After reading previous reviews, I was really hesitant to try Cici's. Let me just tell you, over all I was pleasantly surprised. They ran out of ice, but fixed it quickly. Lots of hot fresh pizza options. One member of our party even requested a specific pizza and they made it for the bar. The salad bar was lacking, but they filled it quickly. Some of the games weren't working, but the kids still had fun. The cinnamon rolls were delicious! Based on the previous reviews I think they are improving.

It's okay, Went down hill from last time I visited about 5 years ago... mainly the employees, no smiles, not rude but meh... not inviting. Did the prices go up? I had a coupon for one free buffet with a purchase of buffet and 2 drinks,Just 2 of us, my bill was $22.00 Seems odd, used to be 30 for my entire family (5 people) Anyways, pizza was fine, salad was the best. Just used to be fun, friendly & more affordable. Don't think we will be bringing a big group in like we used to.

This place is wonderful but every time I enter it's like playing Russian roulette. There's a male cook in there that will just make the worst pizza possible, it's always so thin and lacks sauce and toppings. But when you come in at the right time you get all the ladies in the back who cook and the pizza is just the absolute best. The pizzas fluffy there's plenty of sauce the toppings are t overly done it's just so perfect. I give it a 2 star cause that guy really makes me wanna leave and never come back but I want to come back so I can get that 5 star pizza those ladies make. Retrain the guy or something please! I feel like I'm wasting time and money every time I come here and suddenly see him walk into the kitchen.

When I first walked in, I had to yell at someone to come to the front so I could even order. When we went to get pizza, there was hardly any pizza available to be in at all. They left cold nasty pizza out to be served to everyone. I would not recommend this place. The worker stand around and talk instead of doing their job.

My family went to the local cicis at Lufkin at 8:10pm. The noodles and sauce were cleared out as well as the salad bar AND dessert. I asked the worker running the cash register if there was going to be some put out if we requested it and she stated, “No we are cleaning up for the night.” Questioning the fact as to why when they close at 10:00?

Our pizza was cold and the brownies were so hard you could throw them. Young white lady was extremely rude to my husband when he asked if our pickup order was ready.

Let's start off with the fact that when we walked in, they had no pizzas out on the buffet, were struggling to put pizzas out, and on top of that, there were no straws, the Dr Pepper was straight carbonation, and the girls' bathroom was stopped up.

Usually I like coming to this location but the last few times I've been here it seems like this place is about to shut down and nobody cares. Seats are tore up and covered with tape, pizza fresh out of the oven tastes old. I don't think I'll be back, tried one more time and this place has just gone from bad to worse

I used to go to CC's all the time. I will now never go there again. The food there made the whole family sick. Not to mention, it is expected to have kids running around having a good time and enjoying themselves. But not when it is the employee's children that are running around screaming to the top of their lungs, almost tripping people By cuttIng in front of them while they were carrying their food. and no supervision was given Whatsoever. The children were so loud and obnoxious that other people in the Restaurant was. as annoyed as we was. And still the employee that the children belong to did nothing. Not one time did she turn around and correct Her children or even make them calm down. Now I understand a mother having to take her children to work sometimes, but that doesn't mean that she just cuts them loose with no control. They ran from the front of the building to the back of the building, screaming to the top of their lungs, doing whatever they wanted. This is the first time that I have ever given a bad review on a restaurant like this. There was one gentleman employee there That was very considerate and nice. And a lady that cleaned our table was very sweet and nice.

I see how the owner reply’s to everyone’s reviews. But you obviously are not doing anything to fix it. The place is being ran by amateurs and it’s ghetto. You need to get someone who can actually run the store who will get the soda machine fixed. Who will get pizza cooked and out. The salad was brown and not fresh. The soups were disgusting! Your bathrooms smelled and looked awful. The place was dirty no one is cleaning Properly. Like I said total Disappointed I just moved to lufkin and my kids love cicis. So it’s horrible that your location is being ran this way I will be calling tomorrow for refund because I will not be paying for pizza my child wouldn’t even eat.

Pros: -Several of the staff behind the counter were very polite. -Eating here will show you how optimistic and resilient all the children in town are. -There is usually one fresh hot option that's good if you wait patiently by the buffet line, move quickly, and have an open mind about toppings. Cons: -The counters and surfaces are 'continuously' spot cleaned in a way that is alarming and surreal. -Almost every game machine is out of order so no kids played when I was there. -No chocolate sauce pizza. I liked this place when I was a kid. As a parent, I feel like I let my children down by bringing them here. I can't believe I told my kids this place would be fun. I suspect it's the owner's management of the facility which most influences the operating standards. I walked in optimistic and left regretting spending any time or $ here. My kids don't want to go back and now mistrust my suggestions.

So I’m going to take some credit for this because I saw the low reviews and ignored it. “How can you ruin pizza?” I thought. Low and behold, they did. Sadly I decided to get a flatbread pizza. It didn’t get made until my husband arrived to pick it up because they weren’t sure what toppings I wanted. Then they still burnt it! I could barely even eat it but I was so hungry I just ate around the burnt part. I hadn’t been to CiCi’s in forever and thanks to this visit I probably won’t be back; atleast to this specific one. Luckily I was just visiting Lufkin. Either way, no Bueno CiCis!

Horrible! Lady that works there was rude as heck...wouldn't let us order our own personal pizza. They have the little order forms there. She argued with me and told one worker that due to her manager order if it's on the buffet we could not get a personal pizza. Which there was nothing on the buffet. The salad bar had almost no salad. After arguing with the lady about 30 min .later the cook brought my kids a pizza. When all this happened I asked to speak with a manager and none on site! The cook said they were short handed because one guy had left to go buy salad cause they were out.
