A welcoming cafeteria with its own kitchen, where they prepare full meals, including truly delicious focaccia bread. It's also a great place for breakfast, with a hot cappuccino and croissant. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always smiling, despite their hectic schedule.

This is a RistoBar inside the Bisagno shopping center. If the outside doesn't impress you with its special effects, it's inside that you'll be pampered with simple dishes, excellent hot sandwiches, and highly recommended stuffed focaccias. The prices are good (a sandwich costs about half what it costs at a Autogrill...).

Passing through the area and looking for a place to have lunch on a budget, we decided to stop here, partly because of the easy parking. The place is a bit dated, but that's not a major problem, and the staff was immediately helpful and welcoming. The bar offers a wide selection of sandwiches and focaccias, which left a great impression. We decided to try the hot fixed-price meal for €12.50 (starter, main course, water, and coffee), pleasantly surprised by the wide selection available (prices and allergens are always clearly indicated). Furthermore, the menu offers a variety of pairings to better satisfy customers at very reasonable prices. For example, if you don't fancy a starter, you can still get an excellent meal for €10. Service is quick and portions are adequate, with generous starters. We're satisfied and recommend trying it.

Bar with a hot food service If you come in, don't worry about the aesthetics; just sit down and order. Don't expect restaurant-style service, but the quality of the food, given the setting, is worth it, especially considering the bill.

They got the order wrong, which was actually quite simple (two regular coffees and a macchiato), the coffees were left sadly on the counter, and the order of the child who wanted ice cream was ignored by the older barista who, presumably for her own reasons, was upset and even rude to customers, some of whom she even mistreated. The younger barista was kinder, busy mopping the floors, almost harassed by her colleague who perhaps wanted to go home early... A real shame because in previous experiences we'd found the staff very kind. But today, February 25th, was a real disaster. If we see her at the counter again, we'll definitely never come back.

Sunday afternoon, we order two coffees. He's cleaning a coffee machine, removing used cups and saucers from the counter. Without washing his hands (even though he was wearing gloves), he takes our cups, sticking a finger in them, and serves us our coffees. I'm going to overlook the state of the bottle of cold milk on the counter only because I probably won't be there again. Dirty place.

I'm giving it 3 stars only because there's so much choice and variety of breakfast products, but as for the service from the girl at the coffee machine, I'll draw a veil over it: slow, inattentive, unsmiling, and not very polite. My coffee was given to 3 customers who came in after me, and when I asked her if she could make it for me, I was rudely told to wait my turn because she only has "two hands"... Congratulations, great service! Can someone who has to go to work wait 10 minutes for a coffee?! Thank goodness for the lady at the cash register, who is always attentive to everyone. She made up for it with a smile and a lot of kindness... Anyway, not very satisfied.

I'm giving it one star because it's the lowest I can get. We went in and ordered three Crodini, and the bartender asked us if we wanted anything to eat. We thought it was peanut crisps, so we said yes. Besides, while we were eating at the table, the waitress was pulling up the chairs, very annoyed, but I understand that it was 7:00 PM and they were closing at 7:30 PM and they wanted to get ahead. The worst thing was the price for three Crodini and a plate of warmed-up, dry sandwiches and focaccia: 18 euros. Crazy. Absolutely a no-go!
