It is cheap and shot waiting time

Locale abbastanza pulito…. Personale molto svogliato, disorganizzato e lento. Tre persone che servono e i vassoi rimangono vari minuti sul banco già pronti così si sono raffreddati i panini e le patatine e i gelati al successivo ordine si sono sciolti. Consegna al tavolo incompleta per due volte…sia cibi che bar. Inoltre mancavano tutti i cucchiaini dei gelati. Nonostante non ci fosse nessuno in coda il bambino che ha chiesto i cucchiai non è stato nemmeno ascoltato e sono state fatte passare davanti le persone… se già erano un po’ sciolti i gelati ora erano completamente sciolti. Le stoviglie del bar rimangono per tempo sul bancone ingombrandolo totalmente.

Be careful when ordering at the drive-thru in Luino, as the sandwiches are often incorrect. I ordered a Double 1955 and received a single burger instead of two. The previous time, the McRoyal Deluxe was even missing the meat! Also disappointing is that I filed a complaint with McDonald's and received no response. It's not the customer's job to stop in the drive-thru parking lot and check that every sandwich they buy is assembled correctly; if anything, it's the staff's job to ensure they deliver complete products.

We've been to this McDonald's, but it's definitely the worst I've ever had. Starting with the fact that the croissants were bricks, all that was missing were the holes for the interlocking pieces, so I could have assembled them with Lego bricks. The service was terrible, and there wasn't even a piece of paper to wipe my hands with. I had to get up and get the paper myself. Plus, the second croissant was served on a paper plate, as if I were a dog. 🐶 I pay and expect decent service.

New facility, so beautiful and well-maintained. Electronic games for children inside, playland outside. It's a shame the service leaves a lot to be desired. I've been twice and both times they forgot something. The last time they forgot the 3 desserts from the 3 children's happy meals and when I reported it they checked and looked at me as if I was trying to steal (3 Actimel). They also took away the receipt for 2 coffees. We go to the bar, report it and there too they look at me as if I were a thief. To top it all off, they stained my coffee which I wanted plain. For a McDonald's, that's unusual; the service should be impeccable. The guys are also quite lazy. It's a shame.

Purtroppo, devo dire che questo è stato il peggior McDonald's in cui sia mai stato. Il servizio è incredibilmente lento: ho aspettato più di 10 minuti per un semplice menù, nonostante ci fossero pochissimi clienti. Il personale sembrava disorganizzato e poco attento. Non ci si aspetta certo il lusso da un fast food, ma almeno un minimo di velocità sì. A questo punto, meglio andare altrove, perché qui di "fast" c'è solo il nome.

..e come capita spessissimo....ordini al drive....x la fretta e x la fila dietro nn controlli...arrivi a casa e manca qualcosa..Un classico x questo locale

Ho aspettato 10 minuti che mi rispondessero al mio ordine, mai aspettato tanto dato che eravamo letteralmente 2 macchine

Allora io operaio con una fame minimo devo prendere due biomedici e da bere due lattine di birra totale quasi 20euro ed esco con la fame una lattina peroni costa 50centesimi li 4.50 sono fuori meglio un chebab e due ainechen da 66l 15 ma il panino sono più di mezzo chilo esci che si pienissimo

57 € per 5 panini di m buttati nei sacchetti e in più l'ordine non controllato era tutto sbagliato con gravi dimenticanze. A mai più!

They seem to have problems... you order one thing and they understand something else and it's not the first time the service in general is just above zero when you order at the drive thru and they also tell you to wait and they don't even understand what you're saying....delayed is an understatement.

Excuse me, but how can you touch buns and cheese with your bare hands, without gloves, and make a cheeseburger like that?! It's unhygienic, it's even dangerous! I don't know what that person did before starting to make a cheeseburger for me and my son with his bare hands! I will never go back to that place!

There weren't many people, but they had to wait over 30 minutes. The employee was also very rude. She spilled my companion's coffee and completely ignored it. Plus, the food was cold and the fries were really unappetizing.

Disappointing experience at McDonald’s Luino I came in asking for a drink with ice, and they told me they only offer ice with cola – even though most other branches provide ice with any drink if you bring your own cup. I agreed and made the purchase, but then they handed me the cola without any ice, saying it was not available! Poor communication and lack of transparency. If they had been honest from the beginning, I wouldn’t have ordered. Very disappointing and not coming back.

The staff is rude; they don't even greet you when you get to the counter to pick up your order; they don't even look you in the eye. They've been told over and over again to refill them, but instead, the only thing that always comes out is the smell of Nutella. So, after months of leaving them empty, it's time to give them one star, unfortunately.
