Armani gave us great service today and we were very hungry. It was our first time eating at Lubbock BJ’s. Atmosphere was very pleasant and John Mark made sure we enjoyed our experience. The host was also very attentive but didn’t get her name and a young man cleaning tables helped us with a spoon but didn’t get his name, he even brought us two! Water tasted good, too. We appreciated that the music wasn’t loud. We will return.

Our waiter, Aubrey, was the absolute best. She’s funny and outgoing. Words can’t describe the welcoming atmosphere bjs has. All waiters need to learn from her. Her kindness is unmatchable. BJ’s give her a raise asap!!!

The food was great, my burger had good flavor, the mac and cheese bits was awesome. My server Samantha was the best and great conversation. She is probably had definitely been 1 of the best server I've had here in this town. I for sure hope to have again next time I'm her in Lubbock.

It's been a REALLY long time since I visited BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Lubbock. However, I found an old gift card and I've been wanting to try the $13 Pizookie special so off I went to lunch today. I was seated immediately and was very quickly greeted by this bubbly little thing called Tatum! Smiles from ear to ear and a very welcoming attitude. She took my drink order and quickly came back and took my order. I had a traditional BJ's cheeseburger and fries with iced tea. I choose the strawberry shortcake Pizookie. This all was the $13 part minus the tea which was extra. The burger was very flavorful with crisp vegetables. I liked the BJ's sauce on it very much. Fries were hot and slightly crispy. The tea was real tea. Not the tea colored water you get at a lot of places. The Pizookie is the mini version but it was more than enough with lots of sweet strawberries. As good as the food was the service was even better! Tatum told me she loves single diners and it clearly showed. She touched base often and offered a to go cup for my tea. I even got a table touch from the manager. The found gift card may have got me there but it was the very good food and ESPECIALLY the service that will bring me back!!

Me and my wife decided to go eat some lunch today, we had a gift card from Christmas that we wanted to use. There was a little bit of a wait so we decided to sit at the bar. We were greeted by Ethan, And he took very good care of us! My wife had the broccoli and cheese soup in the bread bowl, she loved it! I had the tavern pizza, it was tasty! I had a good number of toppings, just wished it was a bit crispier, I’ll know to order that way next time. We also had a house salad and the avocado eggroll appetizer, both were great! All of the dishes were served promptly and topped off by great service, great visit today!

We had lunch here around 12:30 on 11/18. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. Our server was kind and attentive. We started with garlic bread and avocado egg rolls for our appetizers. And I had a delicious Hefeweizen. The garlic bread was okay, but the egg rolls were fantastic. Our entrees were amazing though. My son thoroughly enjoyed his chicken sandwich and my wife loved the salmon. I got the trip tip combo with baby back ribs, roasted veggies, and a loaded baked potato. The trip tip was perfectly cooked and juicy. The ribs fell off the bone and had a delicious bbq sauce. And both sides were scrumptious. But the star of our visit was definitely the salted caramel pizookie. It disappeared quickly between the three of us. The salted caramel really helped balance out the sweetness of the cookie and ice cream. Overall, we had a good time and shared a great meal.

Nice atmosphere.. good food…and good drinks.. but a lil pricey.. we had fun and enjoyed the visit tho.. the ribs were actually ridiculous… fell off the bone and was fire!!! Would recommend for a nice casual night out.. or a date night.!

First we got seated at our table that was dirty. It had straw wrappers from the previous customers. I asked the host, "what was going on here?" He said, " I have no idea and walked away." We pushed the paper out of the way. It was not cleaned. Our server, was not attentive at all. He may have not wanted to be as attentive to us, since we didn't order alcohol, and we were sitting in the bar area. But I don't know that for sure. He was constantly rushing to take our order. Our water was never refilled. My daughter ordered Pizza, which was excellent. My youngest daughter ordered smashed burger with 2 patties bacon and cheese. That was also excellent as well. My soup was brought out not very warm. Maybe had been sitting out for a while before It was brought out to me. Pizookie- excellent! If service was better, I would have rated BJs. 10 out of 10. Overall I would give a 7.

We came here at 11pm for a pazzoki and a drink. It was nice. Nothing spectacular but the pazzokis have definitely gotten smaller. They flavor was still so good but they were pretty thin in the pan. Kinda wished there was more. The service was slow for us being one of three tables there. Nothing bad here, just wanted more.

Literally giving this two stars because the waitress was absolutely amazing, but the fact that my husband found a large hair in his food and they didn’t even compensate him a little bit off the ticket after completely being grossed out was a little bit disappointing as a company who charges large amounts per plate. The food was good. It did taste absolutely amazing again. It was just finding hair in the food.! If we did not find the hair, we would probably definitely come back again. Great service everyone’s super friendly. The establishment was clean, but y’all I just can’t do the hair in the food.

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews and have honestly never even done 1. However, my experience at this bjs was absolutely horrible. My mom, friend, and I went in earlier today around lunch time and while food and drinks were amazing as usual, the service was terrible. We all walked in and nobody was at hostess stand (not a big deal), and a couple minutes later we were “greeted” by the host with him grabbing 3 menus, not speaking a word, and speed walking away towards what I think was supposed to be our table. After tossing the menus on the table and walking away without speaking a word, my mom’s butt stuck to the booth from a sticky residue concerning almost the whole side of her booth. Additionally, the host had an airpod in the entire time making this situation seem even more unprofessional. Our waiter was much nicer and I have almost no complaints other than just service being slow which I don’t mind, even though our entrees took about 40 minutes to come out. Tables in our section were also left dirty the entire time we were there. I absolutely love bjs and have never had a bad experience, which is why this one was so surprising.

My group made a reservation two days in advance for 8:30 for a large party. We arrive on the day we reserved a table and the restaurant wait staff told us sorry we have your reservation but it will be an additional 30 to 45 minute wait past 830. Why offer reservations if you won't honor them. We decided to leave after waiting for a long time and go eat at another restraunt up the road. Don't reccomend this place

DONT ORDER DELIVERY ON THEIR WEBSITE. We placed an $84 order on their website because it didnt have a delivery fee. Mistake. We called an hour after placing it because it was past our delivery time. We are told that they do not deliver and that we should have placed it through door dash instead. Doesn't mention anything is wrong with the order just asks us to pick it up. No problem. My husband leave to pick it up. He gets there. There is no order. He is told that someone from door dash came to get it. He drives back. The order is here and my husband arrives shortly after. The following is wrong with the order. *there is ranch on 2 of the kids meals. (My child has an egg allergy so we ordered BBQ sauce instead) *the $15 order of Calamari is missing. We call the restaurant and let then know. Woman says okay who's coming to pick it up. My husband leaves for the 2nd time to pick up our food. He gets there and is told there is no calamari. He asks for a refund. Is refused a refund because its a door dash order. We explain its not a door dash order, and was placed on their company website. They again refuse and offer to cook something else. We say we are uninterested and explain everything I have just explained in this review. (Aside from the ranch in the kids meals because we just removed it and gave BBQ we had at home) Again we request a refund. She again says no. States there was no calamari and i ask why we didnt recieve a call or a notoce when WE called if that were the case. She asks if we want a manager. I say yes. Manager comes out. I ask for a refund. He immediately agreed to refund us. We received a refund for 1 item 2 phone calls, 2 physical trips to the restaurant, and 1hr 45 minutes later. Save yourself the hassel 🤦‍♀️ go somewhere else.

My family and I came in and got seated rather quickly but were left at our table for 15 minutes not acknowledged or greeted despite servers and even a manager conversating with the big party right next to us. I let the hostess know and to get our server but they never came. As a former server I understand being busy but it is not an excuse to ignore a table as you can ask other servers or your manager to help. We ended up going someplace else. Disappointed is an understatement.
