terrible service, long time to get seated then ignoring us for ordering the drinks the new table sheet was dirty from some black smudges and they just ignored it the grilled vegetables we got was tasting funny then we realised the chilli was molded. this used to be good restaurant for years now it is to be avoided

We had a pizza and a tuna salad. Honestly the pizza was not good. Very wet and lots of tomato sauce - don’t look for a crispy classic thin Italian pizza here. But then again - if you are hungry, I guess it’s ok. The salad comes very simple and without a dressing. Lucky there was oil, Balsamico anf spices on the table so I made my own salad sauce. There was no fresh bread given for the salad. They have breadsticks in ready made portions inside plastic wraps (they taste as great). You pay 5€ for cutlery always - so there is no need to add any tip, especially since the service is non existent. We were lucky to get a hello and bye. The reason they don’t seem to care is because the view is simply amazing.

Food: This was my first time ever putting salt on pizza to make it taste better. The only thing good about pizza was the dough. We had two pizzas 1) prosciutto - which i expected to be actual prosciutto but was some tasteless ham, the dough became mushy from the undone toppings. 2) prosciutto e fungi - champignons from can? For that price? Same situation with the ham, mushy dough in some time. Service: Nobody came during the meal to ask for an opinion. When we were done with the "pizza" we waited for a long time to get some attention and pay for the meal. I have some more problems about the older waiter, he seemed rude and unfriendly, if you dont like tourists, dont work in tourist destination? Location: The one thing i must compliment is the view, whose credit is that, i dont know, but good job.

The waiting for the menu was ridicules and the food was so and so, some dishes were bad some were good. I ordered penne arrabbiata which was so good that ordered seconds and was surprised it didn’t taste the same, i asked the waiter why does it taste different? And his reply was so rude and disrespectful i just payed and left, he was bald wish i took his name, i don’t write reviews like this but he pissed me off.

The driest most bland burger I have ever eaten. The service was also very poor. The waiter was uninterested in taking our order and rude when we tried to pay.

The worst restaurant with the worst service ever I have never experienced anything like this service ever in my life. In my italy journey all the people i have faced were friendly and kind but in this restaurant imagine paying 20€ per person and you serve yourself literally, the waiters were really rude. The food was bad the worst one I have tried in Italy. I don’t recommend at all avoid this scam of a restaurant. I forget to add something which is ridiculous to me they didn’t mention to me that they charge the table upstairs.

The waiter was a very old man who seemed to hate tourists. When it came time to pay he reminded us 3 times that service was not included in the price. Does this company not pay their employees a living wage so they have to beg for tips? Didn’t realise that Italy had adopted the American model of paying their hospitality staff. Also, there was a massive queue for the ladies 1 toilet and no other employee thought to suggest that there were more toilets upstairs.

‏I waited an unacceptable thirty minutes for a waiter to take our order. The waitstaff appeared stressed and disorganized, which contributed to this significant delay. When our waiter finally approached, their demeanor and attitude were very poor. ‏After this, our food was mistakenly placed on an adjacent table for several minutes before being brought to ours. This is a basic service error that should not occur. ‏Later, when we requested the bill, we experienced another lengthy delay of over ten minutes. Despite our repeated attempts to get the waiter’s attention, they seemed preoccupied with clearing empty tables and attending to other customers, completely neglecting our request for the check. We were left waiting unnecessarily. ‏This entire experience was frustrating and significantly detracted from our meal

One of my worst experience is an Italian restaurant. The manager was rude, in a bad mood all along. If you asked a question you were bothering him ! He was yelling at his own staff in front of customers what a shame. The food itself was good but because of him the all experience felt bad so we left fast…

Service was prompt and professional. However, this is where the praise ends. The ice cream was very bland and the worst I've had in my 3 months in Italy. My partners drink was also very bad and she was disappointed. My Moscow mule was passable but not noteworthy.
