My family of 7 were traveling home from Disneyland on our way to Washington and stopped at chili's for dinner. After a long day of traveling our server Lizette Rubalcaba was extremely AMAZING!!! she was extremely attentive and perfectly personable, she made our dinner very enjoyable and having 5 kids who were cramped in the car all day made it very fun and easy for everyone to order. She checked on us consistently and we never had to ask for anything because she was already on it before we could , the food was great and she made our vist extra special

My Wife and I dined here on 4/21/23 for dinner and our waitress was excellent and very friendly (wish I knew her name). Our food was great too. We ordered the new baked seafood pasta and the ranch burger and a skillet cookie dessert, if that helps in identifying the waitress, so management/she can know she was very appreciated.

Curbside orders are always on time, food is always fresh and delicious. The chips & guacamole are the best in town, thin, light & crispy always, and fresh avocados perfectly ripened. Prices are reasonable for the hearty portions. Best restaurant in town in my opinion for dining in or pick-up. They have a nice variety on the menu which is a little of everything ,Mexican dishes, bbq plates, steaks & burgers, chicken & salads, soups delicious cocktails as well. Ok, my husband and I stop at this location on our way from Chowchilla to do our Walmart Pickup order; a little “treat yo’ self” moment. The service is always amazing!!! The food is always on point. It’s cheap, and that’s hard to say these days. Sometimes we all just need a triple dipper or some chips and salsa. Love love love this location!

We went for early dinner a couple times. Not crowded, clean and sports are on the multiple TVs. Adult drinks are quality. We both had different things each time. Ribs, apps, salads,. Mash potatoes are the best! Funny, the Chili was the worst thing we tried. Good flavor, just too salty. Ill try it again. Recommend this place.

Average restaurant, decent food. Causal pace to eat, and have a relaxing time. Sports bar, friendly staff, food orders to go if you like, great mixed drinks! Love the fries and bacon cheeseburgers. So good. As for a goods steak, better off buying one and cooking it yourself, you'll get more for the money and more than likely a better piece of meat.

Changing table in the women’s restroom was clean and secure, but there is no changing table in the men’s restroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, service was great, and food was delicious.

I recently ordered catering for a corporate lunch from Chili’s, totaling about $600. From the start, the manager, Anthony, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even arranged for employees to come in early to make sure our 11 AM pickup time was met without any issues. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to communicate and ensure I felt taken care of. When my order was ready, they didn’t just stop there—they helped me carry everything to my vehicle and load it up, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was delicious, and the whole experience was outstanding. I’ll definitely be using Chili’s again for my next big catering event. Great job to the whole team at Chili’s!

first time having chili's and got the chicken crispers combo. the white cheddar mac and cheese was so amazing. i don't know too many restaurants that would sell that but i'm glad chili's does. too bad i wasn't 21 when i went cause all the drinks look so yummy and sweet. it took a little bit of time to get seated cause it was on a friday.

This is our second time at the Chili’s and our second time getting Lisette as our server she is the best always on top of everything. She Made sure we have drinks boxes food, dips etc. and is very kind and has a good attitude . She is the best server to have. Chilis is very lucky to have a server like her. She makes the restaurant 10 times better

We were driving all the way from Los Angeles on the I-5, hungry and ready for a break. Normally, this is the part of the trip where everyone pulls over for the usual McDonald’s, Starbucks, or Subway. But we decided to make a little detour into Los Baños and wow, it was SO worth it! From the moment we walked in, Jacki (our hostess) made us feel welcome. She found us a quiet table, brought us a milk on the house, and set the tone for a relaxed meal. Then came Kimberli, our amazing server, who checked on us three or four times despite the place being packed. Midway through, we decided the honey chipotle sauce on our chicken crispers wasn’t what we were in the mood for, and they brought us fresh ones, free of charge! The food? Absolutely spot-on. We loved the carne asada, shrimp, and chicken in the Fajitas Trio: perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and so filling. We even treated ourselves to a Mini Molten dessert to finish things off, and yes… it was just as indulgent as it sounds. What was supposed to be a quick highway pit stop turned into one of the highlights of our drive. Huge thanks to Jacki and Kimberli for making us feel so cared for! You turned a road trip meal into a memory.

This Chili's has the atmosphere and up-beat, friendly staff & management that they want to be known for. When my wife, my 6yr old girl & I went there a few days ago, I prefered a booth/table by the multiple sports on tv. Don't worry that its near the bar. It is family/child appropriate. All the games on their Kiosk kept us all enjoying ourselves throughout our visit. And of course, the food was plenty satisfying👬👯👍

This chili's like most always deliver on the consistant signature dishes flavors....Awsome soup. Only thing is the outside dining a bit windy and cold and not very much seating. But service was good and food was equal parts delightful!!

Excellent place to catch the games and hang for a while. Happy Hour deals are great. Staff is cool. Think the shift manager should walk around and greet the patrons (sometime during his/her shift) like they do in other places.

Went there for my birthday lunch. I go there every year for my birthday in fact. Call it my birthday tradition. The waitress was helpful and nice. She made sure we were satisfied and happy with our lunch, and was accommodating to our special order. Since two of our party was doing keto diet. Overall, the food was great, the service was great. The atmosphere was great. We will always go to chili's for my birthday.

it looks really nice in here and has good food. i got the chicken strips with fries and mac and cheese and it was so yummy. it sucked not being able to take an alcoholic drink we wanted to order to go because of safety reasons even though we weren't driving but the drink we had while we ate was still really good.

Went during 2016 Baseball playoffs, our waiter was nice but not very efficient. Never came back to ask for refills. They have a new system (new to me) where you pay with your card at your table using a screen deal. Didn't really like it cause it seems to make you add the tip with it. We had cash on hand for the tip but couldn't figure out how to leave no tip on the screen if there was a way. The food was just okay. The chips were way too salty and our ribs came out cold and the fries are, meh... probably won't be going back anytime soon

The food was good, but the service so-so. We never seemed to know if our server was coming back to us or trying to avoid us. Lots of un-bussed tables on a slow night. Hostess seemed to want to pack us in next to all the other tables. We got a little more room only because the table she walked up to with us was dirty.

The food was a little better than okay, the service was good. I guess the bartender was better at opening beer bottles and making Margaritas than making a Martin's. X There should be a bartender and drink category.

The food was okay can't complain. The service could have been better. Especially if you're sitting at the bar, and it wasn't just me who wasn't being attended to. I noticed that some of the folks sitting at the bar weren't asked if they were ok or wanted to order. I had to ask if I could place my order, and then having to flag down the bartender to refill my drink. All this took place before a couple of girls showed up and had to wait to get their drinks and then ask if they could place a food order. I mean I'd go back if I had to, but I could go without having to. Then again this was my experience.

I would have gone with 5-stars because the food was accurate (for the most part), the food was delicious and the quick accomodations. Unfortunately our waitress didn't seem to be as excited to be there as we were. Admittedly, we were a party of 8 barely eating after a long morning attending a funeral so we were cracking a lot of jokes trying to cheer each other up. Initially we were at a table that sat all of us shoulder to shoulder but when my uncle showed up to lunch he pointed out that we didn't have enough room, and he was right. He asked if we could be moved to a larger table and we were easily accomodated. Our waitress didn't bother to introduce herself and for whatever reason she wasn't friendly at all (we were trying to figure out if we had said or done something to agitate her the whole time we were at the restaurant). When she was taking down everyone's order for food she just stared at us not bothering to speak to us. Refills on drinks wasn't offered and we had to ask for them. Everytime one of us said 'thank you' (for extra napkins, our food, etc.) she didn't bother saying anything and just turned away. Every time she came to the table for anything she was near immediately trying to run off leading us to have to call her back or wait until she came back. Her attitude wasn't my biggest issue but the fact that she didn't bother picking up any of the empty plates from the table. We ended up having to use the extra space at the end of the table to stack all of our empty plates ourselves. Thank goodness we moved tables otherwise we would have had a problem. After we stacked the plates she didn't acknowledge what we had done because she couldn't be bothered to clear the table. Instead the dishes sat stacked at the end of the table THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE SEATED. Despite her attitude and impatience the food was really good. My uncle's drink order was never right and my steak was over cooked but we decided it wasn't a big deal and just try to enjoy the day and time with the family. If possible I would oder take out or just be attentive to your waitress. I've never had an issue with the waitresses at this location so I think you'll have a 5-star experience with anyone else. I'm not sure what the waitresses issue was with us (or whatever she was dealing with) but it's definitely something our whole group felt the entire time.

The service is a really slow. Don't stop unless you have a couple of hours to spare. With that said the food is served hot and made to order. The alcohol drinks aren't bad. There are lots of delicious options to choose from. Steaks, seafoods, fajitas, burgers, and light lots of light options too. It's a fun and well lit family atmosphere.

The bartender staff on 8/4/23 was lack luster at 9-9:30. I've been here "A- lot" and this was by far the worst. Lack of attention and follow up was absent. No smiles, no thank you's. My lunch experience with this place is much better. I will rethink my choice of expenditures.

Usually I have a great experience at Chili’s but this time was different. The place was packed and instead of giving us the large booth requested they decided to put two tables together in the oddest position and made us feel very uncomfortable because we were blocking the walk way. They were to anxious on making money that they didn’t think about how uncomfortable we would be. Waiter was very forgetful and needs more training on taking orders.

Worst margarita I ever had. Service was so so, but the sirloin steak was really good and cooked a perfect medium rare.

The service/waitress & hostess were very nice. Unfortunately I ordered shrimp tacos for my meal and they were dripping and horrible. My son traded me his sliders and fries which were good but my son couldnt eat the tacos either. My kids had taken me for my birthday dinner so I felt bad. The waitress offered to bring something else but we were pretty much done at the point. They could have taken it off the bill.

Chili's is ok. Nothing special, ok food, ok service and ended up spending more than I wanted due to their server being down and I couldn't sign up to get the chips and salsa for free as was told to me several times. They still charged even after saying their server was down for their at the table kiosks.

The food and service here are sub-par compared to other locations. Cold food, wrong ingredients, food made wrong. Service is sooooooooo slow and they rarely come back to check up on you. I included a photo of my veggie fajitas which are pretty much the only decent thing I order there.

BBQ ribs are always mid they drenched them in bbq sauce thinking it would mask the flavor of the broiled ribs. They were super dry , the corn was probably the best tasting item. The only reason I didn’t complain was because I was with my brother and he begged me not to. Good drinks 🍸🍹

Usually better! I think they were understaffed. My steak had no taste other than the salt and pepper I added, the waitress only came by after we were finished and forget our drink. They dropped a ladies plate and didnt bring another one while we were there.

Was seated to a very sticky table. Was waited on quickly served drinks quickly as well. We both ordered Cajun chicken pasta with side salads. Salad was nicely made thou h h salad mix was not crisp. The pasta was also nicely presented but the chicken was rubbery lacking in chicken flavor. The sauce did not have flavor in fact it tasted like a white Mac and cheese sauce. Seriously it was so bad I only are a fifth of the dinner Good luck

Disappointed with there service. No Drinks were served until about 30 minutes. Took an hour to get food and they were out of what we ordered 3 times. They weren't extremely busy. Employees just slackin off. The lady at the bar was the most helpful and it wasn't even her area. Should have stayed home.

I order from here quite often due to it being down the street from my house and I work long hours. Unfortunately, my 2 year old got food poisoning for the first time from the cheesy chicken pasta :( and a side of mashed potatoes. I’m really sad because now I’m too scared to come back and it’ll definitely take awhile to trust this place again. The staff is pretty nice though.

We love Chili's...most of them. Our orders ran the gamut from burgers to chicken strips to salads and soup. Fries tasted stale and reheated; waitress misrepresented some dishes, we watched as she talked to the manager and the manager just laughed, didn't offer to make things right; some orders were delivered late enough that some in our group were just about finished eating despite waiting for all orders to be filled before eating. Don't know if this is typical for this Chili's location, but it was all quite disappointing.

So happy that they had WIFI!! We loved our server, and the soups are good! I like the prices for the food too, not too expensive! The options for many different plates are awesome to see.

I love Chili's always has great food and service no matter where we travel too, but this chili's was not up to par. I don't mind waiting for a meal at all, but when you wait, you expect a good meal, which I did not get. There was black stuff on my broccoli and the oiliest chicken strip ever. The service was all over the place, and they were not understaffed or busy at all. So when you order a cheesecake, and after 30 minutes, your waitress and another waitor come and ask multiple time o did you get your cheesecake you finally get feed up and ask for you check and leave with out it even though you paid for it.

We sat I the bar area and the server was too bus to provide quality service. The good was mediocre. She took our drink order w/o allowing is to completely look at the menu(about 2mins in). It caused is to miss out on the 2 for $25 special which she was unapologetic about. Overall, I was underwhelmed!

We ordered a medium rare steak and got well done steaks. We had to send them back to get fixed. The server was great. Just the cooks need to be better.

Well first of all their complimentary "chips and salsa" are not complimentary anymore which is too bad because their tortilla chips are so light and tasty it's one of the best parts of going there. I keep ordering the fajita trio but I just do not care for their rice and beans whatsoever. The margarita I ordered for like $11.00 was like two sips and the rest ice. It is getting harder and harder to justify going there anymore. If I do go I'll probably just order a burger and if I want a drink I'll order a shot or two at the bar. Overall a very underwhelming experience and waste of hard earned money. I wish them the very best. I would like to add that the fried mozzarella sticks were really good.

Terrible service. I have eaten here a couple of times and it was just fine like most of these type of chain restaurants. Last time we went on vacation, we had to stop through here, and of course we know what the food tastes like... It's Chili's... which was the point of stopping there and not another random restaurant. When we arrived we were seated right away and we got our drinks decently quickly. And that is where the good service ends. Our appetizers were not brought out at the same time (about 5-7 minutes apart) when there were 5 of us and it wasn't like they brought out two at a time it was one after another 5-7 minutes apart. After appetizers, we were expecting food but did not get it for another 15 minutes. When they finally decided to grace us with the food we had ordered, the server decided that she was going to hand my girlfriend a flaming hot plate without saying that it was hot and then BARELY apologized and acted like it was my girlfriends fault for not realizing that the plates temp was damn near the surface of the sun. I realize this is not the normal service which is why the one star is for ALL the times I have been there. Do yourself a favor and skip chilis, there are better places to eat in los banos. Oh, and just to be clear, they were not busy, this was at 8pm on a thursday evening with maybe 30% occupancy filled.

I called in asking weather they had a long wait time for 5 and a toddler, spoke to a gal by the name of Maria. She told me there was not wait, it was not busy at all and we'd be seated right away. I was about a block away when I called and arrived within about 2 minutes to find the place very busy and was told that the wait time was 30-40 minutes.... I really don't like the fact that they lied to me just to get me in the door. Bad business ethics. To top it off I called them after I walked outside just to see what they would say the wait was, Maria picked up again and told me that they had no wait!!!!

Really slow service. Forgot my garlic bread, sausage was cold and had to ask manager to get water that tool 30 mins to get to us. Manager gave us a discount. But waitress was very slow again with getting are ticket and even slower getting are change. Sorry Chili grill but your waitress performance results in your one star. Won't see us there again....... Applebee's here we come..

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Chili’s! Walked in and waited to be seated and wandered to the bar for a high top table. Was informed the area was closed. Seated at a booth and treated like an after thought. Took forever to order, wasn’t informed of last call an hour before closing time and was served sub par food. Went to Chili’s for the dependable menu and beverages, left disappointed.

The server and manager refused to sell beer without an ID. Good job, but a sudden change in policy. Been coming here since it opened 10 or more years ago. Never asked for my ID. I'm 50, I look my age or older! Cmon man!

Today was the first time i have ever been to Chili's and I was very disappointed. My wife is pregnant and her cravings was Chili's we sat down for 20 mins with no kind of help. We called to complain and the manager is gonna send us some coupons through mail. That was very nice of her but i hope next time our experience is better than that.

The food is either really good or really bad. Most recently my child’s food tasted of mold. Instead of acting surprised when we told them we would not be paying for the meal that was clearly unsafe to eat they acted as if that wasn’t the first time they’d been told that. 🤢 I’ll try again in 6 months when it’s under new management again.

My visit was not pleasant at all. We had stopped for dinner coming from a trip from Santa Cruz and this location was on our way home. We have previously visited other Chili’s locations and had good customer service. My bf ordered coffee it was cold. I know Weather is hot and it was 7pm so they probably dont serve it much but it didn’t have to be cold especially for the amount of time it took to get it. Then I had to ask for a refill for my sons drink. I am also a rewards member and they did not give me my choice of free drink or chips with salsa. On my way out the hoist didn’t even acknowledge us. I am very disappointed!

I never really had bad customer service problems and I only been to chili's 4 times with family or just to have some appetizers and drinks. Or I'll just share with my husband because the food here is not the best. I was here with a party of 10 spent more than $300 I don't care about paying at all. But wish the food didn't make me sick. Previous time my in-law got sick from a chicken salad. I ordered the "SHRIMP SALAD" didn't finished it so took it home they tasted a bit weird but didn't think much of it. Middle of the night throwing up and bad stomach pain w/Dia$&@?. Never eating here again

Came in today for lunch. 11/12/19 not a lot of people which was great. Food was great however, the waitress is a whole other story. She was very rude, rushed us, didn’t even ask what our child wanted to drink from the kids menu nor did she even bring a high chair for our toddler😒until we finally asked someone to bring one 10 minutes later. She was Extremely unprofessional, lack of courtesy, didn’t bother coming back to see if we would like refills UNTIL we were done eating. We would definitely go back but ask for a different waitress next time.

My pasta noodles were over cooked they were flat not like original penne the chicken was undercooked the sauce was thick like reheat not fresh at all nor was it hot the queso was also reheated and not hot staff was friendly and attentive I did not wait long

I brought my daughter here for dinner and just got nothing but bad vibes from the waitress, just a feeling of absolute negativity and unwelcome .I guess we're on that feminist bs here. I tip as much as I can to anyone who doesn't treat me and my daughter like trash! It must be your policy to treat single fathers in such a terrible way.

There was long black hairs in my food! I was conservative, & polite in the form I addressed it (not wanting to ruin other’s appetite) the waiter girl was EXTREMELY RUDE, & bothered that I said something as if it were my fault there was hair in my food’ she with no shame aggressively rolled her eyes at me & said she would get her manager. 6 months pass before I craved it again, I sat down & I was told I could not be served due to multiple issues in the past. (I never had any issues) Overall Ratchet vibes, if you are classy you will not like it here. Definitely recommend Espanas down the st instead :) (both of these events were in the bar side of the restaurant)

If I could give this negative results I would!!! Do not come to the CHILLIS here in Los Banos. We unfortunately had the worst service EVER. We usually love coming here because we love one specific waitress that is phenomenal at her job and excellent hospitality. However today we found not just one cup but multiple cups with plastic in them. Not to mention that the manager we addressed the issue to. He seemed very careless and un responsive towards fixing the issue. The waitress herself did mention that they already have been aware of this because “the ice machine was breaking” This doesn’t excuse the fact that the Los Banos Community was digesting plastic, they didn’t care to act upon safety and compliance guidelines and chose to let this escalate into a bigger issue. We will NOT be going back here! Y’all are lucky you don’t get shut down yet!

I hit my 1 year anniversary at my job and was given the opportunity to choose what gift card Id like. I chose Chilis because my wife loves this restaurant. The service was bad. Our server never really attended to us and when he did we got our refills on water and soda. They never picked up the empty cups and were left with 5 cups crowded on the table with other plates. My wife ordered her triple dipper, asked for no cheese on her sliders. It still came with cheese. It happens sometimes to forget modifications. But I ordered a BBQ plate and chose 3 meats. They did not serve me 1 of the meats and at that point I just chose to have it removed from my bill. I wasnt sure if my server was on lunch or break but SO MANY employees passed by my table and did not care to take the cups/plates off the table or check in on us. I get that it was mothers day but it wasnt even busy at all. I feel cheated out of my $50 gift card and dont know if I'd ever return to this Chilis or trust to go to any again. Id rather just go to a Texas Roadhouse.

I ordered Texas cheese fries and I got these chunks of cheese that was sitting at the bottom of the pan I ate and it tasted weird so I looked at the cast iron and it had so much rust in it so I grabbed a napkin and scraped it and it smelled like rusty iron that was so gross. I told my waiter and he said he showed his manager and that she said “oh it’s just grease” so “I threw it away “ why would you throw it away if it was grease?

Just HOW do people rate this place with five stars and call it good to great food?!? I got the lunch special with the Chicken Tortilla Soup, Bacon Avocado Grilled Sandwich with fries. My first drink was a half tea, half strawberry lemonade and man that thing tasted like a Days Inn room right after it was cleaned with Lysol🤮. I asked for another drink and it was a Strawberry Lemonade and that one tasted like very old tap water; this location needs to invest in a better water filtration system or something. My chicken soup was SALTY, didn't finish that. The appetizers were salty and overpowered on the BBQ sauce. My sandwich barely had any avocado. I finally asked for a Dasani water after asking to make sure it still comes in a water bottle. Our server did not check up on us once, only when we were already getting ready to leave. Very disappointed, wasted an hour to eat here. NEVER EVER will eat here ever again, idc if management tries to make it right😤.
