Fast and friendly experience at the drive through. Lined moved pretty quickly.
You guys REALLY made my day today. I ordered my regular shaken espresso as I was getting ready for work. Unfortunately my car battery died, and it took me over an hour to get it started, so I couldn’t pick up my coffee. I called them, letting them know my situation, and they agreed to remake it for me. I rushed over there, and I was met with the baristas standing behind the counter looking at me lmao. Naturally, I was confused lol. One of the workers asked, "Were you the one that just called?” to which I said, “Yeah that was me!” One of the baristas raised her hand and pulled out a venti shaken espresso with a hand written note on it :,) “Sorry for the Trouble You Had :( Hope This Helps Stay Warm And Safe". I was so shocked LOL and extremely touched! I wasn’t able to catch anyones name because I had to rush and get to work. But they truly did make my day. I really appreciated it guys! Thank you!
I went to the Starbucks drive through window. Worker was very patient with me as I tried to explain what I wanted. It was the lavendar dreams drink but when I pulled up to the window to pay it wasn't the drink that I wanted. No fault of the workers because I really wasn't sure of how the drink was actually made of. I only saw a pucture of the drink on FB. Luckily I sreenshot it so once I showed the picture to the young lady that made the drink she made sure to fix me what I wanted. Props to her because she was very understanding and kind. I left there a happy customer that day!
There's a worker that makes the trip worth while. I always go in the morning. Not so Kool when he's not there. I wish I knew his name...very pleasant and cheerful 😊
I gave it 3 stars because my wife likes it. I don't drink it.
Just picked up coffee. It was trash. Both cups were burnt. The one cup is so burnt it smells like cigs. Hard pass from now on. Staff don’t greet you, they just chuck your order up there. It takes us saying “thank you” for them to acknowledge our existence. I don’t need much, but a simple hello would be nice. I see the union has helped the quality and service to go up. Double thumbs down!
Garbage full, the staff at this place does not look professional, it seems like they just got out of bed, there is rust on one of the trays where they place the coffee to come out, coffee stains scattered on the counter and the floor. a dirty store with poor service, they took more than 20 minutes to prepare my coffee and they prepared it wrong, she made it again and she just made with bad actitud and wrong again. Who is the owner and manager of this place? They don't control the quality of this place?
This location has to be one of the worse Starbuck locations I’ve experienced so far. I am completely baffled as how the employees that work here got their jobs, like what was the interview process? Cause I call BS. These people are unprofessional and don’t deserve to be in a situation where you are constantly interacting with the public. If you do come here, here’s what to expect: Rudeness Sour faces Slow response to orders Unprofessionalism Little to no customer service. The managers for this location need to step in and address the situation. I hope people boycott them.
Beware! Very Poor customer service. Employees were goofing off behind the counter and behaved very unprofessional. Asked for a caramel Frappuccino, got it without the caramel. Never coming back.
Quite frankly, I had the worst frappuccino I've ever had from any Starbucks across the country at this location. it was watered down, no ice, and not even blended. $10 for garbage. I saw the 3.6 average rating and was hopeful, boy was i wrong! Beware.
This starbucks shows bad management. I came in the staff treated me like animal, and i swear the did something to my drink because my mouth was itchy, I am never coming back here eve again!
Whenever I come to this location, the order is wrong and they are super slow. When I request they remake the drink, they get very mad and just dump the contents of the drink in the sink and remake the drink in the same cup so the flavors off since the old syrups are still in there. I went today and not only was the drive thru person rude and slow but she really didn't want to fix my drink. I let her know that I never said I wanted mocha in my drink and she said she would correct it at the pickup section. But the drink can with mocha and whip cream anyways like?? Then she remade the drink with the SAME MISTAKES. She was so slow that I did not want to wait again for her to attempt to make my drink right so I left. The other drink was made incorrect too as they did not add peppermint. When we asked later on, they said they didn't have peppermint sooo y sell it to us and charge us? I always get incorrect orders here but usually they make it right on the 2nd try but omg they are getting worse. Absolutely terrible all around. This location needs to be investigated because how did they get hired???
I’ve never taken the time to write a review about Starbucks 💫🌟☕️, but I feel compelled to share my experience. While enjoying my beverage and a snack, I glanced up and was appalled by the air conditioning vents, caked in thick dust. It’s hard to believe that this establishment hasn’t addressed such an obvious cleanliness issue, especially considering that dust is circulated every time the AC kicks in. Additionally, this location seems to have an obsession with sugar. I prefer my drinks unsweetened so I can enjoy a pastry without overwhelming sweetness. Despite my repeated requests for no sugar, it’s consistently added to my orders. I’ve reached out to Customer Service, and while they assure me they’ll notify the management, no proactive measures are taken, such as issuing credits or adding points to my account. This is the unfortunate reality of Starbucks 💫🌟☕️ nowadays. While their widespread locations offer convenience, it's disheartening to witness a decline in customer service. In contrast, the Garden City branch operates seamlessly; the staff is friendly, drinks are made correctly, and there’s a plentiful selection available. Unfortunately, that’s not the case in Lynbrook, where the service is lacking. Management should investigate these locations, as they are clearly not functioning at their best. Just a heads-up—if you’re not vigilant about your drink at the time of pickup, you might find yourself regretting it once you’re a few miles away, realizing it’s not worth the hassle to return.

This Starbucks is awful. I rarely ever have a positive experience here. Either my drink is completely made wrong or the service is extremely slow. It should not take 15 minutes to make 1 drink.
I was waiting to make an order, the guys talked to each other and ignore me for minutes. I ordered Match Frappe but they give a cappuccino; even cappuccino is not good. There’s lot of milk and less foam, is literally a latte.
Debated writing this because well, its Starbucks, but I feel like I'm losing my patience with this location. I really only go to this location because its close to my gym, but they are by far the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Even when I place a mobile order in advance, I'm still waiting another 15-20 minutes for my order. The staff is extremely rude and has no sense of urgency. My final straw was yesterday. When I got into the store I realized I accidentally placed my mobile order to the location near my job. When I mentioned this to the barista, I told her I messed up and even offered to reorder/pay again. She nastily asked me what the drink was and then made the wrong thing. When I asked her to fix it she scoffed and rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam things around. None of the employees seem to be very pleasant at all.
I have debated writing this thinking no this is extra and too much, but today I’m over it. Over the past couple years there has been so many issues with this location. The excessive wait times, no care in making the drinks and often getting the drink orders wrong. Today I went in and ordered a grande brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with no cinnamon. After waiting for 15 minutes with one person that ordered before me, the drink comes out with a quarter of it missing and cinnamon on it. I thought it was so funny when the worker asked me my name so they can make my drink faster since I was waiting in Café, and it still took eight minutes after that for them to make it. I was baffled when they gave me the drink, I literally thought it was a joke. Like $6.50 for that is such a joke. The best part was I couldn’t even wait to have them fix the drink because I was running late to my job. I’m sorry but who gives a customer a drink like that. I used to work at Starbucks so I’m not stupid with this stuff. I am never coming to this location ever again.
I've gone to this Starbucks 4 times. Every time I've gone I've waited 30-45 mins. This is regardless of if you order in advance on the app or in person and regardless of the time of day that you go. I've never not seen a crowd of people waiting here or walking out. I've never been to a location that's like this before. PLEASE STAFF THIS LOCATION BETTER TO SUPPORT YOUR EMPLOYEES, STARBUCKS
