend this place.

Yai isn't the most super-authentic Thai food you'll find, but it really hits the spot if you're looking for a casual place to fill up after a long day. Generous seating, and huge portions make this place a solid bet. I asked for "Thai spicy" on the spice level, but it wasn't really that hot. So for those of sensitive tongues, you should not have a problem here. I ordered the BBQ duck Curry, and was pleasantly surprised by the heaping amounts of thickly cut duck and TONS of Thai Basil (they don't skimp on the Thai Basil!) Swimming in a sea of peanut sauce and coconut milk. MmmMmmMmm. There is a small upcharge for extra rice, and it isn't Thai style sticky rice, but you get plenty of it. Great place to bring the family.

This is the second time that I ended up at Yai's. It was just by chance. I was hungry and in the neighborhood and for some reason it always stood out from all the other choices in the neighborhood. The food was decent. Nothing really special but it hits the spot.

OK, I’ve been hesitating to do this review for years but today is the day the food is good. The service is OK but they recently changed the portion size and raised the price. Also ,they’re very stingy with condiments if someone is paying almost $20 for fried rice I think they should be able to get as much hot sauce as they want .The young lady with the short haircut nasty rapport. I’m not sure why but she definitely never wants to give extra hot sauce.

OK, I’ve been hesitating to do this review for years but today is the day the food is good. The service is OK but they recently changed the portion size and raised the price. Also ,they’re very stingy with condiments if someone is paying almost $20 for fried rice I think they should be able to get as much hot sauce as they want .The young lady with the short haircut nasty rapport. My friends kept complaining about the food, but honestly, I felt it was OK. I don't know what Authentic Thai food tastes like, but I felt the dishes I ordered were definitely more influenced by neighboring regions. The Fried Rice and Paht Kee Mao were stir-fried right. Not super oily, so that seasoned Wok flavor was there. On point! I mean, I couldn't complain.

This was one of our favorite places for Thai food when in the area, it was my wife, our 4 year old daughter, and myself, and sat next to a family and obviously we had separate checks, but when it came time for us to pay we were charge an automatic 18% service fee, because we sat next to another group, how does this make sense they paid for their food we paid for ours and yet the restaurant stuck us with a service fee. Very disappointed and confused. Sorry, but you just lost a very good customer, and we'll make sure to tell others not to go there, or you'll be charged an automatic service fee of 18% on top of your bill

Today I was not only over charged for a mistake the waitress made, but was also given terrible service from the woman with a bowl cut. Sorry but I don't want her any where near me again. Very bad vibe from bowl cut. She was not paying attention to her job. So Vai's I can not visit you again, she ruined my visit.

When we arrived with his service dog, the staff immediately denied us service and walked away, leaving us standing at the entrance while completely ignoring us. We waited, hoping someone would come back and do the right thing, but they never did l, so we finally seated ourselves. Only then did they decide to serve us. This was not a misunderstanding; it’s a repeated pattern of discrimination. My boyfriend’s dog is a trained service animal, protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Denying service to someone because of their service dog is illegal and deeply disrespectful. We truly hoped they would have learned from the first incident, but clearly, nothing has changed. I hope management takes responsibility and properly trains their staff on ADA compliance and basic respect for people with disabilities.

I was livid the way she reacted uou would think I let him pull out his diaper and sprinkle pee everywhere .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this location for a while till just recently when customer service started becoming extremely rude and very shady. Every time I come to this restaurant there’s this lady with a bowl haircut that is rude whenever you ask her for assistance. It started when me when my mother in law came to this location and they charged her a service fee of $20 and when she paid for it she saw in the receipt and when she told them about it they just said “sorry for the charge it was a mistake in the system but we won’t be able to refund you” and there were many times this happened when that short lady with a bowl haircut would happen. The last straw was when we had placed an order for our food and they maid the mistake of not putting an order for my BBQ beef. When I asked politely if they knew how long the order for the beef was gonna take they said they didn’t put it in but they’ll bring out. We finished eating and waited for about 20min after we finished but nothing came out so when I went to ask the short lady with the bowl hair cut she said “you have to wait since you just ordered.” In a very rude tone. I was shocked but kept it cool and politely asked do you know an estimated time. She said no “I don’t know it’s gonna take a long time go sit down”basically screaming at me. I just said okay I just want to cancel it thank you and just sat down waiting for the recipe to pay and leave. When they bring the food and I said no I canceled it because she said it was gonna take a long time. Then she came back and told me to confront me about the food I told her she was being rude the way she was talking to us and she said “well if you don’t like it leave and don’t come back just pay and leave” she even put her hands together and told us to never come back and to leave humiliating us and herself the way she was acting. If you guys to come here be careful with the short lady with the bowl hair cut because she puts fees in your recipe or she’ll blow up on you if you ask for help.
