Bel locale. Ma poco fornito e poco organizzato.simao andati a fare colazione e mancavano cornetti alla nutella. Ci sabebbe bisogno di più personale secondo me. Essendo vicino ad un parco divertimento.

I recently visited this McDonald's location, and I must say it was a highly unpleasant experience. The place reeked of urine, which made it nearly impossible to breathe comfortably. It was clear that the floors had been mopped with water that smelled like it came from the toilets. I can't imagine how anyone could eat in such an environment with that overpowering stench. This level of hygiene is unacceptable. Until they resolve this issue, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The atmosphere, like all MCs, is the same...you don't expect anything more, anything less. I'm not saying the service needs to be "speedy," but at least they should bring our orders all at once, instead of one after the other, 10 minutes apart...that seems excessive to me.!! In fact, we then started eating separately because we didn't have the orders at the table. (And I want to point out that a single order was placed). The sandwiches we received were poorly made, from an optical point of view, a little cold, and nothing special, from a flavor point of view. The fries 🍟, were good.

Purtroppo non segue gli standard qualitativi dei MC. Se devo scegliere preferisco un posto diverso davvero poca qualità e attenzione visto che si parla di cibo. Purtroppo a distanza di qualche mese la valutazione non cambia ahimè

Nello standard degli altri... voto negativo perché dovrebbero affrontare un po' meglio la pandemia. Giusto fare aspettare fuori per locale pieno e per il distanziamento ma almeno una tettoia coperta durante una giornata di pioggia sarebbe dovuto per i clienti in attesa di entrare

They're confused and untrained, with a group of managers who mirror their subordinates. A good morning, a thank you, or a goodbye would certainly make the experience more satisfying, even when a customer enjoys a good coffee. Decide for yourself whether the offer is worth it.

In the morning when they offer breakfast for €1, it's a mess; on other days (always in the morning), service is slow. Quality? The usual for the group, but you can't expect that given the price.

Non parliamone!!! Mi fanno fare 5 transazioni con carta per poi ritrovarmi: carta bloccata, niente cibo se volevo contanti oppure saluti. Di più non contenti, anche transazione prepagata. Ma se non vi funzionano i lettori con carte, un bel cartello ci vuole tanto a metterlo? CARTE E BANCOMAT NON FUNZIONANO. Semplice e alla gente non girano le 💣💣

Don't go there for breakfast because they won't serve you unless you beg several times. Your breakfast order only goes to the computer in the bar area, but there's no one there, not even to check. After 30 minutes of waiting, the answer was still "yes, yes, I'll send my colleague now." Three quarters of an hour for a cappuccino and croissant with no one in front of you.

Honestly, the Brembate establishment disappointed me. The wait times were incredibly long, the order was missing the sandwich, and the drink was the wrong one. Sure, the sandwich was brought, the drink was replaced, but getting up twice to beg for what I was owed is a no-no. Personally, I'll never go there again.

Unacceptable! 20 minutes for two coffees and a croissant at a McDonald's drive-thru!! Plus, there was no one there before us! And no sugar! Never again!
