Went through the drive thru, and the lady that handed us our food was rude. My wife said thank you, and the employee answered with "mhmm" with an attitude. Although service wasn't the greatest, the food was good. I ordered a bacon king burger, and it was full of bacon. It lives up to its name. My wife ordered a whopper, and it was what you expected from a whopper. Giving it a 4 star because the food was good and what we expected but because the service was on the poorer side. We got in line at the drivethru and were about 7th in line but it only took about 20 minutes to get through the line.

To be honest I didn't go my grandson did to pick up something for me to eat and yes the chicken sandwiches we're very good the only thing I didn't like was the chicken fries they weren't tasty as I thought they were sorry to say that🥰

There’s quite the sexy man working here... made my stay nice. It’s rainy so we sat for pretty long playing the machines. There’s a sweet park down the road, but the weathers not cooperating. The internet is quite awful. Like really horrible. Bar games to play at each table which also give you an outlet. Token style bathrooms, but surprise -a standard size washer works as well, as that is what they hand out. Clean. Staff pleasant, not overly friendly “doing their jobs”. It’s loud, but one can hide for a few hours without a problem. Foods good for Burger King and the bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy and access is as well. All the TVs are set to sports. That would be six of them and no closed captions so you get to make up your own dialogue. That would be fun if there was something else on.... I took a star away because the internet sucks that bad and this food is really not good for you.

Great.fast food place to stop.in quick as long as its not right at lunch time. I stopped.while.out.running errands for a soda and bathroom stop. All was fine.

The Burger King on country club drive has very bad customer service play don't know how to treat their customers especially the person that took our order yesterday his name was Aaron and the manager there was very rude too when my husband asked him to redo the fries because there were greasy they got upset and started giving my husband dirty looks their customer service stinks and they also need to hire better management my husband has to talk to the manager and the manager would not even will not even talk to my husband they need to hire people that are more responsible and not have attitude

I had a really bad experience here. I went ahead and ordered two tacos, a Coke and a Dr Pepper I did ask if they had cherry Coke. The guy said yes we do have cherry Coke would you like that instead I said yes please can you replace it for my Dr Pepper he said OK anything else I said no that all. It took me 20 minutes to get to the window to pay for my meal because there was two cars in front of me once it was my turn the guy never came to the window, but then another person comes to the window tries to give me two chicken sandwiches and a Coke I-said sorry ma’am that is not my order she said yes it your order. You order a Coke and two chicken sandwiches. I said no I ordered a Coke cherry Coke and two tacos. Then the guy that took my order, comes to the window and asked for the payment I handed him a $20 bill. He tells me here is your Coke and then leaves and then comes back and he hand me a bag and then says here is your cherry Coke I said thank you very much and all he did was laugh as I drove away. Mind you I’m not from town so I hopped on the freeway and took one bite of my taco It was only lettuce no meat just lettuce and he proceeded to give me two Dr Pepper‘s. I guess that’s why he was laughing. Do better Burger King. Your Customer service sucks.

Went through the DT Monday evening around 5pm. Customer service at the speaker was rushed. Didn’t even get to finish ordering. Got to the window, tried to add an order Employee says “let me ask my manager if that’s allowed” manager looked at us and she immediately said no. What kind of customer service is that? So got my happy butt down and tried to order inside where I was ignored for 5 mins, when I was finally acknowledged, it’s like I was the biggest bother to have placed an order. I don’t know what the issue was, but the energy in there was brutal. The workers are miserable. And the food omg the food. The burger meat was so bad and the buns so soggy. Took two bites, husband and I both threw our whole burgers away. Ate the fries and husband ate some cheese ball things yall sell. We were both in agony with tummy aches all night. Still not right. Do not eat here. Good lord. Please retrain your employees.

Ok. I love Burger King. This 1 star isn’t for them. It’s for their garbage tacos!! 🤢 we bought an order which was 2 tacos and geez it was gross. Please just stick to hamburgers and chicken.
